Pizza Hut Buffet... Enough said... Actually that's not all I am going to say though...LOL. I honestly felt bad for them today, because we got there at about 12:30 and they had a huge to go order and got backed up on the bar. The salad bar got refreshed and I actually built a decent salad with lettuce, tomatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, cucumbers, pickles, sunflower seeds, dried cranberries, and croutons. They had ranch, thousand island, creamy Italian dressings. They had bread sticks, they had their baked pasta, I think that they had their cinnamon sticks but one table took the entire pan to their table. As for pizza they had thin crust, hand tossed and pan pizza. In all honesty I only got a piece of Hawaiian hand tossed, cheese deep dish, and green peppers, onions and sausage thin crust, and a bread stick. But what I had was good. They had a television on but they had the sound down and the close caption on. So you could hear the conversation going on at your table. The buffet was clean for the influx of patrons. All in all it was a good lunch, and the employees were extremely polite and friendly especially with the mad rush going on. I believe they said that the Buffet hours were 1:00-1:30 Monday through Friday ONLY. So if you want something different than CiCi's try Pizza Hut. read more

Poor service, especially from the manager. We called to report that one pizza was missing toppings. The rep that answered apologized and said she would give us a future credit. We thanked her and went on with our day. Then we got a call a few minutes later from the manager saying we couldn't get a credit because they opened the box and showed us. Very petty. You lost a regular customer over. Cheap pizza. We will be going somewhere else from now on. Very disappointing. Ordered and paid for the 4 pack sodas and the cashier argued it didn't come with 4 and only gave my husband 2 mountain dews. In my husbands defense I made the order online, so he really didnt know. When I called back the store manager said she would NOT issue me a refund for 2 soda even though we were never given the other two Pepsi's. I called back, the other team lead had the same attitude.. it's all bad here, the pizza, the service, the attitude of EVERY team member. We always enjoy Pizza Hut's lunch time buffet. There were times when the pizza options were lacking on the buffet table during our visit but they were pretty quickly replenished. I'd say that the wait staff could use some more help. The waitress that we had could not remember what drinks to get for us and brought us the wrong ones. She also did not check back with our table for drink refills often enough during our visit. It may just be better training that is needed or more employees at this location. Pizza was good. Not the best & not the worst. I would come here again. Disappointed they use canned mushrooms instead of raw/fresh. They charge $.50 for a side of ranch to go w pizza but I understand it's to keep costs down. Dough is a little different from your "commercial" places. It's more doughy? Cumberland all the time there pizza looked fresh and smoking hot when u opened the box the pizza hut crust and wings would be on point but now it's like they got employees in the back that really don't care and like all of us they are just in there for the money. Please. Just. Don't. This place is so nasty! Last time I ordered I actually went to pick it up, they forgot half my "box deal" my marinara sauce for my bread sticks was half water, but the best part was that I stood inside for fifteen minutes with no one at all coming to help me, oh except for the punk who was getting off his shift but made a HUGE salad to take home and looked right at me and another woman and said "I'm off" and left, didn't even go find someone to help us. There was not a single employee to be found. I am very disappointed in this Pizza Hut location. I haven't been to a sit down Pizza Restaurant in years. The salad Bar looked incredibly discussing. We were seated, there were only three other tables in the whole restaurant with guests. It took forty five minutes to get our pizza. It was okay at best. The restaurant looked like it needed a good cleaning. The telephone rang off the wall. I guess they do most of there business with take out orders. I'm not sure what to say without sounding like complaining, but here it goes. For pizza, you have to avoid the pan crust or whatever they call it. Doused in oil and actually drips if you hold it up. Heartburn in a single slice. They skimp on toppings, cheese, and the sauce. Oh dear Neptune the sauce. Make sure you ask for heavy/extra sauce or you'll have one dry pizza with a tablespoon or so of sauce. Ordering is a gamble, sometimes it will be on time, other times twenty minutes late without an apology or excuse. I don't live far away either, so an hour for delivery of a simple order during non-busy times is ridiculous. read more

Terrible Customer service! I order a 2 pizzas, wings, cheese sticks, and 4 pops from this pizza hut. The order came to almost $70.00 and I tipped the driver $8.00 and noticed he forgot my wings. I called back this pizza hut restaurant and the said they would refund me the money. Several weeks later I continuously checked my credit card, but there was no refund! I called Pizza hut they said oh we credit your moms account with the money I told them I paid for the food with my credit card and the lady said she would refund me the money, they said I'm sorry we don't do that. I asked to speak to the manager told him my experience and even how I had the runs that night after eating that pizza and how it had been a totally bad experience at this Pizza hut, he said now the food made you sick, I told him I tip the driver order $70.00 worth a food and you did not deliver the food, I had a bad experience with the food and your are trying to force me to order more food by only giving a credit. So now my Mom has to drive to this Pizza hut to get my refund, My advice to all stay away from this Pizza Hut restaurant!!!! Bad Business!!! read more

This Pizza Hut keeps getting worst and worst. First let me say I was ordering to be delivered. Well that didn't workout pizza would arrive cold, oh I live 10 minutes from there. So let me go there and order and get it this while it is hot and ready. 2 personal pan pizza please one cheese, one super supreme and a salad. The person taking order says 15 to 20 minutes it is 5:45pm. Ok they maybe busy with to go orders. One table of 2 people in the restaurant. Fix the salad go back to the desk to get a lid for the dressing. Whoops no lids behind the counter the young girl has to go to the back to get some. Nope she comes back with just one. Sit down to wait for the pizzas. While waiting only 6 employees at the counter 3 counting out money for tips. No issue right. 6:15pm hey can you check and see if there are 2 Personal Pizzas ready. Oh yeah they are right here. Hmmmm 3 people there when i ordered them to go. Not one thought to say hey are those pizzas ready the guy is sitting in the first booth. How long had they been there. "We apologize have a nice night". Well every review site I can find will now know how to apologize. Plus maybe they need 8 people at the counter this way they keep up with the 2 tables in the restaurant. The absolute worst experience I have ever had at a Pizza Hut. No One had a clue what they were doing. Uggggh

Horrific experience - ordered some wings and a hand tossed Super Supreme without blk olives. After waiting 20 min I was told that they accidentally made it with olives but would remake it in 10 or so min. After 20 min they brought me the wings and apologetically handed me a pizza that they had accidentally made as a thin crust pizza. They offered to throw in a 2 lt soft drink. I was furious and left with what turned out to be a pretty cold pizza that still didn't match what I had ordered. That's 50 minutes and $20+ that I will never get back. I called three times to fix an order I had placed online. The first time I didn't even understand what the woman said until I was left on hold for ten minutes, called back to explain my reason for calling told me it would be thirty minutes until I received my food the driver had just pulled up when I had hung up with her. One of my orders was wrong and when I had called to try and fix it the lady hung up on me before trying to resolve the issue, went to Pizza Hut to explain everything that had happened I was charged extra on my card compared to what my receipt said. After waiting for one of the workers to stop stuffing her face and put her phone down I asked for a manager.
