The service from these little 15 year olds was ridiculous, check the tapes and the audio because I'm not gonna be made to look stupid because some girl wanted to say I didn't even order my food. First of all I called. I called for ten whole minutes watching them not pic up the phone. I have never been to this pizza place so instead of telling me "next time go around the other way" .. they DIDNT even put my order in? I walked in, let them know I tried calling and that I would like to order. I told them what I wanted. I said " I would like a small personal pan cheese pizza." She said "okay would you like to wait" Confused I said "I will be waiting in my car" Not one person out my order in a computer, or told me I needed to pay then? So I come back in ten minutes later hoping my food would be ready to be told that they didn't put my order in because I didn't tell them what I wanted, that I cut in line and that I stormed out. None of that is true. Then these three little girls wanted to stand there and argue with me; A GROWN ADULT MIND YOU, and make me look like an asshole because they can't explain or have patience with customers.

This is Nicole's go-to for vegan pizza. Normally the staff is energetic and amazing, this one visit the young man behind the counter was very monotone- had not joy for life, let alone being at work. I didn't ding the review because My friends said this was unusual and because the pizza was so freaking good. Funny enough- we went to 2 pizza places that night- this one for the Vegan pizza and another that is Alaina's favorite! Vegan crust, sauce, cheese, sausage and Nicole added onions to her pizza. This is a super fast pizza place- something like pizza fired in 180 seconds! We were in and out in under 5 minutes. I was impressed!

Super fast and super good is how I'd describe Rapid Fired Pizza. If you're like me and have a job that constantly keeps you on the run, a place like this is perfect for a good lunch because it's so fast AND good. But pizza isn't all they do in such a delicious and quick way. They also have pastas, calzones, salads, and nice desserts. Have a nice craft brew with your Rapid Fired goodness too, just don't tell the boss. They have lots of specialty options to choose from or you can create your own. For my first visit, I went with the Buffalo chicken pizza on a 9" pan crust (crust options range from 9" pan, 11" thin, 14" traditional, 14" pan, no doh, and gluten free). My pizza came out pretty quickly and had a great, spicy kick to it, just how I like it! I'll admit, my nose was running a little towards the last bites, but it's worth it if you love spicy food like I do. Great lunch spot for sure or for a quick dinner or a little get together with friends/family. Fire it up and give it a try!

So I was out working in the Eastgate area yesterday night and I decided to try the rapid fired pizza chain. This one sits in a little strip mall across from jungle Jim's grocery store. After you enter there's a line you stand in. They have a lot of different pizzas that you can pick from you can either get one of their specialty pizzas like the hog heaven or build your own. I opted to build my own pizza I went with bacon green olives tomatoes red sauce mozzarella cheddar cheese artichoke hearts. They build it for you till they run it through the pizza oven. Pizza was seven dollars and $.75. Pizza was out of the oven in about eight minutes. They have a sauce bar with different dipping sauces one was some kind of habanero sauce the other sauces or different kinds of red sauces and ranch sauces like chipotle ranch. The pizza was good the crust was nice and brown and it did fill me up it tasted Not bad. Would definitely return.

Looks better than it tastes. Definitely lacks flavor and is overly salty. It's just basic pizza. It's basically the pizza version of Subway.

It's just basic pizza. I think it lacks flavor with the crust added and is overly salty. This restaurant is basicly the pizza version of Subway. I'd try it again but would do a veggie pizza in hopes that it wouldn't be so salty. If you're looking for quick pizza then it's not terrible. It you're looking for flavorful pizza I'd probably head somewhere else.

    Very disgusting

I ordered a well done pizza and was delivered a melted cheese cold sauce sloppy pizza fresh out the oven and I don't even live 2 miles from the restaurant!

Been wanting to try Rapid Fired Pizza ever since they opened this location. I enjoy these type of fast cooking pizza places overall..and I would probably rank this one right in the middle. Not the best but not the worst. First off though, service here was excellent. Everyone was friendly and the food came out super fast. My girlfriend got a salad here and she just couldn't eat it. She said the lettuce tasted soggy and stale. The salads are sitting there for you to pick up and go with, so it's possible that the one she got had just been sitting there a long time. I got the thin crust pizza with sweet sauce, pepperoni, banana peppers, & bacon. I did really like the sauce, I was super pyched that they had a sweet sauce option, I looove a good sweet sauce. The crust was alright if kinda tasteless..the toppings were alright..the bacon was a bit..chewy. So yeah, overall, it wasn't the worst of this kind of pizza, but it was far from the best (as of now MOD Pizza is still my favorite). Side note, they have a freestyle Pepsi machine here. I've honestly never seen one of those before. I've seen plenty of the Coke versions, but not Pepsi. It was actually pretty sweet.

The best pizza I've ever eaten! So delicious. Their ricotta cheese is amazing and the dough is so fluffy and they put a lot of toppings to your liking. Sooo good 11/10.

Only one group was eating in the restaurant but they still had plenty of workers and the food was great! Employees were friendly, nice job of safe distancing and dividers in the restaurant. We will be back!

The options for toppings were decent and the flavor was good. Pizza size options were a tad small for large families.

