The bar area is small with not a ton of tables, there was really no waitress the bartender was doing both however server was still fairly good!!We went on a Tuesday which was their Wing night Wings are .79 cents each. We went with 12 wings for $9.50. We got the Asian cajan, which was AMAZING!!!! They came out nice and crispy just like I had ordered then. I would get again and again! I then got mild parm garlic, which was okay. We added mozzarella sticks for $9, which were good. i don't think you can go wrong with mozzarella sticks. We added a chicken quesdilla for $10. I woke up this morning really hungry for some chicken wings and this place came up as a pretty solid wing place, so I decided to give it a shot. They gave me a 15 minute wait time which was perfect because then I could leave right away. When I got there the food was practically done, and the lady working at the bar was very nice and gave me my food. I ended up getting 18 medium wings and they were pretty solid, would prolly give them a 7.5/10. They were very saucy and juicy, but they definitely could have been a little more crispy on the outside to give them that crunch, if they did that it would be a 10/10. But overall I'm not going to complain at all about the wings because I got 18 wings for the price of 17.50 which is really hard to find nowadays. Overall it was really solid quality food and an even better price. I will definitely be stopping back again!!! read more

Went here the other week. I got a cheesesteak which was pretty, could've been cheesier though. My boyfriend got the Corvette burger which pretty much tasted like a normal cheeseburger. The fries were over done and bland, but the loaded fries were much better. That being said the service was good, but it also wasn't very busy at the time. read more

Place has surprisingly good reviews ... not sure why. The inside was filthy, the food sucked, the water cup was dirty and chipped. The onion rings were overcooked and hard. The sandwiches just weren't good -- there was no beer sauce on the cheesesteak and the other sandwich was dry and hard. We had to ask for silverware and napkins. Neither one of us finished our food. Neither one of us will ever go back. We've both been in dive days that were much nicer with better food. This place sucks. read more

Very happy that the Corvette is open again! My fiance and I were really excited to finally stop in for a bite to eat after the long-anticipated wait of them serving a full menu again. We both really enjoyed the wings (they were huge!) and the Margherita Bianco Flatbread. We also ordered the Cheesesteak Egg Rolls and Turkey Panini. Both were good as well and filled with flavor. The only thing I would maybe change is the breading for the egg roll so it looks & tastes more like an egg roll and the bread for the panini to maybe focaccia or ciabatta bread, but that is just a thought! And I'm sure over time some changes will be made to the menu. Overall, REALLY great experience food & service wise during our visit. The Corvette can count on us to be frequent customers. I thought this place was so adorable. I heard of this place through my cousin who of course heard it from a local from the area about where to good wings. I love nothing more than a good word of mouth review - that's where the real gold is and I'm here to share it with y'all. What to expect? It's a bar on the side of a busy road. Parking is sparse is only on the side of the street. If you're not looking, you might miss it. I'm not sure if it's considered downtown palymra but we passed a walmart so maybe so. The place is small and cozy. Lots of locals come through. Its extremely tight and please don't expect to come here and expect it to be fine dining. It's not. You're here for wings, an awesome beer, and best of all, their own concoctions of liquor. I think I've had one of the best mixed drinks ever here. They infuse their own liquor in house. Recipe in the pics below. I think it's seasonal thing as well. As for wings? Definitely worth it. They seem to have a lot of other options. We got the bangin' and the the ballin'. Apparently they are known for the Ballin' and honestly. I liked the Ballin with the Garlic Parm Sweet and Spicy. It was more of a dry rub in comparison to the Bangin' which was saucy. I see why people come here for the Ballin' - it's honestly the most unique flavor I've had. And I would come here again for them. Bangin tasted more like a Cajun-like teriyaki mixture to me. The wings were also perfectly crispy. No sogginess at all even after we had sauce on them. They also will give you more blue cheese if you want more! read more

After speaking with the owner, Mike, and getting an understanding of how things operate and the functionality of his restaurant, I have decided maybe I was a bit too harsh in my original review, and have decided to bump it up an additional star. First off, going out of your way to reach out and really explain yourself is a terrific way to show that not only do you care about your business, but how you treat yourself. I have given other restaurants praise for this as well, because it makes the customer want to come back again - even if the food is mediocre. While I do want to come back again, and try another menu item, he gave me a snippet of what was to come in his new menu. I would definitely make to try the 'Vette Burger, but some of the other sandwiches he was telling me sound really promising. The fact he is always wanting to improve and never settling is also a cause for bumping up this review an extra star. I am not too sure when I expect to return to Annville, but it will probably be in the February-March range, but when I do, I'm looking forward to the visit. And maybe having a drink there while I'm at it. read more

