Just picked up my pizza from the location on monument road Jacksonville and not only were the cooks cursing up a storm while my 7-year-old? Was there some lady walks in with a Domino's Pizza bag? I guess she was doordash or something throws her bag over open empty boxes for future pizzas. Now her bag was full of cat hair. These are the boxes that they're going to give to Future clients. I remember when this Pizza Hut opened because we were living in this area of Jax. We use to get pizza and wings from here all the time and never had any complaints whatsoever. Now we're back on this side of town and I'm pleased to be able to say this Pizza Hut is just as great as it was when we moved from this area five years ago. The employees here are super friendly whether dealing with them on the phone to place an order or while in the restaurant to pick up an order. China is especially sweet and has gone out of her way to assist me. We don't live too far away and we generally prefer to pick up our order rather to pay the delivery charge plus tip. Yea, I'm just cheap that way. We just had a pie and wings delivered the other night though because we were being lazy and they said it'd be about 45 minutes. Our order arrived in 30 minutes and was piping hot. The driver was friendly and all smiles even thought he was out in the cold and rain. I love their BBQ pizza and it is what I order the majority of the time. Well, I get half BBQ and half something else (whatever the husband happens to be in the mood for). The problem is, all of the specials are online so you have to oder online to get the specials; however, it's impossible to order a half BBQ and half something else online because the BBQ is not an option. So, I always have to call in the order. I explain this really quickly to whomever answers the phone and they always give me the online price even though I'm ordering over the phone. They never give me any problems about it whatsoever. I have to say I was shocked to see the only other review is a 1 star review for this Pizza Hut. I was so scared this Pizza Hut had gone downhill after seeing the review because we eat from Pizza Hut a lot. If the other person had those problems, then i'm not one to dispute it.... their experience is their experience. However, I've never encountered anything like that here myself. Hubby tried the Buffalo Burnin' Hot wings recently and he loved them. He loves a lot of spice and heat and because he has such a high tolerance for it, usually when he orders spicy wings, he can't taste the spice at all. He said these wings were most definitely spicy. I didn't dare try them because I don't do spicy at all.... even just a taste of mild spicy lights my mouth on fire! This is one of the "wing stop" Pizza Huts which means there's no dining in. I am only giving one star for the gentleman who answered the phone because his customer service is awesome! Everything else is terrible. Let's start with the food. We ordered a cheese stuffed crust, pineapple and cheese stuffed crust, veggie pasta, boneless BBQ wings, and Cinnabons. Chicken was great! Never received the Cinnabons, the cheese on the pasta was burnt and the pasta was stuck to the pan it came in, and both pizzas were burnt to the point the cheese was hard like plastic. I couldn't take it because not the first time we have gotten burnt pizzas like this. I call to let them know the gentleman apologized and offered to have the order made and sent back correctly expedited. After some time I called to just cancel it since I was getting ready for bed since it was another hour. About 10-15 minutes later we get a knock at the door, it arrives. Still didn't get the Cinnabons, but some cinnamon breadsticks. Pizzas were better, but not by much. I have ordered from here before and service was ok. Tonight I received some of the poorest customer service I have received anywhere. I placed an online order for Curbside pick up. I got to the restaurant and parked in front. I did not initially notice the sign that said text for Curbside but I saw it after being parked for 10 minutes so I sent a text to the number. I did not receive a reply. I called the store after waiting another 10 minutes and was told I needed to come inside. If I had wanted to come inside for face to face contact I would not have placed an order for curbside pick up and paid for the order online. I not only paid for the order but added a 20% tip to the order. When I went inside the girl at the counter had the most lackluster attitude I have ever encountered. She literally put my receipt and order on the counter without saying a word. I will never put a tip on an online order at this store again. They will be tipped based on the service they provide if i decide to return to this location. I would give zero stars for the service providers today if I was able to do so. read more

After speaking with the manager he said call in the order instead of using online because the system problem messed it up last time. So my wife called it in and told them I was coming with the coupon. I get there and they don't have order. They said they have no order. After I confirm with my wife I ask for the manager and they said yes they talked to her but thought she was just asking about the coupon despite her giving them the specifics of the order. Absolutely horrible customer service I have received in a long time. I have been going to this Pizza Hut since they opened and was very satisfied. I called in a delivery order the other day and was told my address nor number was in the system. So I kindly gave the information to the clerk, I then waited for the delivery and about an hour later it still was not there. I called to ask what happen and was told the driver came but could not find the address, and had attempted to call me. So I asked the young man to verify the address and he did and it had been written down wrong. He explain That I had given it to the manager wrong. I said that makes no since and instead of the manager stating that he will have the pizza sent out to me and sorry about the mix up. He proceed to just argue that I gave him the address wrong. The person who I thought was the manager stated he would give me a credit, so I would not have to wait ( it was busy). Called to order my pizza and was told I only had a five dollar credit.