I ordered salmon and it was nicely prepared and crisp on the outside with summer vegetables. The butter sauce was too voluminous for the dish and overwhelmed what was supposed to be a "light" dish - it was super heavy with melted butter. The environment for a Wednesday evening was busy! We had a bit of an issue in that we made the reservation over two weeks ago with the specific request to be seated away from the kitchen door, and we ended up being seated right near the very small hostess area and of course, next to the kitchen door. Our server mostly made up for it with good service and a very nice demeanor.

Because it is so exxxxxxpensive, this is not a restaurant you casually dine at. But since it was my sister's Bachelorette weekend, my group of 7 treated the bride-to-be to a luxurious dinner here in May 2026. And she had a wonderful experience! The interior is gorgeous, elegant, and smells amazing. The staff is professional and runs with the efficiency of a Michellen-starred restaurant. I always enjoy watching a staff of 7 deliver the table their food like they are performing a choreographed dance. I ordered the cheapest drink on the menu - a yummy local beer from MadTree for $7. The others had much more expensive cocktails that were $20+. You won't have to worry - while their food menu is small and selective, the drink menu is HUGE. They surprised us with glasses of in honor of my sister's upcoming nuptials. That was a lovely treat! I kept to being a cheap-o and ordered the $18 "Arpege" salad as my main. It didn't have any meat but it had a lot of cheese! Yum! Others ordered more substantial mains like the scallops, the beef tartare, the halibut, etc. All were plated beautifully. I had a bite of the bolognese, and while a small portion, it was superb. You do have to pay for bread service but it is unlimited refills so on $8, the 7 of us went through 6 loaves of bread and 6 trays of delicious salted butter. I personally probably had 2 loaves on my own. My god, it was the best thing I ate the entire trip! After we ate our mains, we then ordered a variety of desserts. Most of us got ice cream (get the strawberry!!). My sister and another girl got the famous "candy bar" dessert and the cheesecake. I had a bite of the candy bar and for $15, it was the most dense candy bar ever! Sooooo much chocolate! I'll end here but with tax and tip, we paid about $630ish. My portion was $51, by far the lowest of the group. I got out relatively cheaply because I filled up on bread but feel free to treat yourself and indulge a bit more!

It was all delicious, service was wonderful, vibes were beautiful, and I felt the food came at a good value for what we ordered. Mainstrasse in Covington is an experience and Mama's is part of that! We sat outside on the patio to take it all in- highly recommend in nice weather. The building itself is beautiful and both the inside and outside feature artsy details in the decor that I really appreciated. My favorite was the mismatched plates, which were darling and cozy! Our waitstaff was quick and friendly, allowing us to order all at once and bringing things out with great timing- quickly, but not until we finished a course so we weren't rushed. We appreciated getting in and out relatively quick as we had a sitter at home. We decided to go a little all out and try a lot of items together. First, the focaccia and ricotta was enjoyable but not my favorite bread starter I've had. It hit the spot but I wasn't raving about it like another one of my favorite whipped ricotta starters across town. The arancini, however, was fantastic- probably our favorite thing we ate. Hot, crispy, and paired with a delicious spicy marinara that was super standout and flavorful. Next we got the stonefruit panzanella, which was beautiful and really yummy. The burrata was delicious in particular and while the cherries and peaches weren't the best I've had all season, they worked well together in this dish. For our entrees, we split both the chicken parmesan and the limone pasta. The chicken parmesan was huge, we both had a large piece even after it was split. The pasta had that delicious marinara from earlier and we really enjoyed it, which is saying a lot for a simple marinara spaghetti. The chicken was very thin and crispy. I liked the limone even better- it was very lemon forward which can be hard to achieve in a creamy sauce. We only wished we tried more shapes of pasta because it's made in house and the spaghetti was the perfect level of al dente in our opinions. We were super full, but ordered the cookie platter to finish the meal. We split a couple of the 6 cookies that came in 3 varieties, but took the rest home! The chewy almond/amaretto cookie was our favorite and really unique. My husband also had an old fashioned and commented that he liked it a lot. I would have expected this much food to come out to much more than it did- $100! I feel that is a great value for a special occasion considering we were stuffed and tried a ton of menu items. Overall, this was such an indulgent and fun experience and I'd highly recommend Mama's to anyone who is looking for a yummy Italian experience with comfort food classics in a fun, cozy Covington setting.

Our reservation was at 7:30 and we arrived around 7:25. When we got there I noticed the table near the chef's counter was still occupied, but we weren't too concerned since the party already had their to-go bags on the table. About 15 minutes passed and they ended up ordering dessert (slowly), so it became clear they weren't leaving anytime soon. The manager offered us a different table and apologized, but Lola had been really looking forward to the chef's seating since that's specifically what we reserved. In the end we waited about an hour, which was frustrating, especially since the other party could clearly see we were waiting. Overall it was an awkward situation to be in. That said, the staff handled the situation very kindly. The manager offered Lola a tour of the kitchen and the chance to meet the chef. My daughter was a little nervous and wanted me to go with her, but it seemed like the invitation was meant just for her and they didn't want adults in the kitchen (I get it!). The manager noticed she was scared and took her hand and walked her through the kitchen which made my daughter feel at ease. It was a thoughtful gesture and they were incredibly apologetic the whole time. Again, it was just an awkward situation overall. Plus we were starving. The food, however, was fantastic. The pasta was made from scratch and tasted incredibly fresh. The eggplant parmigiana was excellent, and I especially loved the "Via-misu." Despite the long wait, the staff was so kind and apologetic that it actually made us want to come back and try the experience again.
