They have my five star review because they were the first business that delivered to our address when we moved from Oahu to puna! For a stay at home mama of four with disability to have option to order and delivery is so much needed and appreciated! Also when they have made mistakes they correct them! Excellent Pizza! They have really bumped up their menu and ingredients! The Philly Cheesesteak Pizza is awesome! The Garlic Parm sauce is the best! The new cheese crust is awesome too! I think their pizzas are okay, for a middle of the road chain restaurant. I have particularly enjoyed the spinach and feta specialty pizza. Here's the deal though. The price has gone up more than 40% in a year and a half. I bought the same pizza in September 2022 for $18.39 - no coupons or discounts. Price as of January 2024 is $25.99. Really? I was going to buy 2 14" pizzas to enjoy while watching some football with friends. $55 +/-. Nope, won't do it. I'm tired of price gouging under the pretense of inflation. Took advantage of the 50% off menu pizza last night... bought 2 pizza, spinach & feta and a second with added chicken and garlic. Oh my goodness, both were made soooooo delicious! My husband and I were so in pizza heaven lol... went to bed not long after dinner! We also had them delivered, the driver, Kimberlee was very nice and got to our house pretty quick, esp for being the time it was, usually traffic. Placed an order for delivery. Within a minute "Kandace" had taken the order and prepping had started. Within 10-15 minutes the driver called to confirm my location and to let me know he was on the way. Originally put 20% tip but had to tip the driver again for such fast service. I have been a frequent customer since this location open. I have never had any issues with my order until 8/22. My garden salad was old. I ordered a medium Alfredo pizza with mushrooms, onion and banana peppers. The crust was burnt, the pizza was messy spilling out of the box and the pizza was not cut into slices!! I have talked to management several times about my refund and they keep telling me it was submitted and I have yet to receive it.
