I went in for dinner the other night, I was excited that they finally were offering the salad bar, upon looking at the salad bar, It was pretty pathetic, the lettuce was all brown and wilted, the mushrooms were slimy, the cottage cheese was frozen, I chose not to get the salad. I complimented the server whose name was Clay for giving the excellent service considering I had to wait forever for my pizza to arrive at my table, and I was the only one there. Meantime, all I heard was yelling, laughing, and obviously goofing off in the back kitchen, my server kept going back, asking what the holdup was and they told him get in the front where you belong! He was very apologetic, I feel the behavior was very unprofessional and my experience at the Pizza Hut in Kalispell, Montana was not a pleasant one, and I will not be back nor would I recommend it read more

I'm going to be completely honest with you and say that my expectations were not high when I had to stop because it was the only restaurant for miles. The restaurant was extremely clean and looked like it had just been renovated. There seemed to only be a few people working but they got our food out very fast. So... I ordered a pizza and some cheesybread and the wife wanted something to drink after I placed the order. Well, I called the store phone number, not once, not twice, but three times to no answer all three times. I then proceeded to call the order number where their customer service transferred me 3 times to another customer service representative. Very disappointed... and really? A 1 hour wait to boot. Poor customer service indeed. God forbid I would have entered the wrong address by accident, someone else would be enjoying the food I would have been expecting. But it's just drinks, right? So this review is only for a gal working here named Trista. (Apologies if I botched the spelling.) Because of a mistake made my sister paid for someone else's order. Same employee couldn't refund so insisted we had to return when a manager could assist me. (I live in whitefish) She said she would leave a note so the manager would know understand the situation. Trista took my call and assured me a re-visit was not necessary. She informed me no manager had been told about this incident, but was diligent about ensuring the refund would happen. First come first serve ? Not at this pizza hut.. More like, serve the sports teams and your friends while ignoring the rest of the customers. I've never walked out of a restaurant after being seated until today. First time for everything, right ? Today I walked in to pizza hut with 2 year old. Waited 10 minutes to be greated, then waited another 45 for my order to be taken, which ultimately led to leaving as it was never taken. While waiting I got to watch three servers seat groups of late teens and Early twenty something's , take their orders, serve their food and completely ignore everyone else. The family sitting next to us had to get their order changed to go, but hey at least they got an order? The family sitting on the other side got drinks, but never got to order and left. My son and I ordered drinks, but never got them. This place needs some serious management. Don't go there unless you are a popular high school or college kid. read more

I've lived in the area for my entire life and can't remember a time when Pizza Hut wasn't there to fill those nights when you just don't feel like cooking dinner at home. The building itself hasn't changed much since opening except for the basic wall decorations. This is a good place to have a small birthday party with your family and spend time together. If you're looking for some basic pizza and a side order of wings this is a good spot to stop by. I left out a star though because personally the style of pizza has never changed or gotten better. I don't absolutely hate the way they make their dishes but overtime it began to become the same boring pizza taste that I've tasted for years. If I had to choose Pizza Hut over another pizza spot I would choose the other spot just to give my taste buds a break. I can't see my home town without a Pizza Hut however so I know that it'll always have my back on those no-cook dinner nights. read more

I ordered delivery tonight, my driver showed up with cold food and a mangled pizza. Seriously,he had to ask for the receipt back because he couldn't identify the kind of pizza it was supposed to be. It was all scrambled up in one corner of the box. My spicy wings had a huge hole in the side of the container and were leaking sauce everywhere. If I could give a zero stars I would. Never had a problem. Ordered some pasta and pizza found some hairs in the pasta (gross) called and let them know. And the manager told us to bring it in to so they can inspect it, which we live in kila . So they can replace it. Basically nothing happens. Guess waste gas to take it in. Bad customer service. Had the worst service for the sixth time at this restaurant. I ordered a family meal they told me the wait time was 20 minutes, 25 minutes later I ask for my order, still not done they told me wait another 20 minutes and after an hour and a half of waiting for my order I finally got it. Was not very happy with the service at all. Was not worth sitting and waiting an hour and a half for carry out dinner. Very disappointed. read more

I understand a restaurant being busy but staffing appropriately is helpful. We didn't even get greeted just waited for a table and waitress just said what drinks for you not even a hello... We waited to order drinks because we didn't know what there was that took another 5-10 minutes. We arrived at 1:10 pm for lunch, and was told by the hostess/waitress to have a seat. She asked if we were having the salad & pizza bar, and we said yes, and she said to go ahead and help yourself. We made a salad and sat down. It took her about 10 min to finally ask what we wanted to drink, and then when she brought our water, she said "you better go up there, because he's taking it down... The buffet closed at 1:00". I spoke with the man who was taking it down, and told him we just got there, and that the waitress never said anything about the buffet bar closing when we arrived. He questioned her, but she seemed clueless. We paid for the 2 small salads and left. What a joke... We've not been to this location before, but been to many other Pizza Huts, and never heard of the lunch salad/pizza bar closing smack in the middle of lunch time at 1:00, and they made no effort to make it right or apologize... I usually have pretty good service from this restaurant, however this time was an exception. I ordered a pizza for pick up. As I waited at the drive thru, a young lady who obviously was new because she was following people around...(shadowing?) Then she went to get "my" pizza...the pizza was on a top shelf in the warming oven, and she was wrestling to get it out. It took three people to get the box out, and all were laughing...so I pay...the order was $12.98. I gave $13 cash...The clerk, who turns out to be the manager, didn't ask if I wanted the two cents, he just kept it...no big deal, it's only two cents. I get home, open up my pizza, and it's the wrong kind...I drive back to the store, and explain to the new girl that it was the wrong pizza....there was no response, she just took the pizza, ran to the back and then came back...she asked for my phone number to look up the order, then went to the back again....at no time, did she acknowledge me...no "oh I'm sorry", nothing. She then came and said, that it would be about 15 minutes and my pizza would be ready. I said, "fine, but what are you going to do to make this right?" She said, "I'll get a manager"....The manager, the same one who kept my 2 cents, offered a free pizza for my next visit. The whole time I am thinking how poor the customer service was. All they had to do was say, "I'm sorry" when I first showed up. And yes, I should have checked the pizza when I first received it, but I had never had a problem before this. The young lady acted like I was the problem. I suppose this was her first job, and doesn't realize the customer is the reason she gets a paycheck. I work in customer service myself so I wasn't going to make a scene even though they probably deserved it. read more
