I swear Yelp needs a ZERO STAR category!!! I called to place an order, so that all I'd have to do was walk in and pay for the pizza. I was asked to hold. After 12 minutes, I decided to drive towards the location from Clinton MD, in hopes of saving time. At 20 minutes, no one had even come back to the phone. When I pulled into the parking lot, they hung up on me. I asked to speak to a manager, who simply told me that they were short staffed. REALLY??? The manager's apology was dismissive. And she actually was turning to walk away when I asked if she thought that was appropriate? She said; "Well I apologize." And went right back to work! And I left and placed my order with Papa John's! Wish I could leave zero stars but unfortunately this is not an option. Placed an online order for contactless, curbside pickup. Provided accurate vehicle description and parked in the spot for pickup. No one ever came out or acknowledged us at all. When we went inside to get our pizzas (which completely defeats contactless, curbside pickup) we let them know we had been sitting outside for quite some time, the large gentleman that was working simply replied "And?" I ordered 3 pizzas and 8piece bone out wings my pizza was fixed incorrectly and my wings were burnt picture below. I ordered and paid online so ofcourse me calling in to report this no answer. I received many bounced around calls from what they are now calling a customer service center. So when I am tired of waiting on hold and I take these wings up there and slap someone with them just know I tried hard to remain calm and civilized. This is the second time I've had an issue with them. Ugh this place...OK so I want to like this location mainly because it is so convenient for me but after several trys I have to wave the white flag!! The pizza here is so inconsistent. Ordered a meat lovers and it is always super greasy. Like soak through the cardboard greasy. Toppings totally outweigh the dough no matter how you get it; pan, hand tosed, etc. Breadsticks are dry - overcooked. However, unlike many other reviewers I've never received bad customer service. Decided to dine in, although the place smelled rancid. Waitress "joked" that I wasn't going to tip well because I didn't want cheese on my breadsticks. Waited 32 minutes for my pasta to come out. All utensils were greasy. Eventually just dipped my fork in my water to clean it. Didn't drink anything because waitress never came back. Breadsticks never came. This location has possibly the worst service of any Pizza Hut. We sat ourselves and watched our waitress sit and socialize and take her time. When we were about to leave and go somewhere else, she finally got up and came to our table. From there she made up a bullshit excuse about how the coke "didn't taste right" and tried to upsell us a bottled soda so that she didn't have to give refills. Cockroaches! I'm visiting the area with my family and we stopped in yesterday because it was close to our hotel. We picked a table in the corner away from the sun, placed our order and received our drinks quickly. Within a couple minutes a very large cockroach (3-4 inches long) crawled on my daughter's leg under the table. That was it for us, she ran out of the restaurant while I did a double take to be sure I wasn't seeing things. As I saw the roach running away, I noticed another dead roach under another table. We never tasted the food. I stopped to notify staff on our way out what just happened, to cancel our order and they didn't even seem surprised!!
