It was an off hour so there weren't a lot of people in the place which made service extra attentive. The dining area is spacious and overlooks a scenic creek. Dining is available indoors and outdoors weather permitting. The menu is diverse offering everything from apps to desserts. Their specialty is toasted ravioli so that's where I focused my attention. I started with half an antipasto salad (generously portioned) which was incredibly delicious and full of flavor. I ordered three ravioli fillings that came with 6 each--BBQ, Breakfast, and 4 Cheese. They were all very tasty, but some of them were a little dry. Of the three, I highly recommend the BBQ. The Breakfast ones come with a side of gravy and if you are an adventurous eater, this concept was worth trying. The star of the show was the loaf of bread served with the salad. It was warm and hearty and went well with the meal. I was going to try the dessert ravioli, but they were out of it today. The meal was filling, the service was great, and I would go back again to try different varieties of the ravioli. Good place for a date night or an evening with friends!

I mean I wish there was something negative to say so. It doesn't sound like a phony review., but this is truly a gem and should at least be tried once The the interior seating as such a bistro quality, upscale, but friendly, very professional, but friendly And I've been there twice now and I will say the second time I went they weren't open on a night they were scheduled to be. They extended their weekend for their employees and Restaurant staff which wasn't convenient for me, but I called and that's what a woman told me. I went back the next night, cause I'm only in town for two weeks and I've got the rest of the week left so I wanted to try it again and during my meal a woman walked up a staff member and asked me if I was the one that called the night before and I said yes and she said thank you for coming back and I said not a problem. I completely understand. It's nice if you were able to extend your staff's Fourth of July weekend. I'm getting ready to leave. I'm asking if I can cash out and I was told it was taken care of and I asked my whole bill and my server said yes it's our way of saying thank you for coming back. It was a nicest thing anyone's ever done for me in a while and I didn't order the least expensive items on the menu. I went for a taste good. It is a long review. I wish I had more time where there was an audio button, but I do want other people to read this. My favorite item on the menu is an appetizer is zucchini fritters out of this world, and I personally went for the duck confit , it's all great. Please try it out. Make a reservation to yourself a favor and just enjoy yourself. I understand the woman's name was Regan, would like to give a shout out to Regan and her staff. There a lot of great restaurants out there this one is absolutely one of the kind and it's not just my opinion, Ask anybody that's familiar with the name . Restaurants like this one needs to be noticed to be appreciated for what they represent, bring people together, adding Quality to a community serving community. And just putting really good food out there..

As soon as you walked in the door, that heady smell of rising dough, fresh-made tomato sauce and baking cheese welcomed you like an old friend. As soon as we entered the parking lot and saw only one car there at 8:30 on a Friday night in a college town, we started to worry. I had seen in the reviews here that ownership had changed, but retained some small hope that the Pags we knew still existed. But no. There may have been a wisp of an aroma but we realized pretty quickly that it must have just been a ghost. Since we still had 7 hours on the road ahead of us, we had called our order in. The fact that the staff didn't understand what "dine in" meant for our order meant that both the person who took the order on the phone and the manager they consulted hadn't bothered to communicate to the rest of the staff. So our pizzas were boxed up and waiting when we got there - but not in anything that would keep them warm. The server plated them on pizza platters, but didn't bother warming them up, so they were barely above room temp when served. And the pizza itself? Boring. Pedestrian. Like any other pizza made with Sysco products. My "thin and crispy" was thinnish, but by no stretch of the imagination was it crispy. The savory, crunchy crust I remembered was replaced by an anemic 1/4 inch rim, no crunch. No flavor. SO and YO split a "thin and chewy," which had the weirdest edge I think I've seen. SO reports it "perfectly adequate;" everything that made Pags special was lacking. "Sure was pizza." The staff were nice. The floor by the counter was really sticky - to the point that I could both feel and hear my shoes sticking. That was gross. We were last here about 15 years ago, so I guess that will have to be the Pags we remember. This one is perfectly forgettable.
