I can't remember the last time I've given a 1 star rating. My husband and I have been here about three times and each time we've been disappointed but today was the worst. We made a sizable take-out order and when we got home to eat- everything was cold. I didn't enjoy the buffalo wrap, my husband said the wings were soggy, fries were soggy. And the nachos, a huge platter, were cold & soggy. I took a scoop of the nachos and found a black hair. We had eaten less than half the nachos and neither of us could stomach eating anymore. We called Wings, spoke to the manager. She told us they have a "no-refund" policy and she could only give us coupons. Horrible customer service on top of the mediocre food. Update: something has dramatically changed. We came on a Sunday night and they were closing early due to being short staffed. This is understandable in today's environment. We love this place so came back on Tuesday night and got a table. The food was still good, although it seemed to take a little longer than normal. Here is the problem, there was a toothless drunk guy sitting in the table/family area. He was clearly over served, talking inappropriately, burping loudly, inviting random people to come sit with him and going back and forth to his table... the servers were in an uncomfortable situation having to deal with this guy. My question is, where is the management?! They should not being allowing customers like this to stick around, especially in the seating area. Wing, Inc owners/management, support your team and customers. We have been coming here for 6 years and I cannot come back anytime soon. My family and I frequent here quite often. We also call in for take-out orders as well! We've been very satisfied with the wait time, and quality of the food for take-out! While dining in, staff is always friendly, and attentive while serving. The food is also very delicious as well. We typically order the boneless wings, plain and then request sides of sauces. As a local I can not in good conscience recommended this restaurant. It is unfortunate that they seem to be going in the wrong direction. Family friendly? Hardly. The signs are confusing. Sat down at 1:35 on a Saturday afternoon and waited.....and waited! My boyfriend went to get someone and was treated very rudely by staff that brought us menus and silverware. The waitress finally came over to us at 1:50. She was nice enough. Gave her our drink order and asked to give her our food order. They were not busy at all. We ordered Mac and cheese (it was cold) and chicken basket. The fries were cold the chicken strips were good. Great place to get a drink-I LOVE the dirty pineapple, and one time my guy and I asked the bartender to surprise us and he made a kick a$$ drink, and he was awesome! Wish I remembered his name. Husband, son and I all went in for dinner. Waited almost 40 min after ordering to get our burgers, mine was burnt so bad it was hard, bun too. New business in Sturgis, and one people have been waiting for. The place was clean and the staff was great but there were issues. The building is old and historical for the city and the space next to the restaurant was under renovation as well. While we were there a chunk of mortar from the brick wall fell into a booth occupied by a family a few feet from where we were sitting. The management didn't address the customers for about 10-15 minutes even though the wait staff was quick to get to them and clean up and make sure they were OK. The floor was slippery to the point I nearly slipped twice and our waitress even stated she knew it was slick. The restaurant was incredibly clean so I'm thinking it was a residue from construction or a coating on the linoleum they aren't able to get up with the chemicals used for nightly cleaning. As for the food it was pretty standard for a chain restaurant but could be improved. I had the boneless wings which were cooked well and the flavor was good, but the sauce was lacking. Instead of coating the wings in sauce they obviously just use a ladle and drizzle them once they were in the basket to be served; this left the wings on top with a dry appearance and an inconsistent flavor. The wings at the bottom were well coated and were what I would expect when ordering buffalo wings. Overall the staff was by far the best part of this experience and we will be going back to see how it they grow once they've had some time to work out the bugs. read more

I tried this place for the first time on a Thursday evening at 8:00 PM, and they were reasonably busy. Got waited on almost immediately by a friendly person, who even laughed at my jokes. I thought that I'd try the Veggie Burger, since I had been told that it was very good. So I ordered the veggie with fries, and she said, "do you want the straight fries with that?" I thought that she said "steak fries", which I love, so said yes. Well, the food came in short order, and the fries turned out to be the regular small, straight fries. So I told her that I ordered steak fries, and she smiled as she told me that they didn't have steak fries, but the choices were "straight" or curly fries. I had to laugh about that, (my fault), and I have to say that they were typical fries, no better and no worse than any other place that serves these. I have to say that those curly fries did look very good and I'll order those on my next visit. So for now, I'll give the fries a pass, and I just have to say that this was the best veggie burger that I've had. I will come back for that, and this time, I'll order the curlies. 5-stars. Wings Etc is a classic wing restaurant with a surprising and overwhelming menu. It goes without saying that they serve wings, but they also have a big menu consisting of burgers, shrimp, ETC. Haha! My husband and I Just happened to stumble across Wings ETC on our way home to THECLE from Chicago. We think we are wing connoisseurs, and these were great I had Hot my husband had Medium and Me So Spicy, good kick but some odd flavor maybe ginger I wasn't a fan of. Also tried the Fried pickles and Rib Tips super yummy. Fun bartender from Florida was our service with a smile person. If I had one suggestion it would be to make sure everyone is greeted there was literally two other patrons in the bar (whole place) and no one at the door not knowing the place we were like "duh which way do we go". I give them a three generously. Realistically I'd give them a 2.5. When you first walk in you get a unwelcoming smell. Not to mention the 3 minutes I waited to he greeted my anyone. I finally got my menu and asked what I wanted to drink about 10 minutes in. The atmosphere of this place is questionable at best. I ordered mini corn dogs for an appetizer those were the best part of the experience, I'd give those a 4.5 out of 5. I ordered 7 wings for $8 (overpriced) but they weren't that bad. I got fries with it too which were your average fries. Not bad but not good. That meal I'd give a 3 out of 5. Waitress was friendly and she tried but the place is new so she was a bit slow. I feel like Wings Etc provides Sturgis with a family friendly place to go to unwind and chow down, without all of the stigma attached you don't have to like sports to come here, but if you do it's a major plus because they have every sport you could think of on! They have a large draft beer selection and margaritas and cocktails of your choice. Typical bar and sports type food, mostly fried but you can get a dang good and loaded burger or grilled chicken or salad if wanting to be healthy. If you wanna splurge on some calories and cheese though (isn't that what eating out is for), like this will be your jam. They have bar stools if ya wanna sip and rip your opposing team or they have a fam section where your littles can throw a tantrum in peace lol.
