The pizza arrived. Nicely cooked and a delicious crispy thin crust. My server checked back several times to make sure everything was to my liking. I gave the place 4 stars. I was quickly greeted and ordered a pizza and a salad and went outside outside to sit on their very large patio. My food was brought to me in a timely manner. It didn't take too long, but it was definitely cooked fresh. I made it a pattern to get a Bianca style or no tomato sauce type pizza and a Caesar salad at most of the restaurants. I tried while in Tallahassee. So I ordered a pizza with a non-tomato base. It was absolutely delicious. Well cooked good toppings and I really liked it. The Caesar salad I added chicken too because there was no meat on the pizza and I believe they don't charge extra for chicken so that was nice. The salad was great. Everything was great and the atmosphere seems like a fun family place to have pizza. They also had ice cream. And if I wasn't full and moderately lactose intolerant, I would've gotten some ice cream. But again I was staying in a hotel with no freezer so I didn't wanna risk having to eat it quickly.

Trees were down in the area, the lights were out, and the entire crew was working in the dark. Because the internet was down, they hadn't received any of the online orders, including mine. At that point, most places would have locked the doors, put up a sign, and called it a day. Instead, they apologized, explained what had happened, and told me the gas ovens still worked. They offered to make the entire order from scratch. The team stayed in a hot, non-air-conditioned building, cooking pizzas by flashlight and waiting for every customer who had placed an online order to arrive. They could have gone home. Instead, they chose to take care of their customers. The pizza was excellent, but what stood out was the character of the people working there. Flexible, resilient, and genuinely committed to doing the right thing despite difficult circumstances. That's the kind of business worth supporting. Five stars.
