This is actually more so a review of the management. I didn't catch the guys names but the management has the slowest pizza maker in the world working by himself right now. I out in an order at 10 am and he put it in the oven at 10:15 because he had one three pizza order before me. And he barely had that order in by the time the guy came walking back in. While I wait for my oven to preheat I figured I'd leave review of this experience. I bought a large pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and under notes I put well done. That extra cheese makes the pizza take longer to cook. Sad to say the employees just put it through with regular time through the oven. No extra, like I requested. Customer service was professional/helpful for me when I had a discrepancy with ordering via 'GrubHub' I politely expressed part of my order was missing (GrubHub sends them a order ticket with "NoStx"). Then the staff were offering me breadsticks + marinara sauce before I was even able to show them the discrepancy on GrubHubs part. The Pasta always "includes 5 breadsticks" so I don't understand why GrubHub would exclude them (despite the GH app showing them as included). Not unless this is the stores way to help offset GH tax/percentage then I can understand that. I wouldn't use GrubHub to order from here unless you want to utilize any GH credits. read more

This was the first time I ordered from this place and it totally disappointed me. I place my order online and it stated that my order would be ready in 15 minutes. It took over 1.5 hrs to get my food delivered. I called to check on the status of my food and I was told that they were under staffed and that the driver left 10 minutes prior to me calling. At this point it was already over 1 hour from the time I ordered my food. I called a second time to check what the delay was and again was told that they were under staffed. When my food was delivered, it was cold and items were missing. I called to inform them of my missing items and was asked if I wanted the driver to come back and drop the items off. Honestly... My girlfriend and I love this pizza hit location! We've gone to some that are definitely a hit or miss but this one has never failed us! We order pizza pretty religiously every Thursday afternoon and this Pizza Hut has been our establishment of choice for the past month or so. Our pizza is always fresh, made correctly, and cooked to perfection! And we've never had to wait an insane amount of time, the average being 15 and the longest being 30 minutes. The only downside is that this location never has good deals, like the recurring 50% off coupon, compared to other Pizza Hut locations when ordering online, which is my ordering method of choice. If you've had bad experiences with Pizza Hut then I'd recommend giving this one a try before writing them off completely. read more

Pizza Hut pizza isn't as good as it used to be. They're more expensive than Domino's but used to be a little better, too. The crust on the pan pizza is not as good as it used to be. They are clearly using as little toppings as possible. My husband likes meat & he was pissed to see 2 pepperonis. My husband said I'll never order their pizza again. I told him I stopped going to Pizza Hut when I picked up my 2 pizzas & noticed they charged me a service fee. When I asked what is this fee for ? She said it's because doing business in CA is more expensive. I said so is living here, so I'm already paying more. I have NEVER seen any other company charge me a fee because they're located in CA ??? WTF ? Most people probably aren't looking at their receipt to notice this extra fee, but they lost me FOREVER as a customer with that sneaky trick. Ordered a $10 pizza and a 2 Liter Sierra Mist for $13.09 then charged $5.25 for delivery (used to be $4 delivery and I'm about a mile from the store) then a $0.79 service fee and $1.48 sales tax so $20.61 was the total. When the delivery person arrived I had only 2 $20 bills so they said they could only give me $15 in change because that's all the money they're allowed to carry. So they got a $4.39 tip. No just cancel it or come down. So now i had to put clothes in to go outside and now drive down there to get a refund and something else to eat for me and my kid. I must say Pizza Hut has gone down hill. Deep dish pizza isn't as good as it was because they've cut down on amount of toppings. They charge for red pepper. They charge an extra fee because they're located in CA. I feel like they're nickeling & diming me to death. Not to mention, I can't get a deal online. Why in the hell are we paying this much for you to come up the street and around the corner but that doesn't include the tip? I don't get why its so high when gas isn't.
