I first had Rapid Fire in Florence, KY and so when we were near it in Eastgate I had to stop by. I loveee how you can build your own pizza for about $10 and have an unlimited sauce bar at your own convenience. I loveee sauce with my pizza and so this was my own personal heaven. The sauce bar was a bit messy but this was the perfect meal to end a jungle Jim's trip with. The inside has a pretty good amount of seating and the workers were very kind and patient and put a great amount of toppings on my pizza. If there's a rapid fire near me I will definitely be back!! read more

We had an interesting experience when ordering pizza here one evening. My boyfriend and I wanted something easy that would be delivered in a reasonable time. Pizza sounded good and the website said it would take 20-30 minutes to deliver since we lived so close. Using the app, we placed an order and once we hit submit, the order suddenly said it would take 60 minutes and be delivered to the store? As you can imagine we were confused, so I called the store to ask what had happened and was told that they do not do deliveries unless it is through a third party like door dash or uber eats. Why could I order through the app then, the person on the phone did not know. They told me it would not be 60 minutes and I could pick it up in 20 minutes. So I rerouted the evening to get to rapid fired pizza for our pizzas, only to arrive there and meet a very confused manager. They wanted to know why I was picking up my pizza when I ordered for delivery, so I explained the phone call. He explained that they do in fact do delivery through the app, and a doordash driver picks it up. It all explained the confusion I had about what the app told me, and I found later that the delivery time would've been probably closer to the 30 minutes like the app originally said. He was able to refund my delivery fee and tip for the driver and right the wrong, but yet I came home and found two things missing from my pizza. I do really enjoy the pizza from here and will still be ordering from them, I would just recommend going to the store itself as their online options seem not user friendly. read more

The service is fast, the options are pretty limitless and the pricing isn't outrageous. Hard to really ask for much more. Dine in or carry out, either way you're good to go. The service from these little 15 year olds was ridiculous, check the tapes and the audio because I'm not gonna be made to look stupid because some girl wanted to say I didn't even order my food. First of all I called. I called for ten whole minutes watching them not pic up the phone. I have never been to this pizza place so instead of telling me "next time go around the other way" .. they DIDNT even put my order in? I walked in, let them know I tried calling and that I would like to order. I told them what I wanted. I said " I would like a small personal pan cheese pizza." She said "okay would you like to wait" Confused I said "I will be waiting in my car" Not one person out my order in a computer, or told me I needed to pay then? So I come back in ten minutes later hoping my food would be ready to be told that they didn't put my order in because I didn't tell them what I wanted, that I cut in line and that I stormed out. None of that is true. This is Nicole's go-to for vegan pizza. Normally the staff is energetic and amazing, this one visit the young man behind the counter was very monotone- had not joy for life, let alone being at work. I didn't ding the review because My friends said this was unusual and because the pizza was so freaking good. Funny enough- we went to 2 pizza places that night- this one for the Vegan pizza and another that is Alaina's favorite! Vegan crust, sauce, cheese, sausage and Nicole added onions to her pizza. Super fast and super good is how I'd describe Rapid Fired Pizza. If you're like me and have a job that constantly keeps you on the run, a place like this is perfect for a good lunch because it's so fast AND good. But pizza isn't all they do in such a delicious and quick way. They also have pastas, calzones, salads, and nice desserts. Have a nice craft brew with your Rapid Fired goodness too, just don't tell the boss. They have lots of specialty options to choose from or you can create your own. For my first visit, I went with the Buffalo chicken pizza on a 9" pan crust (crust options range from 9" pan, 11" thin, 14" traditional, 14" pan, no doh, and gluten free). My pizza came out pretty quickly and had a great, spicy kick to it, just how I like it! I'll admit, my nose was running a little towards the last bites, but it's worth it if you love spicy food like I do. Great lunch spot for sure or for a quick dinner or a little get together with friends/family. Fire it up and give it a try! read more

So I was out working in the Eastgate area yesterday night and I decided to try the rapid fired pizza chain. This one sits in a little strip mall across from jungle Jim's grocery store. After you enter there's a line you stand in. They have a lot of different pizzas that you can pick from you can either get one of their specialty pizzas like the hog heaven or build your own. I opted to build my own pizza I went with bacon green olives tomatoes red sauce mozzarella cheddar cheese artichoke hearts. They build it for you till they run it through the pizza oven. Pizza was seven dollars and $.75. Pizza was out of the oven in about eight minutes. They have a sauce bar with different dipping sauces one was some kind of habanero sauce the other sauces or different kinds of red sauces and ranch sauces like chipotle ranch. The pizza was good the crust was nice and brown and it did fill me up it tasted Not bad. Would definitely return. read more

It's just basic pizza. I think it lacks flavor with the crust added and is overly salty. This restaurant is basicly the pizza version of Subway. I'd try it again but would do a veggie pizza in hopes that it wouldn't be so salty. If you're looking for quick pizza then it's not terrible. Lowering my review....I went today and asked for a little more cheese and was told it would be 75 cents more. When you put a pan with crust and extra tomato sauce on a scale and then add cheese without calibrating the scale why there is a lot of spilled cheese on it; just pisses off customers. I saw 30+ people go after me and the scale was still messy. If you want to weigh the cheese do it by itself. Thicker crust and pan weighs more. The different sauces also have different density and weights. Snooty employees don't make Customers happy. I was told this is a Corporate store and they changed the "cheese rules". I agree with the other comments. The tables aren't clean. They don't have ice tea like the Montgomery location I was at 5 days ago. That location didn't charge 75 cents for more cheese and had more pleasant employees. I have been to that one several times and this one 2 times. Probably will go to Mod Pizza or Pieology when I want pizza besides a big chain. Pizza is still decent tasting but it's hard to patronize a restaurant when the employees aren't friendly and have an attitude problem. When we got there the employees were just standing around and 1 employee was making 3 pizzas for another customer. Also stupid that the garbage cans are only in the front of the restaurant by the door. Put one by the front so you can dump the trash and get a drink refill to go. read more

