This place was a joke. My husband and I decided to eat here for the first time in forever. We waited at the front and were not greeted for 15 minutes couldn't even see an employee anywhere only hear them in the back talking. The pizza was good however we ordered a beer and it was given to us an inch from the top before taking a sip. They need to train their employees how to poor a beer and have someone in the front to greet people. As we sat waiting for food we saw a lady walk in wait forever to be greeted and decided to walk out. Don't blame her. Something needs to change at this location or we will never come back. Lured in by the sign "Buffet is back" The first impression of this fast food pizza restaraunt is okay. There's a small bar area as you enter and plenty of booths and tables for large groups. Relatively clean and organized , friendly staff, bathroom was clean. The buffet offering is limited to a few choices of pizza, some pasta, bread sticks and marinara sauce. Salad is made up for you and is limited. Just a bowl of lettuce with some cheese and dressing. For a restaraunt with pizza in it's name the pizza was average or below in taste and quality, likes wise with the pasta and bread sticks. read more

My husband and I were headed to another restaurant but pulled over quick when we saw a Pizza Hut! We walked in and were greeted immediately with kindness. We didn't know what to order and our server helped us make a decision with a smile despite our several questions. The food came out so fast, hot, crispy, and ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. The employees here are just incredible. The restaurant is clean, the music is a perfect sound level of popular country music. My husband and I are beyond happy with our last minute decision. Went to the Prescott Valley Arizona Pizza Hut the other day as we hadn't been there for a while and was greeted by a completely empty restaurant. No one in site. Walked in to see where anybody was and there were no employees to be seen. Then, a delivery driver came in, walked past us, went to the order window , dropped something off, sat down and messed with his phone. A girl came to the window did not even look to see if any customers were there and started messing with her phone. Looks like this location has turned into an on line only setup. We left and most likely will never go back. The "Hut" has gone downhill considerably. read more

We ordered pick-up/carry-out to try the new hot honey pizza and wings. Order was fresh and ready at the time we requested. Staff was nice. We didn't eat in or stay long, so can't say much about ambiance, but picking up food and taking it home worked great. Pizza and wings were very tasty! We dig the hot honey sauce. Wings were significantly spicy (at least to us) but yummy. I also ordered a small pizza with only pineapple on it, and it was great! Crust was buttery and they put lots of pineapple on the pizza. Way dirty. Bathrooms were terrible. Kitchen didn't appear clean eighther the staff has headphones in and I lost count how many times they touched their ears or face while cooking. Terrible. I thought I could try the buffet for a quick lunch, but no. I have had to wait a long period for pizza to be brought to the buffet. Everything that was left had clearly been out for a long, long time. No new plates were brought out for anyone, so everyone is using their dirty plates to get food. No soda refill was ever offered. Just had Pizza Hut for the first time in awhile. We ordered the box dinner and I was pretty happy with the bbq chicken, bacon, onion and extra pineapple. I was also excited that they delivered. The downfall was they sent me a text at 7:32pm saying it was on the way. It was delivered at 8:34pm by Uber which I really wish they would hire their own delivery drivers. Uber eats just kind of freaks me out it's in their personal cars and maybe I'm just old fashioned. But the length of time from the front of Prescott Valley to the middle of Prescott Valley doesn't take that long to get here. Anyways the food was good and my family enjoyed it. Thank you read more

Excellent service! I placed an order for pick up online and must have either selected something wrong or somehow the pizza was fixed incorrectly. Kaitlyn and her managers took great care of us! They showed how much they truly care about their customers while quickly making us a fresh corrected pizza, they offered us drinks to keep up comfortable while we waited. I truly appreciated their honest efforts to make us comfortable while we waited on a mistake that very well may have been our mistake. Kudos to you and your team!!! Keep up the great work! Like almost every other post on here I wish I could give a zero to this location. It is unbelievable how rude the managers are Michael and Melanie. Multiple times they have hung up on me and my neighbor when we were calling to order pizza. But that's not the worst part I have been ordering pizza sometimes as much as twice a week from them for delivery which they never said was any problem to deliver to my location. Suddenly last week all of a sudden they don't deliver to my location anymore and they said they never did and they were doing it as a favor to me????? The management is so unbelievably rude I called to report it to the corporate office. Ok so me my wife and 4 Kids walked in today with a total table of one in the whole building and they were already done eating just so you know. I work with a wild land fire crew and came to this restaurant twice to try and feed a crew of 21 people. The door says they open at 11:00, I pulled up at 10:55 and waited until 11:45. There was people inside working and when we knocked on the door we were ignored. This happened days in a row with this restaurant. We do a lot of work in this community and frequently visit other restaurants and have never had an issue. Never again will we attempt to visit this restaurant while working in Prescott or Prescott Valley. read more
