While ordering I asked for a pizza with "beef" on it, (which is how it is worded on their menu), I then was asked if beef was chicken! Once we arrived home and checked the food, I discovered something wrong with all three items we ordered. The "supreme" pizza, was merely a sausage pizza with a few bell peppers. Their supreme pizza we have ordered in the past included several more ingredients. The calzone was so doughy in the middle I had to continue cooking it at home. And the pizza with the "beef" topping, which is normally plain ground beef, had some sort of taco seasoning on it.

It was delicious as well. Everything was simple and so tasty. The owner, or who I assume was the owner, was serving another table and asked if they were passing through. They live in Northwest Arkansas and Mama Tigs is their usual lunch spot (there are a few other locations). The owner said most people are visiting the nearby lake or passing through to Branson, when I said "That's what we're doing." We chatted a bit more with the owner and discovered they had lived in DFW at one time. Small world. Great place! Friendly staff! Excellent, wood-fired pizza! Be sure to stop in.
