Keep in mind, I tip on EVERY order. Today, I place my order, call to confirm, pickup order, and when home, it's made wrong. We call back, and the young man says "the boss said we can't make it that way". My last 50 orders were fine! If you can't make it the way I requested, don't do it wrong and let me find out when I get home, especially after calling. Very poor service, and time to go elsewhere, even if a different Subway.

My first visit was last night. I had made an order on the McDonald's app and chose pick up through the drive thru. The Colorado Rockies did something awesome that allows for fans to get a free double cheeseburger with a purchase of $2 or more. Figured might as well take advantage of the deal and ended up ordering two McChicken sandwiches since it was buy one, get a second one for $1. With the special deal and free double cheeseburger offer, I ended up paying only $4.06 for 3 burgers/ sandwiches. Definitely a pretty good deal. With this visit, the employee at the register was friendly. She did ask for my husband and I to pull forward though and wait for our order, as she said they were not ready (my husband also wanted to take advantage of the free double cheeseburger deal but ordered it right before going through the drive thru). We didn't wait that long, probably around 5-6 minutes. Then our order (in 2 bags) were brought out to us by a friendly employee. My second visit was this morning, as the hotel I was staying in had subpar breakfast. I ended up taking advantage of the $2 breakfast sandwich deal and picked the Sausage, Egg McMuffin and chose to do pick up in store. My breakfast sandwich was ready after I ordered it. Overall, my experience with this location is positive. The wait time for my order during pick up was very quick (as other fellow Yelp members had mentioned repeatedly that the wait time for food is very slow). Also customer service was friendly both times and feel lucky that I did not experience some of the poor customer service other fellow Yelp members have mentioned in their review.
