I ordered a delivery on the app and I always get the Cajun dry rub wings so I know what they're supposed to look like whoever made these ones must have been mad or in a rush because they looked like chicken strips when I first got them. All of the seasoning was on the bottom of the container like they just put it there and then put the chicken on top. I shook it so many times and this is how they turned out. I would have appreciated if they would have spent a little more time or would have simply done it right.(edit) I just opened my garlic Parmesan wings and they are the exact same way. read more

Went in for a early dinner and the place was nice and clean we were greeted by a friendly gentleman that sat us , we ordered our food and it was the best Pizza Hut we have ever ate at in montana. I'm not one for many chain restaurants, but it's been a while since I'd seen a Pizza Hut with the dining room. So, I decided it was time to relive my childhood. This particular Pizza Hut was a real treat. The server was a singular whirlwind of capability and professionalism, and the pizza was SO much better than I expected. We ordered the large Veggie Lover's, and the ingredients were fresh, plentiful, and there was ample sauce and cheese. In addition to the great food and service, the dining room was clean and well designed. Things have obviously changed in the decades since I last dined in at a Pizza Hut (what happened to the salad bar?!), but this was a very good experience, and I will come back. read more

I order from them at least once a month and I always have GREAT service! I only Had one time when I ordered carry out and I got a few different things and walked home only to find out they forgot my wings. I called and went back and they had no problems giving me my wings and I thought that was the end of it.. no big deal.. but to my surprise the next time I ordered from them I had a credit on my account to make up for the mistake that was made. Ordered by telephone for Delivery. We got the pizza, rather than Pan Crust it was the crust that is thin like a cracker. It was definitely was not a pizza I would want again. When we called back to complain that the order was wrong the person on the other end of the line said sorry your order is not in our computer and hung up. I would have much better off driving to Walmart, picking up one of their pizzas and baking it myself. In fact from now on if the choice is pizza hut or Walmart I will go to Walmart. read more

Only mediocre pizza. Pizza Hut in general has gone way down hill after they switched to frozen dough. There is a Domino's in this town, or to support local businesses, go to Pizza Pro or Nalivkas (if you have cash). read more

Saturday Aug 29,2015 My friend and I wanted to pay separately. We each had one item so there shouldn't have been any complications. The guy who was working as cashier had 2 white flower earrings and a tiny rhinestone in his nose-He didn't wear a name tag but, I'm sure you could recognize him by his jewelry. I paid for mine and got a penny back-correct change. My friend's order was $6.99-she gave him a $20. He subtracted the total from the receipt and gave her change. So he charged her for both our meals!. When I tried to explain why the amount he gave her was wrong he wouldn't listen or try in any way to fix the problem. I counted the money back to him starting with $6.99 to $20 and proved to him that we were short $4 -he just went and hid. Finally, another girl came out and I explained to her what the problem was and proved it to her by counting the change back just as I had done for him. I had to then subtract it on paper so she could actually see for herself and give us the exact change. It is incomprehensible to me that you have people working the cashier position who have no clue how to count change! If we had each had several items and paid separately I probably still would be there trying to explain and get the correct change !
