I'm from a much larger place than Jefferson, NC, and I find that it's hard to get friendly, attentive service these days in most restaurants. Imagine our pleasure when we found great food and a 5-star server at Pizza Hut in Jefferson! We were greeted and seated promptly, and we had such a kind and friendly server named Haillee, who was a jewel! She was the only server in the place that day (7/26/14), and she waited several tables, but her high energy and great disposition helped her to get the job done---and done well! She made the people at each table feel as though they were the only ones she was serving. I'd open my own restaurant if I could find help like her! The food was prepared exactly as ordered, and it was delicious. If we ever come back to this area again, we would not hesitate to stop by, and we would highly recommend it to anyone. read more

Let me just start off by saying I am not from the south, but this place just confirmed exactly how the I thought the south would be. our poor server wrote our order down, scribbling on her pad of paper as if she was trying to write the entire constitution from memory. She asked me 3 times if I wanted regular breadsticks instead of cheese sticks- and still gave us cheese sticks. Oh this poor girl. And then asked for half plain half pepperoni pizza, pizza came out all plain. She weirdly gave us our check before our food even came out too. I felt like my IQ was at jeopardy being in this establishment. To top it off, a gigantic bug crawled out from under my mom's plate as we finished eating. Had to trap it under a Parmesan shaker (so sorry to who finds it next). I know yall don't have much to pick from to eat in the south when you live in the middle of nowhere but I pray going to this Pizza Hut isn't the highlight of your weekend each week. read more

Delivery order was missing items and one of the pizzas was missing a topping. Store said the could not refund me, only option they gave was for me to call the delivery person to ask them to drive back to the store and re-deliver the missing items. Just bad customer service. read more

Nice and quiet. Pizza is delicious (especially the cheese pizza). Good personal pizza and bread sticks. Very nice staff service. I had the highest expectations for this place. My son and i ordered from Pizza Hut last night, and they charged us double for the medium pizzas ... Just a couple of weeks ago, those medium pizzas were $6.99 and the cheese sticks were $7. For what cost us $22 a couple of weeks ago, I paid $38. My son asked them about this and was told the price had gone up... But, double!!???? We will not be eating or ordering out from the Jefferson NC Pizza Hut until someone can justify this or give me a refund. I am not happy about this after being a loyal customer for 40 years. read more

The food is ok it like all other pizza huts and the service is always good. The buffet is lacking should never go with that. Also you can get a beer with your pizza which is a real downer. read more

Well, we gave this Pizza Hut another try after a bad experience several months ago. It didn't get any better! After ordering our specialty pizza, we waited 30 minutes when our waitress came over to ask "do you need anything else?". We replied "only our pizza". She looked at us with a mystified look and then said "I think I forgot to put your order in". After waiting another 20 minutes, we were brought a pizza, but not the specialty pizza we asked for. We were hungry so just ate it without a complaint; no point in complaining because the staff is certainly clueless. Will never be back. read more

At a friends kids birthday party at the Jefferson, NC location. Pizzas were supposed to be ready at 515. Its 545 and they are still not all out. Drinks have NOT been filled. This has been the WORST visit to a Pizza Hut. They were notified about this party weeks before. They were asked to have cups, plates, ice, silverware to be ready, they were not. Staff has failed. Manager has failed. This is horrible. read more

I live in Ashe county and I go to Pizza Hut often. Every time I have ate there lately it's been horrible. Weather I call or dine in the staff is ALWAYS rude. With the exception of a few. I made up my mind to right this review after my dinner this evening 9/2/17. I called and placed an order for a pizza and an order of cheese sticks. Neither were cut properly, my cheese sticks were shredded because I had to tear them myself. And the pizza practically fell apart because I had to tear it a lot also. I had never been so disappointed. They definitely need to have a talk to their staff about being polite and caring about their job. read more

We ate at the Jefferson Pizza Hut today. We arrived at 1:40 and were told the buffet closed at 2pm. and was not available to us. We ordered from the menu. We were told they were out of Tea. We ordered water with lemon for all of us. When the drinks came, there was no lemon. So I asked could we have some. The waitress said "if we have any". When she came back, we said they were out. She was very rude to us and took our order. The buffet bar was constantly restocked with pizza after pizza and other families came in and were eating the buffet. When my husband asked why we couldn't just eat the buffet he was told there was nothing that could be done, we had already ordered. Our pizzas came and before we were finished a family of 4 came in and sat behind us. It was 2:10 when they asked could they have the buffet bar. Their waitress said let me go ask the manager. She came back and said "Sure, you can have the buffet"!! Again my husband when to the manager and asked why we had been denied the buffet when everyone else that comes in much later than us is allowed to eat the buffet. There was no excuse he would just give us 20% off. That was not the point! Unfortunately, there is nothing that can make up for the way we were treated today. My father-in-law, who came in with his oxygen tank, is at the end of his life. This was his last trip. This whole situation upset him and us because of the way we were being treated!
