The only thing saving this review from being one star is the staff at the front. The server who took care of us was super friendly and had a smile on the whole time, even though it was late. I really appreciate that kind of attitude. But in the back, you could literally hear the kitchen complaining about incoming orders. Like... come on. It was still a full hour before closing, and besides us, there were a few DoorDash drivers waiting too. I totally get being tired, but if you're open until 1 AM, orders before midnight shouldn't feel like a burden. Since it was a takeout order, I can't speak for the dine-in vibe, but from what I saw, the place looked clean and pretty spacious -- typical sports bar setup. Maybe things run smoother during regular dinner hours, but based on this experience, I probably wouldn't come back unless I absolutely had no other option.

The slaw wasn't over dressed and the pickles added a nice tanginess. However my boyfriend's meal took much longer to come out, which led to me eating a bit and then wanting to wait for his to come out. By the time it finally did, my food was getting cold. Le sigh. I have picked up to go from this location on a regular basis for the past few months. This location is staffed with workers that feel the restaurant is their own personal high school clique club, to troll drivers and customers alike. Once a location has enough of these people, they begin to treat it like a clubhouse instead of a business. This Wingstop has been infested to that point. The location "lost" an order of 24pc wings. They did not apologize, and their body language revealed they are doing this on purpose and taking pleasure in it to any trained observer. That's right, 99% of what you say to someone doesn't come out of your mouth. Avoid this location. If the staff makes a "mistake", they will give you a fake smile that everyone can tell is hiding a very nasty person behind it along with a snotty attitude. But wait... There's more... Destiny, the manager on duty, is one such glaring example. I called back 2 hours later to find out who the manager on duty was, in order to ask about what happened and submit a report. Destiny assumed I was someone else. She began making up a story of how I "yelled" at her, and was rude before I revealed I was the customer representative that picked up the order. No such thing occurred. Clearly, Destiny is setting a bad example for all of the other employees to follow. If you have any issues, be sure that this "manager" will blatantly lie in your situation as well to avoid any consequences for this kind of shameful behavior. The client I was serving ended up awarding me the largest tip I have ever received on an order just for putting up with this staff, since I made sure the expensive dinner for his family he had ordered wasn't ruined due to having his order cancelled by waiting for it to be remade instead. I placed him on speakerphone so he could interact in this situation, which he truly appreciated. I have experience in professional limousine providing outstanding service and advice for high-end clients over many years. Save yourself the trouble and go to Chili's for It's Just Wings. Their staff is phenomenal there, and the prices are better as well. Never a single problem there.

My plate did look good cause it was tofu, shrimp and scallops but I was curious to where the vegetables were at since there were supposed to be some in my dish. Technically there were a few slices of carrots and water chestnuts. When I think of vegetables in a stir fry dish, I think of brocolli, bamboo shoots, onions..... The fact that the server didn't tell me that those were the only two vegetables in my dish was rather annoying. I would have approached ordering my lunch differently. The tofu was soft. It was actually a good dish but it was pretty much all one texture. If there was some brocolli florettes to add some crunch, I think this dish would have been so much better. My server did forget to order my soup. I probably should have taken that as a sign and not have it. But she brought it out after I asked her about it. I'm going to recommend saving yourself a few bucks and not order it. It was overwhelmingly sour. Way too much vinegar in the soup. No spice and no flavor could be tasted.
