They had three types of lettuce, spinach, broccoli florets, bell peppers and just about anything else that you would want on a salad. They keep it all very fresh too! They also had several dressing choices including a homemade Italian and a Garlic Vinaigrette. I went with the Garlic Vinaigrette and it was fantastic.
