OK, so the first time we came here.My experience wasn't very good because they have.It only opened for a week so I let them get by with the mistake they made.....no spicy chicken. So this time when we went we asked for spicy chicken again. It was written on the receipt for spicy chicken. We even checked it and took a small taste to see if it was spicy, husband said he tasted spicy.I said I didn't but we went home anyway. Of course , when we got home , there was no spicy chicken. The food is not good here. We got a chicken sandwich (horrible, tiny, smashed, and lacking in flavor), french fries that were tough (left in the oil too long? under the heat lamp too long?), a tiny chicken wrap (it was ok), and a chicken tender meal. tenders were ok. Service was very good. The clerk forgot to add my order of biscuits and then gave them to me for free for forgetting. The ambiance is opposite of the food. It was bright and nice looking. Just an OK experience for me. I've been here twice and the first time it took over 10 minutes just to get a four piece mixed chicken with no sides or anything else. I'm looking at the chicken sitting right back there and it wasn't busy at all. Just grab my four pieces of chicken and give them to me. Today I ordered the same thing and the cashier seem confused on how to take my order. I just said I want four pieces one of each type anyway the chicken was pretty good, but I'll tell you when I tried to wash my hands. The water was so hot in that bathroom. I couldn't leave them under there for more than a half a second. It's automatic so there's no adjustment. Anyway, I probably won't go back unless I'm really craving fried chicken. read more

Children are literally running around. I don't know who is in charge of in management but it's disgusting. I've seen one of the boys smack a girl's butt here who is supposedly management and I couldn't be more appalled. The boy who did it was shorter and the girl who got her butt smacked had a braid in her hair. The place was quiet and it was only us here so it wasn't too bad for a fast food chain but they need to get their act together pronto!! read more

I stopped by on a Friday evening. The restaurant was not crowded. There were a few cars in the drive thru. The music was upbeat and some of the workers were singing along and having fun. I ordered a three piece white spicy combo. Chicken was fresh and crispy. The server gave me several dipping sauces: honey bbq (Smokey bbq), signature hot (not too hot, hint of cinnamon), and Texas Pete hot (Tabasco). They were all flavorful and distinct. Signature hot was my favorite. Coleslaw tasted good and was a nice compliment for the chicken. For just over $13 including drink, it was a great value. read more

WTF happened to this store already? I usually get great service, but that was then. I picked up my order as before, although it was late and there wasn't any business, no biggie. I got home with my order only to find it missing the large fried okra. No biggie, I'll waste more gas and pick it up. Then I met Patricia. Patricia insisted that I had in fact received my okra. Funny, it must have been invisible? I drove all the way back up there on a $50 now cold order to scam you out of okra? Is this how you trained her? When I finally got angry at the insinuation that I was a liar, I told her I was calling corporate. She decided to have an employee get it for me -- what I had already paid for. I told her I was still calling corporate and she said "Why, I gave you the okra". Well, I was shorted to begin with, my dinner is cold and I didn't get to eat with my visiting family, and was called a liar over some lousy okra. This got so bad at one point that I started recording her, then she pulled out her phone to record me. I won't be back to this store and it's a shame, I recommended it to everyone. Really wanted to like this place. Gave them 3 tries. First time they left out a premium side. 2nd time the drive thru kid had a very red runny nose and sneezed and coughed without covering his mouth then made our drinks. The baked Mac and cheese is basically runny overcooked macaroni with a liquid cheese sauce. When I asked the cashier if it was actually baked she shook her head. Final straw was the "surf and turf" meal. The shrimp were so overcooked they were dry husk of battered shells. While waiting to pick up my online order, was ignored by the entire staff, even though there were several other customers in the lobby as well being ignored. Seeing one of the staff leave and go smoke a pipe of something questionable out by the dumpsters was it. I'll stick to local restaurants. read more

I'm not sure what all the fuss was about. I have not been to a Church's Chicken in many years and it will be even more, before I go again. The service was poor, over priced, and the worst chicken I have ever eaten. There was almost no flavor except the bad taste of extreme high temp, almost burnt cooking oil. No thanks! read more

Get called back and told he found my receipt and i had not been charged for combo meal. I said I didn't look at the receipt, having just ordered it live. Church's recently opened in Prescott Valley. Did not see any advertising but finally saw an Open Sign. So we were there about 2-3 days after their opening. Staff seemed well trained and attentive . Small facility for indoor dining. We were use to Church's in Texas. The fried chicken was very good - good spiciness. Had a mash potatoes side - good. My wife's chicken sandwich seemed small when I compare to competitors. Not as good as the chicken. Maybe it will improve with time. There is one common issue all the new chicken places face: Location. The PV street design results in places going into area without much visibility . Church's is the same. read more

Went in for the first time and absolute disaster. Entire time I was there they've got 10 orders and they managed to mess up 9 of them. Didn't give a guy his drink, missed another guys sandwich, missed coleslaw from my friends order. I placed a mobile order (2 pieces of chicken, 2 wraps and 2 sandwiches) inside the store and grabbed the order when I was no1 in the line. Went back to my table and opened up the bag, only saw 2 wraps and 2 pieces of chicken, they didn't give me my sandwiches. Went to the register, told a cashier that they didn't give me my sandwiches, she immediately said "yeah you already opened up your bag". I was yeah that's how I know you didn't give me my sandwiches. She told me to wait and came back with her manager. The manager said "you already took the order" as soon as she showed up, then looked at my receipt (which was attached to the bag) then said they made the sandwiches and the wraps at the same time. She wouldn't give me my sandwiches until I told her that everything was on the table and she could go check herself. While I was eating my warps another lady went up to the cashier saying they didn't give her husband fries in their order. 1000% wouldn't go back. read more

Waited for over a year for the Prescott Valley Churches to open. My wife went there, ordered and drove the 5 minutes home. Never been so disappointed. The chicken was so old and dried out that it was impossible to eat. The fries were ice cold and stale. Lastly, the biscuits wreeked of freezer burn. Just checked out churches for the first time ever. Everyone working there was young and clean cut very nice. I thought the biscuits were excellent. The chicken was juicy and flavorful.. The spicy is pretty spicy, but I like that. The mashed potatoes are just like KFC no big deal. I will definitely go back and try some of the other products. Overall, it was good. read more

First of all, we had ordered an 8 pc tenders meal and got only five tenders. This is the first time we have tried this new place. If you want dip sauce, it is extra. The Chicken tenders were TASTLESS! No flavor. Safeway has much better tenders. The mashed potatoes were watery instant potatoes. The biscuits were rubber and too sweet. We threw most of them out. The slaw was as to be expected. So disappointed as we have waited so long for this place to open. We will NOT be going back again.
