not sure who the manager is but he definitely needs to learn how to dream with the public. Every Sunday we have a group of between 6-14 people who go there for lunch. the waitress that is normally there expects us and told to us to go directly to the back room. this had been going on for years. today that waitress was sick and the manager was working the floor. well apparently he didn't lime the fact that the group went to the back room without "checking in" first and then being directed there. The group apologized but the manager would not let it go. Throughout the whole meal he kept berating the group and made the meal such an unpleasant experience that some got up and left and those that very stayed were so upset and shaking by the time they left. This facility is rather small but clean, comfortable and good repair. Our server was okay...she got the job done except for no refills and forgot my sandwich. The food is typical Pizza Hut for northeastern Indiana. We have the best Pizza Huts in the nation due to the deceased franchise owner Dick Freeland. The food was consistent as you would find at other area Pizza Huts. I started with a side salad. The ingredients were fresh. The salad has very few sides to dress up the salad. The lettuce was shredded. There were sprinkles of cheese on the salad. Really...the salad was very sad with presentation and appeal. Though it did taste fresh and the French dressing was tasty. The Supremo sandwich was an interesting choice for a pizza joint. The bread had a slight crisp but was soft. The sandwich was piled with a fair amount of meats. The mayo sauce gave it a smooth taste. Overall the sandwich was good...not outstanding...and rather small. The fries were a surprise. The rather meaty medium cut fry had a nice coating of seasoning. A bit of salty taste. Pizza Hut - Menu - Pizza Near Me - Lagrange, Indiana

This place is an enigma. Clearly short staffed, most pick-ups take forever, even when there are no other cars in the parking lot or pickup line. Staff has been short to the point of rudeness and often times it feels like I am an afterthought even with no other customers around. (Obviously I know they have orders to prepare but it is still feels like a slight) On multiple occasions I have seen kids running around in the kitchen and behind the counter. One time, an item from my order was left out after I picked it up so I pulled my car into a parking space and went inside. I stood at the counter for a few minutes and wasn't helped until I flagged down one of the children that was in the kitchen. Tonight, I sat in the pickup line for 30 minutes. I got home and one of the 3 topping pizzas I ordered was just plain cheese. The craziest part is that I keep coming back. I don't know if it's just because I really like Pizza Hut, or because they make pizzas the way I like. Food taste is a 5 out of 5 for a Pizza Hut, but the service is not real great. Even if they are short staffed, they do not do much to change the general concensus of their poor quality. read more

I usually go to this place but it has gone downhill. I have been waiting for my pizza for around two hours and I understand that this is a tough time but I can't believe this wait. I've never had much of a problem with this Pizza Hut.. But today, we came in, no one came out. My boyfriend tried to get someone's attention through the kitchen doors, but the only person back there didn't hear him. I walked around to their party room where I found the manager on his phone and watching tv. I told him no one was out there to seat us, so he came around to. He acted like we were an inconvenience. Maybe this was a one time thing. Maybe they had a call in and knew it wasn't busy to 3pm on a Wednesday, but it seems like, even if you're just sitting and watching tv, you could do it closer to the door in case someone walks in... There's at least 5 Tv's to choose from, so there's no reason to be at the furthest one from the door. read more

Waited 5+ minutes and no one acknowledged that we were there or seated us. I was there with my grandma for Mother's Day and that is a long time to wait for her. Then when two employees finally came out of the kitchen and talked amongst themselves awhile longer they seated the large group of kids that just were in the process of entering. Obvious the waitress only cared about tip money. Pizza Hut has pretty generic food the convenience and service is where they compete and sadly this location doesn't at all. read more

The time it takes them to create a meal is a running joke at my office. Don't go here unless you have a couple hours.

We have tried this location multiple times. Each time we have walked in and no one acknowledges you for 5 minutes or more. Then they seat you and you sit for another 10 waiting for your server to even come get your drink order. (Several employees walk by and look at you, but don't stop.) Food is alright, but service definitely makes it not worth it at all. Side note: just got up and left because no one acknowledged us as they were all talking to what seemed to be regulars behind us. The service is frozen molasses slow and you'll get no beer with your pizza courtesy of the Amish who drink at other establishments while demanding this one be dry. The food is good if you can wait up to an hour to get it, but often times the dining room is filled with dirty tables that nobody seems interested in cleaning. I suggest take out or delivery for the best experience here. read more

Spent a few days in the area for some RV service and wanted some quick easy meals.. Ordered personal pan pizza 3 different nights - the staff was friendly and efficient - the food hot and outstanding. What more could you ask for? OK, very reasonably priced too. Good work Pizza Hut!! read more

This store has consistently poor service. I have called 15 minutes before their scheduled closing time and was told on more than one occasion they couldn't take my order because they already turned off the ovens. I have ordered online well in advance of my pick up time and they have either lost my order or didn't have it ready on time. I recently received a coupon for a free medium 1-topping pizza from them and was told when I ordered it for carry-out I couldn't use it. It was dine-in only even though it was not stated that way anywhere on the coupon. Supposedly the coupon had been printed incorrectly, but it doesn't matter they should have honored it regardless as it was their own error!!! Absolutely terrible management skills and customer service!! I realize it is a small town with very little competition for business, but that is not an excuse for dreadful service. read more