Been wanting to try Rapid Fired Pizza ever since they opened this location. I enjoy these type of fast cooking pizza places overall..and I would probably rank this one right in the middle. Not the best but not the worst. First off though, service here was excellent. Everyone was friendly and the food came out super fast. My girlfriend got a salad here and she just couldn't eat it. She said the lettuce tasted soggy and stale. The salads are sitting there for you to pick up and go with, so it's possible that the one she got had just been sitting there a long time. I got the thin crust pizza with sweet sauce, pepperoni, banana peppers, & bacon. I did really like the sauce, I was super pyched that they had a sweet sauce option, I looove a good sweet sauce. The crust was alright if kinda tasteless..the toppings were alright..the bacon was a bit..chewy. So yeah, overall, it wasn't the worst of this kind of pizza, but it was far from the best (as of now MOD Pizza is still my favorite). Side note, they have a freestyle Pepsi machine here. I've honestly never seen one of those before. I've seen plenty of the Coke versions, but not Pepsi. It was actually pretty sweet. read more

Toppings didn't taste fresh or even look appetizing. And to top it all off? When I got home (stupid me for not checking at the restaurant living 20 mins away), I got the incorrect pizza which he toppings on it I could not eat. And when I called to tell the story about the issue, no one answered the literal 7 times I called. Our first stop at a Rapid Fire- new fans. Great concept. $8 bucks for unlimited toppings. And they sell beer. The toppings were pretty fresh and the pizza was ready fast- 180 seconds to be exact (Just ask em!) We randomly picked this place on our way to Jungle Jim's. We called on the way, in the event they were busy and/or could call ahead seating (10 in our group). Curtis answered the phone and stated it was first come seating, but they currently had seating available for a large group. We thought it was a stand alone restaurant, but it was connected to other stores. The pizza was good, assembly line style of ordering and it baked fairly quickly for how busy the place was. They had a Pepsi digital fountain which it the first one I see of Pepsi most to them are coke products. I was disappointed with that since it just added flavor into the original sodas instead of actually Cherry Pepsi or Vanilla Dr Pepper. The dining room was clean and they had recommendations on sauces to try with different pizzas. They have a single men and women restrooms so they is somewhat a wait and only one condiments/fountaindrink counter that cause a bit of crowding. I have celiac disease and it's hard to find places who accommodate to that so well. Harley, the shift lead made a point to make a note of my allergy, change his gloves, use a different spoon for the sauce, etc. I know it seems obvious that places should do that, but I have ran into issues with other businesses not taking the right precautions. First off the acoustics are horrible. So noisy you can't hear what the staff are asking you. The thin crust is so thin. Too thin. Get the pan crust. They have slot of dipping sauces which is a plus. A lot of toppings to choose from. But for the noise alone I probably wont be back. read more

I had previously been to a location in Dayton and was pleased, so looked forward to trying this new one right near my house! It was about an hour before closing, so I figured the experience could go either way, and yet, it was a great one! There was still the huge, fresh looking selection of toppings and plenty of crust. There are so many things to choose from its almost overwhelming, but I like that! We decided to get one of each Thin crust and Deep dish to try both. The thin crust featured garlic butter, pesto, fresh mozz, green/red peppers, artichoke, and fresh tomato. The deep dish had meatballs, mushrooms, reg red sauce, ricotta, mozz, and fresh garlic. Both were delicious... the garlic butter made the thin crust get all crispy which was great! The "deep dish" isnt what youd consider Chi -style, but just more of a thicker crust. The staff was really great, restaurant clean, all around good joint. The dining room even has TVs which is nice if you are dining in to get your sports fix. Line moved fast, crust was crispy, and the flavor was spot on! I did a made to order, spicy pepperoni lovers. It was great! Two of my friends each got a taco pizza, one with beef, one with chicken. They said the chicken itself was amazingly good. Everyone loved their creations. We finished it off with the Apple dessert pizza, and it was TO DIE for! Worth the calories LOL! On top of it all, everyone working there was courteous and smiling, made our experience pleasurable! The owner even stopped by our table to check on our pizzas! We will definitely be back! read more

We LOVED the pizza, the staff was friendly, BUT...the place was a mess just as others have said. Tables were very dirty. Drink station was too. The floor was filthy. Trash was in the floor and under stations. This was disappointing and if this is how the staff is keeping the place one has to wonder how they care for the food. We have been loving Rapid Fired lately because they have a no dough option for my keto husband and I don't have to split a pizza with the kids. So far I have really loved every one of their specialty choices other than a bit of disappointment with the buffalo chicken. They don't offer blue cheese crumbles or blue cheese dressing for the Buffalo Chicken and a little celery would also be great like I have had elsewhere. They moved through the crowds with ease. It's a great deal that you can get as many toppings as you want for a set price.
