Our food was ready quick, and we got a TON of food for the price! We got garlic parm, lemon pepper, Korean bbq, Hawaiian flavored wings, and lemon pepper fries, and they were delicious. There were a ton of fries and we got them extra seasoned and crispy (do that), the wings were juicy and crispy, my favorite were the garlic parm and lemon pepper. This restaurant closes at their own whim. Twice now they have showed total disregard for me (and countless others no doubt) as customers, over their own convenience. Their website says they close at 11pm, but when I tried to place an order at 10pm the online would not take it. So, I called the store, and they had a recording saying "Due to staffing shortages we cannot answer the phone or take orders on the phone, so please try your order online or show up at the store. This used to be one of my favorite chains, and the food is still good - as flavors have not changed much. The disappointment comes into play with the prices and the size of the wings. As the costs go up, the size of the wings is more of a hybrid between a chicken and a cornish game hen. ;) Last visit we got our food to go and I think they realized this as all 10 packs were actually 11 wings and the boneless had quite a few more than 10 pieces. I am not able to accurately rate the dining experience as I have only eaten in once, however, my family and I frequent Wingstop often to pick up our online orders. Wingstop has the same quality of food consistently, crispy traditional wings in various flavors (sadly for my husband they replaced Teriyaki with a Hawaiian variety), fries seasoned to perfection with their special spices (similar to Lawry's), and new to the menu Cajun corn. The two major drawbacks with online ordering are the estimated time your order will be ready (if it says 30 mins. add another 15-25 minutes in wait time), and the online ordering option being disabled during FSU home games. On this visit I ordered ten classic wings (half atomic and half mango habanero), eight boneless wings (half original hot and half Cajun) along with a side of fries. The atomic wings packed a nice bit of heat, but the mango habanero fell flat. My wife's boneless wings (think breaded nuggets) were flavorful. The fries were doused with Wingstop's trademark salty/sweet coating. Our wings were okay, the service was okay, and the sauce choices were okay. I placed my order and asked could I have all flats she said of course no problem and I also said can you not make my fries so salty the last time I came they were salty and I could not eat them so she says yes we will just put lite seasonings on them and I said OK. Let me start by saying I love Wing Stop, but the Bannerman Crossing location has done nothing but disappoint in 2018. Custom orders like extra crispy wings are no longer fulfilled. Customer service is horrible when addressed, and now this location has turned off online ordering during peak football game weekends. Even worse, they do not answer the telephone because they are "too busy", but upon arrival today there was no one in the restaurant! I was greeted by no apology for not answering the phone, a server who did not know how to work the register and a one hour wait time to receive yet another incorrect order. I've been eating at this wing stop for years and i have LOVED it. However, the past few times i have visited this specific wingstop( closest to my house) i have been extremely disappointed, the "manager" clearly has little to no experience managing anything. The staff has become EXTREMELY unprofessional, i would compare it to a McDonald's in Detroit. Like the people they hired were all they had. No emotion, no courtesy and a terrible attitude. From being rude to me and not saying anything when i arrived other than and i quote "what's the name" i promptly said hello how are you, she stated fine what's the name. I tell her my name and hand her my card, she takes it, runs it, hands it back says it'll be done in a minute, and walks away from the register. I'm currently sitting in wingstop and there's 6 tables, none have food, i ordered at 559 and it's 6:32 and no food. Completely displeased. They need to take a few pointers from chick fil a which is run better than most hedge funds on Wall Street. read more

I went to Tallahassee yesterday to pick up my son from FAMU College and bring him home for the summer. After cleaning out his dorm room and moving things to the storage we were exhausted and hungry. So after leaving the storage we were riding down Thomasville Rd and saw this Wing Stop and my eyes just got huge!!!!! Wing Stops closed in Atlanta a couple of years ago and I love their fries so needless to say when I saw this spot I made a uturn immediately!!!!!! My son placed his ordered then I asked for a 10pc wing n fries combo, I asked the cashier to mix the mild and lemon pepper sauce on my wings (simply delicious) and he said sure. Each combo was $10 (kinda pricey I thought) but oh well, I was very hungry at this point and didn't care. When we got our order, I was so disappointed especially since my mouth was watering and I was so set to relax on the patio and eat my food. They gave me 5 seperate mild wings and 5 seperate lemon pepper wings, so I asked the guy why he didn't mix the sauces like I requested and he said well my manager said they are not allowed to do that. Now I was pissed because I said why you didn't tell me that when I ordered and he just let me place my order and pay $10 for a combo when he knew it wasn't going to be what I wanted. If it wasn't for the fries I would have gave them a 1.
