They wouldn't answer the phone and took 2 hours to make our order even though it wasn't busy! This place is on the verge of shutting down

I ordered the special for 15.99, 1 large stuffed crust and 16 boneless bbq wings. It was a bit pricey for 34.26. Since when don't you give a side of ranch for wings? The dumbass cashier said it was extra for dipping sauce. I can understand if I got another dipping sauce than you can charge me, but this dick wouldn't give me any dipping sauce for wings unless I paid another 1.50. We arrived at PizzaHut last Saturday night. The carryout business was hopping. We had a coupon for 3 topping large pizza for 1 $10.99. We had a great waitress. She took our orders, our coupon and got our drinks. We ordered our three topping pizza. At checkout the charged us extra for one of the items. We explained- no go. Our pizza was okay, not great. We were frustrated to begin with when we tried to order an online pizza for $7.99 which was going to code us $24! read more

Hateful lady at the counter. Came out to the parking lot aggravated about where we parked. Sorry we had a trailer and were taking up a few spots. This was an hour before they closed and not a car in the "shared" parking lot. We left about 6-8 spaces right in front of their area. No wonder the lot was empty with the attitude of that employe. read more

Rude workers. Me and my husband tried to place an online order for delivery with a total of $60. We called to inform them they would need change because we only had a $100. They refused to take our order unless we gave them the change as a tip and they got to keep $40 in a tip. Smh. Horrible customer service. read more

I go here for lunch at least once a week. The pizza is great, the salad bar is fresh, and the workers are awesome! I don't get to see the workers in the back, but I will say up front, Tyson and Cassandra bust their tails and make that place run like clock work. Not the best Pizza Hut in the world. Service has been very inconsistent. Sometimes it's agonizingly slow. I've watched hot pizzas come out of the kitchen and sit on the bar waiting for the waitress to deliver it to the table for over 5 minutes. That's a long time for a hot pizza to wait. They have trouble hiring quality employees and retaining them. The turnover is very high and the waitstaff is always in training. Frustrating. Food quality is fine. read more

Quick, delicious! Was pleased that this location actually has green olives. Was disappointed that there was no cheese on the top of the toppings to keep them from falling off of the slices when I picked them up. Otherwise, the flavor was great and I do plan to return just will order with extra cheese! read more

I was very disappointed in the last 2 trips to this store. 3 months ago it was one of our favorite places to go for lunch. We would stop by 2 or 3 times a month. The last 2 trips, the service was less than adequate, the hot food bar was a mess, both pastas were empty and the pizza was all pepperoni or cheese. We were there 40 minutes and only 1 pizza was put of the buffet. The place was also unusually messy and it seems the crew were a little out of sorts. It was not the regular crew so I thought just a bad day. On our last visit, I ordered wings, my husband was done eating before my food ever arrived, It took nearly 35 minutes for an order of eight wings. Again the place seemed unusually messy compared to all of our other trips. Then some young boys came in wearing muddy boots and dirty clothes and walked right into the kitchen. I found this disgusting and rude. I heard there is new ownership and new management. If this is how they run the business, I doubt they will be there long. Very disappointed in what used to be our favorite pizza place. read more

Visited this Pizza Hut this evening and wasn't very pleased with much of our experience. Ordered garlic bread with cheese as an appetizer, along with our pizza. 20 minutes passed, with no garlic bread. Another waiter, other than the waitress waiting on my wife and I, came by our table and asked if he could take our order. I mentioned our order had already been taken and that we were still waiting on our appetizer. The waitress, 5 minutes later, brings us our cheese garlic bread. The cheese hadn't been melted and the bread was soggy. We knew better than send it back as you know what happens when you do something like that. Our pizza was brought to us 40 minutes after our order. The pizza was good but nothing like I've had at other Pizza Huts. Along with this service, our waitress never made 1 attempt to refill our drinks. The earlier waiter that came by our table, was our only saving grace of having something to drink. Maybe not all patrons have had this experience at this location, but this evening we did. read more
