(This was the same little girl who cooked the pizza.) Her tone was disrespectful and emblematic of the reverse discrimination associated with the woke movement. I was infuriated by her attitude and being spoken to like that as a customer who was just trying to help them. However, the manager was understanding and handled the situation well. Credit to him, but that employee is a problem and needs to be fired. Until then, Pizza Planet is "cancelled". The prime rib was so tender and although it came with horseradish cream, they put it on the side, thankful for that small touch! My partner ordered the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, which was crunchy and juicy, yet not greasy. The Buffalo sauce wasn't overbearing, it had the right amount of zing. The fries... some of the best. Our server was sweet, accommodating our request to sit on the patio with our pup. She made sure to give us a nice shaded table in the corner! The food came out quickly, which was appreciated as we have a few hours left on the road. I absolutely love the owners concept, two restaurants side by side, both with patio seating hosting views of the Snake River. Unlike most restaurants, you don't need to be on the patio to enjoy the same views. Each building has big windows with scenic tables, you can't go wrong choosing indoors or outdoors! The food I know from experience is not bad in fact i have praised them on their Facebook page in the past but didn't feel the need to express it here. So starting out everything was great so far my first day I was put into tagging boxes not so bad really. Until the Knit picking started from a store manager or lead or whatever she is started in on me and the other guy I was working with. I let it go listened followed directions and so on. I didnt think much of it. Technically first day not so bad. MY SECOND DAY! I can't reiterate enough was my second day. I was belittled by this Jacqueline. She asked me to go ahead and wipe off the counter so you would think naturally that you would take a rag and some sanitizer bucket to it get a little wet ring out and wipe down as best you can. Well -facepalm- Nope not exactly around this thing. As i was ringing out the rag she went on an irate tantrum with me and said your not gonna get F****** water all over my counter and lobby. I got that I needed to dry the counter spilt and few drops of water on the floor. I get the fact you don't want water all over your counter and your lobby.. So throughout the rest of my day as a store manager should do where I have been in this position before. She ignored me every time I approached her for a question involving my training in getting to know the place I'm working at and the correct way i should do these thing's. She completely ignores me as I reiterate. (Apologies) Also not to mention the tag machine was acting up asked her for help fixing it. She threw a fit about that. So when she finally fixed this problem apparently. Half of the tags that go on the boxes weren't printing correctly. When I approached her to notify her of this issue that we were having as a responsible employee should do. Her response to me was, So what? I didn't say much more to her. But by the end of my time there that day i was picking up and taking up for many on purpose mistakes she was making. Cause in my mind by the end of the shift i came to the conclusion she should not be managing a store or shift or anything. How she even got that position is beyond me. It must be about the money cause she act's like she don't even like her position whatsoever. So my last and final day comes. My third day in which today they let me go. After 3 days. Anyhow Guy's who trained me did a great job as usual no problems there I was on top of it this day I didn't have a single mess up on anything. Was doing great found out Jacqueline is gonna be late to her shift today. Whatever no worries I will try and stay out of her way today I thought. So first few she was there no knit picking I thought she wasn't gonna jump my shit today. Maybe it's cause she see's that I could be doing better I dunno. So then she approaches me not too long after getting there. Asks me to clean the lobby. Sanitize wipe down the tables and so on then completely stops for a few second's so I take it as if she want's need to work on this right away so once again mind you. I take the initiative and try to go get rag and sanitizer bucket. So she yells at me not to walk away uh I'm like ok? Then goes on to scold me again. So by this point I'm done working around her. I get it your the boss I'm trying to do what you say. You scold me for little thing's that make no sense whatsoever so by that time I'd decided Working around her is probably not a good Idea I'll request morning shift instead. So I approached Chris went outside to talk to him about this inconsistency. Gave him a quick run through of this. His only response is we'll see what you can do tomorrow at 5 if it can't work out pretty much we'll have to let you go. I called them today to confirm with them. I got let go. As simple as that. Let me go on record and say I know I did get tip's from the counter orders I took but have not seen any of the tips I have gotten. The only thing I want anyone to know if their reading this is if your 20 years older than any kid on the job don't even bother. They don't care anymore in retail or restaurant it seem's.
