The fries were made-to-order and were piping hot when we received them. The outside of each fry had a nice crisp to it and the inside was very fluffy. None of the fries ate oily. We opted to have Italian sausage and red marinara sauce over the fries. The sausage was well-seasoned, and I especially liked the strong fennel flavor.
