This location can be fantastic or horrible,you never know.The last month I have gone in three times.If the food is fresh the wings are incredible. You cant eat the chicken strips.Im not sure if its all breading or any chicken inside the strips.The people are nice and understand if they need to reorder freshly cooked food.Overall I think they are getting much better.If they are having a special I am definitely going to take the chance,its worth it when its good. read more

Hubby had a smash burger with bacon and French fries. I ordered an appetizer platter. And we both ordered a soda. The place is big, clean and lots of TV's to watch. Let me start by saying I really trying to avoid posting bad reviews but this was possibly one of the worst Buffalo Wild Wings experiences I've had. Yes I enjoy the potato wedges but the wings seem like they were freezer burnt or something just wasn't right about them, yet they were smothered in sauce to try and hide it. I could hardly eat any of them and left very disappointed. I pointed this out, but there was no response from the server as she just shrugged it off, almost as if it was common place. My apologies to the establishment, but I have to validate the two stars that I see consistently posted on yelp to prepare others for what they may receive. Hopefully this is an opportunity for improvement. One good thing about the dining room seating, there are a lot of TVs to watch your football. read more

Not the sort of person who writes reviews of places like this, because when you eat fast food, you get what you pay for. But have never been treated anything like this by a restaurant employee so this place gets special treatment. Walked in with a relative who is elderly and disabled, uses a walker. It takes him about 10 minutes to get from the car directly in front to the greeting area. We get to the "greeters" table and there's no one around, and no sign on seat yourself or wait to be seated. The tables are half filled and there's one open very close to us. We wait a couple of minutes, no one comes, so we proceed to seat ourselves. As we're sitting down and I am helping my elderly relative into a chair, a "waitress" suddenly appears and starts barking at me whether anyone told us we could sit here. I tell her calmly that we were at the front desk and no one was there and my relative is disabled and we could not stand there and wait when there was a open table right here. She proceeds to go after me, arguing with me, clearly wanting to fight. I let her know she was picking the wrong person. I told her to go away but she proceeded to "wait" our table, treating us with hostility the entire time - cutting off our convos, slamming our silverware in a pile on the table, etc etc. I have no doubt she was kind of person to spit in our food. I've been around a lot time and have never had a waiter / waitress act like that, with a disabled person, no less. I could probably file an ADA complaint for hostile treatment. Reading the other reviews on here, it's clear this place is special in its complete and utter mismanagement. The clown who owns this franchise could clearly care less about the customers. Getting good service here is a rarity. The only difference today is that we got take out (ordered 3 sandwiches online, scheduled for 2:00) on the day of the big game (Brawl of the Wild). Every table was filled, as I knew they would be, hence the take out. I walked in the door at 2:02. I let one of the serving staff know I was there and was told by him that it would be out shortly. He didn't look to see if it was already in the case they put takeout into, and I assumed (this was my second mistake....the first was assuming this process would go smoothly) he knew it hadn't come out yet. After over 30 minutes I saw one of the hostesses bring an order out that wasn't mine, since the bag was too small. As she walked by she asked me if I was waiting for a table. After explaining the situation, she checked the case. Lo and behold, there it was, as it was when I told the waiter why I was there. I got back to my car at 2:38. I live just 4 miles from the restaurant, but by the time I got home the food was cold. And the order was wrong. I wouldn't leave a bad review because of a single isolated incident. I've worked restaurants before and I know that things don't work perfectly. But like I said before, good service here is rare. I would say it's at least 75% of the time either the service is bad or the order is wrong. The last time (October 19) the order was so badly wrong that we were told (by one of the managers) there would be at least a partial reimbursement to our card. That STILL hasn't happened, and I've given up hope that it ever will. Another thing I've given up hope on is that things will change. And as much as I like the food, I think I'll go elsewhere with my money. It's really not worth the aggravation. read more

