First of all, we walked in and the girl at the front, with orange/redish hair, was totally focused on something else not work related. She and the others working tonight were very UNPROFESSIONAL. Laughing obnoxiously loud, meowing, barking, yelling, cursing non stop, very off task and just down right not acceptable to be met with working standards, especially hands on with costumers. Second of all, the pizza was not cut all the way through, it was sloppy cut and just thrown together. The marinara sauce for the bread sticks were cold, we told the girl at the ordering booth that we were dining in, there's no reason the sauce should be cold. On my most current visit, my personal pan pizza was suppose to have two toppings. I only received the majority of one topping, which was onions and as for the second topping, I received a few tiny pieces of chopped bacon. The lacking of the second topping didn't give me a true flavor experience as one would expect with onions and bacon? Come on. this is a personal sized pizza and if they couldn't give me what I ordered, I wonder what they are to those customers who order toppings for their medium and large pizzas? As for the accompanying side of fries, it was so oil logged that next time, perhaps they should save the paper serving container and just have me eat them out of the deep fryer? Thought we would try "the Big New Yorker" deal. Well, first off, it isn't that big - pretty much a normal size pizza. Then it is supposed to be cut into 6 slices - well I guess the educational system failed whomever cut it, as 8 isn't 6. But the big issue was the crust was not very good - cardboard like. I ordered extra cheese - it didn't seem like there was extra cheese. The toppings were a bit sparse - not like as shown in the pictures. It was delivered on time, but that was an outside service. For nostalgia purposes thank you. I would like to thank the employees here. We enjoyed as if we were back in the 80's for a few. Excellent service. All of the staff here were fun loving, and also easy going. This is a family friendly place. The pan pizzas were good but not great. Have to say that the vegetarian pizza was the best. A lot of pizza restaurants, don't use fresh ingredients. This one doesn't use canned vegetables. Thank you for that. We went today for the lunch buffet - Sundays 11:30-2:30. Loved it. Reminded me of old times. Good selection of pizzas, pasta, bread sticks and cinnamon sticks. Not worth your time, effort, or money. Bunch of people whom care little about the quality of food. Every time I've gotten a pizza, specifically from this Pizza Hut, I have to put it in my oven when I get home. The toppings, don't even get me started! It's like they close their eyes and guess where the pizza is when putting them on! Not to mention they fail to update their website. You can spend 20 minutes trying to order something that's not physically in store, just so you can call and have them tell you "sorry we done have it" Very outdated. I learned that the Pizza Hut in New Holland PA still does a lunch buffet on Sunday, so I checked it out. I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was like stepping back in time. They had about 5 different pizzas on the buffet along with a pasta, breadsticks and cinnamon-sugar breadsticks. While we were eating a member of the staff stopped by our tabled and asked if we wanted any special toppings on the pizzas. We gave some suggestions and about 10 minutes later pizzas with our suggestions appeared on the buffet. That was a nice bonus. The place was about half-full so the turn-over on the buffet was pretty brisk which kept everything fresh and hot. Looking forward to doing it again. read more

As soon as we sat down and looked around , we knew we were in trouble.there was food all over the floor ( we entered the restaurant at opening time) , the tables had grease and sauce on most of them and the carpet was so gross , it actually smells! My wife went over to get silverware at the middle island ( that used to be for the Buffet ) there was mold everywhere! After a soccer game we headed here because it was down the road from the field & my son picked it. The inside was modern and clean. Love the lighting and local pictures on the wall! I ordered on-line for curbside. I responded to I'm here Link in email when I arrived on time. 15 minutes later still no pizza. Went inside to check - Cashier not wearing a mask. Food was being held in an oven and was not hot, so I don't know if they ever planned to do curbside, To add insult to injury I gave a generous tip when I prepaid the order. If I could give no stars I would!!!! Me and my fiancée ordered here about a week ago. We received cold food and didn't get all the right condiments we ordered. I called and the manager told me that was due to them using grub hub, which I understood because the driver wasn't carrying the hot bag for our food so she gave us a credit for next time. (Manager was Carissa) very nice by the way.) We just called tonight to use our credit and TOLD the young girl on the phone that we wanted delivery. Hour goes by and still no food. So I call, once again. Talked to the young girl and she said I never told her delivery which I did. She then proceeded to argue with me and get rude. I asked if the food could just be remade and sent out for delivery because we are starving at this point. She then put me on hold so she could talk to her manager on duty to see if they could remake my food!?! She comes back and then says they could. They switch it to delivery and then tell me I have to pay 34 dollars because they can't switch my credit over ! I then talked to the manager and he told me he didn't know how to void anything or handle this type of situation. I used to manage a pizza shop for 7 years. Beyond unbelievable!! So done with this Pizza Hut ! If you want a good pizza shop where you won't get screwed over more than once go to Slice Of Brooklyn right up the road ! read more

No where on the website said that grub hub would be delivering it and it took an hour and a half to get my food that said would be ready in 25-35 minutes. Completely disappointed. It was horrible, having the appearance of a frozen pizza that had been thawed, then heated, but not very well. My husband waited on the porch when we got the phone notification that our delivery driver was approaching. No one showed. I texted the delivery driver to let them know my husband was on the porch. No one showed. I texted again. Still, no one. My husband noticed a car just sitting in a nearby parking lot. My husband approached the car and asked if he was the delivery driver. My boyfriend and I had came here twice. The first time the waitress had an attitude. My boyfriend and I ordered the same drinks, my drink tasted sour and kinda bad. I had tried my boyfriends and his was sweet and tasted fresh :/. The second time was quite recently, last week. We ordered the same drinks, both good this time. They had specials on the windows but now on the menu so when I asked out server about it she seemed confused and had to go to the back and ask about it and the prices. We had ordered a large pizza with stuffed crust. Waited about and hour, I work as a server so I usual don't mind waiting and I had someone to keep me company so I didn't mind to much. But we were the only customers in the building and it was very slow. Another employee had came to our table and informed us that our pizza wouldn't come out of the pan and he had been trying to get it out. He said he would give us a 10% discount which was nice, but he had to make the pizza again which took another 20 minutes. Cashiers are always friendly, pick up has been fresh. I have never dined in, however it seems to be almost empty, even on week nights. Most Pizza Huts seem to be declining but I hope this one stays. The food was like any pizza hut. But the service sucked. I used the app to order my food, and showed up at the time it said. When I walked in no one was at the counter... Okay no biggy they are working, but when the manager Kristi ( I think) showed up at the counter she did not greet me just stared at me. I told her my name for pickup and she still said nothing. She finally finished my pizza, which was sitting out on the cooker belt, and told me the total. Did not even tell me to have a great day or anything. We had ordered our meal and everything was going ok. But, then my dad walked into the place and he told the man the order. Came for a quick early dinner and had to wait to be served due to the manager holding a staff meeting about how horrible pizza Hut is at paying all of them around christmas. She loudly bitched about her pay and how horrible the company was. After the meeting, she very loudly talked to other employees loud enough we could hear her clearly in the back of the restaurant.
