I went simple with a breakfast sandwich with a fluffy scrambled egg, thick-cut pork roll, and Cooper sharp on the lightest, airiest Kaiser roll I've ever had. And do no sleep on their thick cut bacon, which is meaty and delicious and coated in a buttery mapley goodness that tasted like Heaven. Things to note: they only take cash, and on the weekends, there's an hour limit (meaning you can't dawdle) so they don't have lines piling up outside.