We arrived in at around 8 pm and the host was kind. We were sat promptly and were told the waiter would be with us shortly. The waiter approached us and through out the entire endeavor said a total of about 20 words. We ordered two sodas and two mixed drinks. We received the sodas about ten minutes after the initial visit. We then placed our order for an appetizer. Appetizer came about 15 minutes later then after waiting an 25 minutes our mixed drinks arrived from when we initially placed our drink order. We then waited another ten minutes for napkins and silverware/ plates. We ordered the nachos with chicken, then were luke warm at best when relieved to our table. After another ten minutes we received our wings. I ordered bone in, which were fresh, and my fiancée ordered boneless. My kids & husband enjoy going here. It's what you would expect. We live out of town so we enjoy it a few times a year, sporting events, shopping etc. Kids always choose BWW. Before I ate plant based I enjoyed it. Nice atmosphere etc. Decent service. But now I eat plant based, salads are iceberg and my waitress actually made fun of me for ordering a bean burger.... This is by far the slowest BWW in the country. It doesn't matter if you order for pickup or in person, you can bank on your order taking 15-30 minutes longer than you expect. I was there in a party of 3 on Friday, sat down at 5:45 and we didn't receive our food until 6:30. I read last night that buffalo ww uses beef tallow to fry in. Today my grandma and I were hungry after shopping and I remembered bww so we decided to go in. Our server Bailey was AMAZING!! She was soooo accommodating and answered all my questions about the ingredients. I was a server myself and it can be annoying answering a bunch of questions about ingredients but she was super professional and incredibly sweet. We need to clone 10 of her in this town. Okay... I don't like doing this because I honestly do feel bad! My boyfriend and I came here to watch football this Sunday and he like to drink beer while he watches the game and we often share some food! The first time, I simply asked for a soda water, the server brought tonic and said she "didn't know" what soda water was. We had to run to the grocery store halftime so we closed our bill and came back unfortunately sitting in the same section where the TV was that was playing the game we needed. This time, it took our server over 20 minutes to bring him one beer, after my boyfriend, who has worked as a server for 9 years, very politely reminded her, she simply disappeared! Came back 10 minutes later FINALLY with the beer. At that point my boyfriend asked to speak to a manager (and as a server he HATES doing this). However, the manager responded with the fact that our server was on multiple medications and got overwhelmed easily so he tried to give her a small section. HE DIDNT COMP THE BEER. Just made an excuse and off he went! I understand wanting to help people out, however after this, we had to rush so my boyfriend could go to work, the server then took 20 minutes to even let us pay! We noticed multiple people around us, getting super frustrated because she would simply disappear and not return for 15 minutes at a time. And it wasn't even our server who came and finally took our check. It was the manager! I know everyone goes through things and might need some help. But a sports bar, on a Sunday? When there is a massive wait to sit? Is not the time and place to have a server get overwhelmed and ignore tables for 20-30 minutes at a time! Give her weekday morning shifts to help her still work, and not be so overwhelmed! It reflects very badly on the establishment! I do not want to see her get fired obviously, but be put in a position where it's fitting to her mental health and needs! Bbw was way off tonight. The service was taking too long. We got there about 545. Took a while to order drinks. Then apps. The dinner. Meanwhile the door dashers and online orders got preferred treatment. We were told several tines our food was next. Then 4 or 5 more take outs go out the door. The cries and wings were cold to the touch. The onion rings were Luke warm. The burger and patty melt bottom buns were soggy. At fist the offer did not work out with our super nice and sweet waitress so she went to talk to the manager. The manager came back and told us he would comp our entire meal! This place is an absolute fever dream. We were sat and things seemed pretty normal at first as you would expect for a Buffalo Wild Wings; sports, beer, family atmosphere right? Wrong. We shifted into what felt like hell. To the right of our table was two off shift employees who were obviously intoxicated being wildly obnoxious. How did I know they were employees you might ask? Well all of the front of house employees were standing at their table talking about their schedules together instead of doing their jobs. At one point they were shouting about their "pornstaches". If this were a dive bar I wouldn't bat an eye but seeing that this is a well known corporation with families dining, this is extremely inappropriate and just plainly bizarre. Our server was also... interesting? I felt like the entire time she was waiting on us we were being rushed but when we were waiting on her for a box and our bill she was taking her time. She made MULTIPLE mistakes, which I understand the first one, shit happens. But FIVE mess ups is just a lack of detail and care on her end. I even watched her sit down at a booth to take an order for a man while his girlfriend was in the restroom. Never have I seen something like that lol On top of everything our wings (foreseeably) sucked. I've done the food industry for years. Served, bussed, cooked and managed a restaurant. This is a conglomerate review from multiple angry customers. When our group walked in, they did not even take our name... There was 4 groups in the whole restraunt yet we couldn't be seated. 6 groups later they still did not set us nor provide a time estimate. This is the second time this has happened to me. We have a group of 8 and there is a table with six where you could easily pull two seats up to and they didn't do that. I laid out two hours of my time tonight understanding that service would be poor and it would take a while. However my expectations have been thourogly unfulfilled.
