Ok 1st things 1st, I love this chain. When they get it right- it is so good. They've never made The Best Wings Ever but they are good, usually hot & they offer so many flavors. But this particular BBW is so tricky. 7/10 times they get my order wrong, they can't use my points or access my membership, they lost my order or the online ordering doesn't communicate with the store. It's an almost consistent problem. But sometimes they get your order right 2x and you get lulled into a false sense of security so you don't check it then you get home and have messed up wings again. All this to say if you order to go, CHECK YOUR WINGS before you leave and prepare to wait to have them remade because you will have to. I've always found the staff here to be great, especially Kristin. I think it's the cooks who cannot comprehend that just because you want dry rub on 10 wings doesn't mean you want dry rub on ALL OF THEM. read more

Horrible service. Met a group who already had the table. Took the waitress a decent amount to come and ask me and a colleague what we wanted to drink. She showed up after some time to ask if we wanted anything to eat and I said I needed to see a menu and she said ok and then never came back (only drink menus were on the table). Whether they are handicapped by corporate, I do not know, but everything is wrong. 1 server handling 9 tables at lunch with a kitchen that is known to underperform is ludicrous. The manager is expediting food, hosting, and running point like one may expect, but the pace is underwhelming and waiting an hour to be served 3 meals (10 wings, 5 wings, and a kids burger) is just unacceptable. We ordered online. The promised pick up time was 5:20pm on 6/28/2025. At 6pm we were still waiting. My friend was inside waiting for the order while I was in the car (due to a disability it was just easier for me to wait in the car). Twice my friend had to come back out as the car automatically shut of after 15 minutes of not driving and I needed the AC to stay on. I got frustrated and called the store to ask for a manager. After holding for 9 minutes I hung up and called back a few minutes later. At that time, I got to speak with Ashley. I asked if they are looking at some sort of reimbursement or to add a dessert...Ashley said she cannot do any of that. My friend told me there were some other upset customers in there, one of whom had been waiting for her order since 4:30pm. The dine in section of the establishment had about a 15% capacity of guests while we were waiting for so long. BWW should have been able to get orders out at a reasonable time as there was not a line out the door. Ashley apologized for the order taking a little bit longer. I said that 45 minutes past the promised pick up time is not a little bit of a longer wait. Since Ashley was not able to comp out a piece of cake I informed her I would be calling corporate. Ashley simply told me that was a choice. What a waste of my time as well as others that were there that day. BWW does not seem to be concerned regarding the value or their guest's time. read more

I've never really loved this place because I really love traditional buffalo wings, but I don't like the buffalo sauce here. Now I know that that while it's not my favorite sauce on wings, it's not bad at all on tater tots! Today I finally found some items I really like on the new game day menu! The buffalo tater tots and the enchilada chicken wings are great! There is also a bratwurst that I'd like to try at some point. It looked really good too. They now offer enchilada sauce as a wing flavor! I had the enchilada sauce on traditional wings and added the "whole enchilada" upgrade (topped with melted cheese, chives, and some sour cream). The sour cream didn't come out with it, but I tried it with ranch and blue cheese. The ranch is very light and fairly similar to sour cream and it worked well with the wings. I can see myself ordering that again for sure. I hope they keep it on the menu permanently. I love that you can order a snack portion of wings here too and you don't have to get a full order of 10 or more. I also love that there are enough TVs that you get a great view of your game from just about any seat. Great wing place. A little over priced. The drinks are pretty good. The chili shrimp is a good appetizer but heavily breaded and fried. The cheese and pretzel was ok but it was basically a pre frozen pretzel with queso. I love the mango habanero sauce which paired well with the spicy garlic. A little known secret is you can ask for any of their dry seasoning to put on top of the fries.
