Just had the worst experience with domino's carryout. Of course i call the store back and cashier was nice and said they would remake whole order and get delivered right away. Then 20 minutes later the store manager called and said it was store policy not to deliver there mistake because original order was carryout, and would not delivered and i had to go back and get it. I was appalled by the lack of service or customer service by the manager and i just told the manager to refund me and i would never visit them again. When you have time to stand around and talk when people are waiting at the counter that's BS. Just the other day I went to pick up and order (i deliver for Uber Eats) and when I finally get someone's attention, they tell me it's a new item and it'll take about 10 minutes. No worries, I take a seat on the bench and wait. (I'm not one of those drivers that freak out if the food isn't ready when I show up). People come and go, and 20 minutes later I flag one of kids down and ask about my order. "10 more minutes" he says. Ok.. by now my delivery is late so my stats are going to suffer, and the customer will probably be too mad to tip. And I can't blame them really. Anther 10 minutes go by and a different employee happens to see me waiting asks what order I'm here for?