We were in town for a wedding. After the wedding we returned to our Bed and Breakfast (Patriot House) and we're feeling a touch hungry. After reading some trusty Yelp reviews the Corvette seemed like the best choice. Honestly... some of the best fries I've ever had. I got the beer battered ones and omg, trust me, you want them. Also got the Corvette Burger and the Reuben. My boyfriend and I each shared some of both and we were not disappointed. I'll start this off with the short list of good things: Outdoor area is a good atmosphere. A lot of great selections of beer Nice location. Came in on a Wednesday night around 7. They only had one server/bartender and it looked busier than usual. We were sitting outside and asked about the beer. She said there were too many bottled beers for her to remember. Which would have been the perfect time to suggest something to us, but she just walked back inside. So two of us went inside to order one instead. Again she was alone, so we stood for a little bit. She took food orders from bar patrons and gathered a to-go order. Completely fine. In that time another group walked in. They were waiting to be seated. But then she immediately goes to them to help seat them. Instead of helping us first. Thankfully the group directed her to help us first. But she seemed less than amused. One of us ordered a burger cooked medium and it came out rare. So she sent it back. They return it cooked well, but that was expected for sending it back. But then she was told she needs to order properly. What!?! This was not a customer not knowing how to order, this was an untrained cook thinking a medium burger meant seared outside, fully pink inside nothow thatworkshun. Done eating and the busser came to clear plates. I was done and so was the person next to me so what does he do? Scrape her plate off onto my plate in front of me! I've been in the service industry for over 10years and if I ever did that I would've been fired!! That is the #1 thing you shouldn't do as a busser! And the cherry on top, walking out and notice a cook spitting dip in the kitchen, no cup, just the floor. where's ServeSafe when you need it! read more

I was returning home from the Hershey/Palmyra area and this dive bar was just a few blocks before a turn I had to take to get back towards the Pennsylvania Turnpike. To be honest, I had no idea what to expect. It seems to be the only establishment open late at night on Sunday in the quiet town of Annville. To my surprise, it was actually very good. The interior looks like a divey version of Quaker Steak & Lube. The walls are decorated with car and motor oil-related signs, including a Quaker State sign, of course. Conversation at the bar area can get a bit rough but the bartender is a nice fellow who makes you feel like you can talk to him about things. It's a small bar with not much of a crowd, so service was pretty quick. I ordered the fried cod basket and the portion size was a lot of food for the money. In an area with not too many restaurant choices, Corvette Grill is a little gem. It has small-town hospitality and reasonable prices, and it keeps really late hours. read more

Service was definitely subpar, she was very nice but I cleaned my own appetizer plates and took them to the bar to make room for our sandwiches and kept going to the bar to get our drinks. Scrounged napkins off another table because none were given to us. However we were given napkins and silverware after the appetizers were there a five or ten minutes. The food wasn't horrible, wasn't good, it was edible is how to describe it. Hot Turkey sandwich, well no bread just turkey grilled up and placed on fries and bland gravy dumped on top. French dip "Where's the Beef", and the broth looked like lightly dirty tinted dish water. Cheesesteak wasn't too bad, maybe not quite as good as the local pizza shops. A 'weird' little place that looks like a dive bar but is a nice place to eat lunch from what I've gathered. I have never eaten here, but have been here for drinks a few times. Booze selection is solid and they have a few oddball liquors you don't often see. Staff is attentive and handles the large crowd of college kids and regulars well on the weekend. Drinks are always well priced. This bar has a nice, cozy feel. My only real issue here at times is that some liquors are overly expensive. Kraken rum is about $22-25 a bottle, but will run you $4.50 a shot here. I've been to much nicer bars that charge as much if not less. I would expect to pay that much for Pyrate, seeing as the bottle is more expensive, but not that much for mid-shelf rum. This is mostly my own peeve and will not affect the rating I give this place. read more

I was in town by myself this weekend and found Corvette on yelp. When I got there, I honestly was a little scared to go in. It's very possible that I drove around the block 4 times before I did. But with a little courage from a ton of awesome yelp reviews I went in, and let me say I am SO glad I did. The two bartenders couldn't have been friendlier. I had ballin wings and hand-cut fries and they. Were. Amazing. My boyfriend loves wings and now he is pumped about coming out here to visit! On top of that, I got a 10% coupon for checking in. I had one of the lunch specials, a Carolina Pocket that was tasty and only $2.99. Had an order of wings with it (I got the garlic Parmesan sweet & spicy combo) and they were awesome. My buddy got an Italian Hoagie that was equally delicious. Washed it all down with one of their 14 draft beer choices. Mike even gave us samples of some brands we had never had. The other customers were friendly as well - felt like we were regulars after only a few minutes! We will definitely be back! I ordered the bacon Mac and cheese bites and I didn't find any bacon, in any of the bites. The regular beer, that you'd think you'd find anywhere, they were out of. I have been a patron of this bar for 30+ years and was pleased the first time I ate her after the re-opening so decided to take several friends along for my second visit. What a huge mistake! We went in around 1pm and the bar area was taken over by little kids (as in toddlers) with only 1 table available. Due to it being very full, we had no qualm wating patiently for the waitress to catch up but was floored that she basically threw 2 menus at me walking by which she clearly saw there were 3 of us. She finally got to us and after taking our order seemed annoyed we wanted separate checks. We get our food and she only brings 1 set of utensils, which was odd as we were sharing appetizers. After everyone cleared out, we thought service would be better. NOPE, apparently the 2 men at the bar were way more interesting than us as we sat forever with empty beers and then again annoyed her since we had to ask for refills. We ask for boxes and as she starts grabbing stuff to clear she throws a dirty napkin on the fries I was taking and once again annoyed her as she realized they were not trash. We finally get our checks and once again waited as she sat there holding our credit cards chatting forever with the 2 men at the bar.
