For a Sunday afternoon, it was hopping. There was a birthday party for ten little boys. The waitress kept things under control, the tables clean and was efficient and prompt with our order. We were impressed on how quickly we were served. We don't have any sit down Pizza Huts in our area any more so we try to stop at one when on vacation. This was the best one yet. read more

The mgr Kelli is very nice, and the employees seem decent, but it's frustrating that they never answer the phone so you end up having to order through a central number where they are all Spanish speaking and only speak broken English, so your order is typically screwed up. So I'm a local who's eaten here probably 100 times. When we first moved here 20 some years ago, the pizza was perfection and the delivery was fast and hot. From that point on it went steadily downhill to what it is today. Very hit and miss in service and quality of food. Nothing would make me happier than to see it return to its glory. read more

My wife and I stopped in there a couple of nights ago at approximately 6pm. Besides us, there was a family seated nearby and they were finishing up. So we sat there for about 15-20 minutes waiting for someone to take our order, but no one came over. The store employees knew we were there because I saw one of them look over at us. We eventually left. This is the problem with many businesses in Hot Springs. Service no matter where you go is generally below average to poor. read more

We tried to do our part to make our visit a pleasant experience. For some reason, the pizza dough was quite undercooked. Perhaps the oven temperature was too low, or the dough wasn't allowed to proof properly. Hope this is helpful. read more

I would give them no stars if possible. A friend and I stopped in to have chicken wings. We are having very cold weather here (below zero), we were the only customers, and I parked, apparently, in a non- parking spot. We were confronted by the hostess in a condescending manner. The pizza was fine, typical Pizza Hut. The restaurant was extremely understaffed so service was poor. The dining area didn't feel clean.

We didn't realize this when we visited but it turns out most restaurants in Hot Springs are closed on Mondays. Although we were wanting something local, we decided to get some pizza from Pizza Hut since it was open. We were very pleasantly surprised! The pizza and cheese bread were hot and ready for pickup on time and handed to us with a smile. Best service we received in the Black Hills! We had a group of 8 and were crunched for time. We planned to be there within 30 minutes. I called and they took our order ahead of time. When we arrived, all the pizzas were ready and table prepared for us to sit down. They were very accommodating and hospitality was outstanding. They do have an interesting women's bathroom. We tried calling for a solid half hour to order pizza and wings during our stay here in Hot Springs,SD. We would be put on hold and then when we said we wanted delivery to our hotel they would hang up. We kept calling back. They would answer then hang up. Finally we used another phone to call and got someone to answer only to be asked to be put on hold. I said no! Please just let us order because we've had this issue. He has no idea where our hotel was Which was 2 blocks away. He has no idea what his towns zipcode was. We literally asked if he was in Hot Springs because he knew absolutely nothing! I've been here about 5 times in the last 3 weeks. The first time everything was perfect good food, great service. The next few times wasn't so good, the pizza wasn't as good the servers hardly tended to me. There is a lady (Kelly) that works there and she is amazing. I will only eat there when she is working. She takes care of any of your needs and puts in your custom requests for pizza. There is a older red head lady, and has a very bad attitude. The reward system was broke for the company and she was blaming my login as the problem. Quoting, "I've been here awhile, I know my job. Something is wrong on your end." Well excuse me for the system being broken and it's my fault b*t*h. I will never eat there with only her working having that attitude. I'm only giving the 5 stars for Kelly. read more

A group of us ordered a few pizzas and wings for delivery. When it was delivered the order was wrong, missing items, and the pizza was cold. When we contacted the restaurant we were lectured and charge additional $40.00 to fix the order. We contacted the corporate office and nothing was resolved. I have received phone calls from the GM scolding me for being dissatisfied with the lack of customer service. read more

We stopped here on our way to Mt. Rushmore and ate at the buffet. The price, $6.99 for adults, bumped my review up from 3 to 4 stars. The pizza was good, and we never had to wait for pizza. The salad had very little variety, but made for a nice side. The people were kind and the place was clean. I'm glad we went there. read more

Went there for lunch on our way to Mt. Rushmore. First off total for two adults and our eight year old was $21.00. Way cheaper than our local pizza hut. The buffet was very clean and the service was excellent. As people came in the cook would tell them what pizzas were going to be comming out, and asked if they had any requests. They offered lots of specialty pizzas on the buffet, not just single toppings. Would definitely go back. read more

I've made this a regular stop on trips to the Blacks Hills for years. The experience this past week was poor at best. My kids were ill all evening. The place was a bit dirty and the manager was bad mouthing other customers. They took our pizza to another table and then realized their mistake. They took it back kitchen for two minutes and brought it to our table, this was no real shocker to be honest. The problem was that the other table put slices on their plates and returned the pizza to the tray. I complained but was assured the pizza was re-made. This will be my last trip to the Hot Springs Pizza Hut after many years of going there while on our annual vacation. read more

We love Pizza Hut! So while on vacation, we got a carry out order of our favorite pizza! Hubs brought it back to the hotel and after the first bite, realized the crust was raw. Cooked just enough to hold the toppings! Called the restaurant and after many pushes of 3, we finally got a hold of a person no they put us on hold and we got the menu button recording again! Took the rest of the pizza we couldn't eat back to the restaurant! Glad we won't be coming by this way any time soon! And next vacation if we come this way, we won't be getting our pizza here! read more

This Pizza Hut has the best chicken wings yet!! This pizza is amazing too. The Pizza Hut in hot springs is by far my favorite!
