I have had take out here several times and left reviews ... all positive in fact I have always found it excellent food and service. Last week I did not have a good experience. I went inside and I was the only customer and first discovered that all the menus were in Spanish only except two hidden at the back of the rack . Once placing my order the young lady running it was by herself so I sat and waited. The order of a personal pizza and chicken wings were ready in about 20 mins. On getting home they were all thrown in the garbage. The pizza AND the wings were overcooked and inedible . I'm sure it was a fluke for whatever reason, but if you leave a business to ONE person to run TEACH THEM HOW TO COOK PROPERLY!!!!!!????? I don't think this Pizza Hut will be on my list from here on out. Come on !!!! read more

Twice in a row I have ordered delivery from these people, and twice in a row they waited for over an hour and then cancelled my order when it was too late for me to order elsewhere. NEVER trust these people if you actually plan to EAT that night! read more

First of all the place smelt and they gave us the wrong pizza and we had to go back and get a new one. The service was terrible the lady working there made us pay for something we didn't get. She said that they forgot to put our pizza in the stove so we had to wait extra. Don't come here. read more

7-7-2023. Well.... here goes. I like posting reviews because I like reading them. But this will be my first negative commentary - ever. Pizza Hut, Pilot Point. "Our" Pizza Hut for over 12 years. It was SO great!!! Not the same anymore. It used to rate off the chart in every way. Now we can't go there anymore. Worst service. Worst pizza. Dirty facilities. This has happened over past 6 months - unrelated to Covid timeframe. Management changed and quality fell. We tried over and over to speak our issues. No one interested. Twice we were charged over $5 for two comp cups of water out of the faucet. We are driving to another location now and will never go back to our neighborhood store. What a shame. Can't recommend or give this place even one star. There is no "try". read more

We ordered the Detroit style deep dish pizza and when we opened the box there wasn't any sauce on it. We went back to get a new one and they said their location doesn't make the sauce. WHAT? They didn't say anything about this during pick up or when we ordered the pizza. We should be refunded for false advertising and deceptive practices. read more

The food is the typical Pizza Hut. The reason for the 1 star though is due to the lady at the counter Kim. She might be the rudest and worst customer service person I have ever dealt with. She was completely put out to do her job. She was rude to every person that came through the line. Hopefully they have a manager who cares and will get this corrected with all of their staff. Better than the average Pizza Hut. Highly recommend custom made salads. Pizza toppings are generous. Decor is pleasant. Two TVs always tuned to sports. Good value. Friendly service from staff. No experience with their delivery, but why not stop in instead? read more

Amazing customer service. They are extremely fast, their store is clean, and they are so friendly! I no longer buy from the Pizza Hut closest to my house because of these reasons. We usually get pizza after a long day when no one feels like cooking and these guys are always super friendly and spot on. It's so nice that not only are they taking care of feeding my family but when we go to pick it up we are welcomed with cheerful greetings and smiles. read more

Yeah this place is great if you don't mind the rude and or thieving employees. I've had the pleasure of experiencing both now. The rudeness from just a couple employees a few times didn't keep me away but I went through the drive through last night and one of the employees decided to very generously add an unapproved extra $5 for a tip for themselves. I will be highly unlikely to come back. Customers check your credit card receipts! read more
