This location is a very small pick up location in a strip mall on Red Bank Road. You walk in & go up to the counter a few feet inside the door; tell them your name & get your pizza. I was quite please with the $10 large pizza with 3 topping deal. I always request extra sauce ( it's free ) to make sure my 'za is nice & wet with ample pizza sauce. But look... it tasted very good. I remember eating Pizza Hut a lot when I was little. There was a buffet and i loved it! Salad bar and different types of pizza. Miss those days. Fast forward and I haven't had it for more than a decade. This request to go to this location was my idea. My Mr. was all for it. They had a special for 3 topping pizza for $11.99. Couldn't pass it up. Ordered online for pickup. Hand tossed, Mushrooms, sausage and garlic. Only took 20 minutes. Got there and this place is super small. No dine ins. Mainly for pickups and they do deliver. They did a wonderful job. Pizza tasted so good! The crust was super soft and had great flavor. Next time I have to try the stuffed crust pizza! The very thought of Pizza Hut always takes me back to my childhood. I remember so many visits to locations in eastern NC when I was in grade school, doing all those book reports just so I could get a free personal pan pizza. I also remember when I had last surgery when I was battling cancer and the nurses got me a Pizza Hut pizza that evening. So having a Pizza Hut within a five minute drive from my place is definitely a good thing. My lady and I wanted a pizza to enjoy while watching some Sunday football games. We found a deal online for a large three topping pizza for $11.99. Hard to beat a deal like that! We ordered it with sausage, mushrooms, and garlic. The place itself is definitely a grab-and-go carryout location but they make it fast and good. The employee who handles my order was very friendly. He already knew my order when I came in the door and it was ready to go within 20 minutes. And the taste reminded me of all those years ago, still as tasty as it was before. They didn't skimp on the toppings either. Next time, I'll have to get sone wings along with another pizza. read more

I have been loyal to Papa Johns for a long time. I tried Pizza Hut tonight & wow! I received an estimate and they delivered before the estimated time, the pizza & pasta were delicious, & everything was a great value ! I got a large pizza with cheese bites for $14.99 , added on pasta which comes with five bread sticks and sauce all for only $25!! They food was delivered quickly, it was warm, & the driver was kind! Everything was correct on the order, the pasta was baked to perfection and the breadsticks were garlicky & buttery. Babysitting for two kiddos who have very particular tastes, as they both have Autism, they love Pizza Hut! It was the first choice for both of them and the only thing we could agree on this evening ! I was forced to order from this location despite its negative reviews based on the hotel I was staying. I ordered a pizza box with a medium pizza, breadsticks and cinnamon sticks and a two liter. The pizza portion was a pepperoni, sausage and green olive. The problem was there wasn't a green olive in site, minimal pepperoni and sausage. Overall not what I expected from Pizza Hut. I don't like posting negative reviews without speaking to a manager to allow them to fix the issue first. I called the location and hit 3 for customer service and no one would pick up. Tried three times. Fourth time I tried 2 (to change an existing order) to see if anyone would answer and again no answer. Next call I tried 1 (to order a pizza) and a lady at a call center finally answered. I explained why I was calling and she pulled the order up and said ok I will transfer you directly to manager at the store. Same thing no one answered and then got fast busy. I understand people make mistakes. Not sure how you don't know the difference between a bell pepper and a green olive??? Oh, they are both green albeit completely different shades. This Pizza Hut is a fantastic location. I usually do carryout, but they do deliver to my house in Columbia Tusculum. Always ready on time. Always looks great and tastes even better. I personally love all the choices here: the crust flavorings and the different sauces. All so good. Reminds me of home for sure and I love that. Reordered my last order and saw a notice that one or more of my items wasn't available. Checked my order and saw that it was the PIZZA. Please see name of restaurant. Added another pizza successfully and checked out. Received confirmation that I ordered everything EXCEPT THE PIZZA. Called to fix it but... well, see above. So twenty minutes from now, I'll receive breadsticks and cinnamon rolls. With no pizza. One. Stupid. Star. UPDATE! I never got my cinnamon rolls or breadsticks. If I could give this location no stars I would. We ordered pizza at 5:15 pm, was to be delivered by 6:15. It never came. We called at 7:00 to find out the status. Never got an answer, phone rang and rang it was busy. Ordered papa johns instead. It showed up as being ordered & delivered on the app. Called customer service to explain that it was never delivered & our card needs to be refunded. Extremely rude customer service rep, acted like I was awful for calling & complaining. I gave our info. And she said I wasn't here and have no idea what happened. And when I tried to explain & repeat the phone number she hung up on me. Completely appalling & unacceptable. Yes I was irritated that I wasted some of my evening because they have a bad system. Not only do I wait the time that the e mail suggests me to wait (15 to 25 mins) I then come to the store to pick up my pizza and wait an additional 15 to 25 mins. The store manager informed me they cannot deliver if the delivery is more than 8 minutes away from the store, that's a couple red light stops lol. The only reason I'm giving this 2 stars is for the woman who was busting her ass while her lazy coworker didn't do his job. I showed up 15 min after the time my order was supposed to be ready. I sat outside trying to let them know that I was here for my contactless curbside pickup, but kept getting denied access to the website. So I had to leave my dog in the car and walk in. When I walked in, a young woman was complaining that her coworker didn't put together any orders while she was delivering orders herself. So she got my pizza together for me. The coworker never put in my side of Cinnabon's, so the woman put them in, let him know that I was waiting, and then went to deliver another order that she had to put together. I stood there while the other worker was on his phone. I waited an additional 15 min for my food (so 30 min after it was supposed to be ready). The guy took his good ole time and never apologized or anything. I feel bad for the woman working there. Her coworker treated her terribly. read more

Do not order for delivery from this location. I ordered a single large pizza with cheese and pepperoni from this location that is only 11 minutes from my apartment. The website said the pizza would arrive in about half an hour, so after an hour and a half and thinking maybe it was just a busy Sunday for Pizza Hut, I decided to call in and see where my pizza was. Lo and behold, the man that picked up told me the pizza was on its way. After another hour of waiting, and having to make my own food for dinner since there was a noticeable lack of delivered pizza, I called again and immediately asked for a manager. Talking with the manager, they told me that the pizza had been delivered and signed for. Obviously this was not the case at its proper delivery location for I did not receive or sign for a pizza. After telling him this, he called up to his boss, who said he needed to call to his boss who wasn't in tonight. So after all of that, I'm left without a pizza that I paid for online, a stranger signed for a free pizza and received it without question, and they didn't even offer me a discount in the future or definite date on my refund. If you need further reasons to not go here, a friend of mine also ordered from this location at one point and, even though his pizza was delivered, he did not receive his 2 liter of pop. So obviously the people at this location need to get organized to be more correct and efficient. read more
