Service and accuracy are horrible. If you order, you need to be the one to pick it up. Last $60.00 order, we ordered a large Pam crust with Alfredo sauce, chicken, bacon, caramelized onions with extra cheese. It was square thin crust and tiny. I also got a large Supreme, no pork and 1/2 mushrooms. It had 1/2 pepperoni and pork. The last pizza was a large pan pepperoni with light sauce and bacon. No bacon, not pan and had pineapple and peppers. Also did not get my 2 garlic sauces or grated cheese shaker. You also can't call to talk to anyone. They let the phone ring until it switches over to their answering service. They cannot refund or fix anything and only the store manager is the only authorized person who can. We live about 20 minutes from the store and cannot run back and forth several times to get things fixed, wait for new items or go back to at least talk to someone. Worst place to order from! They took over an hour and a half to bring me my food. I ordered at 12:45 and got my food at 2:08pm. My food was cold and I only had wings. I live like 1 mile from them and it took that long for me to receive my order. I wrote the main office and I'll be calling on them as well. This is VERY unacceptable!!!!!!! They must have a new staff since that last review. We were waited on my two very nice ladies. My husband said the salad bar was good. Soda was a good mix. Pizza took a reasonable amount of time and was tasty. The restaurant itself is just old; but there's not much that can be done about that except a complete remodel. Horrible! Paid $68.00 for trash. Ordered 3 pan pizzas, 2 pastas, 1 chocolate chip cookie, 1 order of Cajun rub wings. The pizza dough was uncooked, the wings were wet and soggy ( once I got them, because they were not in the bag when we picked up the original order), pasta tasted like rubber and the cookie was not soft! Ordered two med pizzas. One came with hair on it. The manager offered me $3 on a $22.59 order. Eventually got up to $10.45 but she refused to explain why she wouldn't simply refund half the order. She hung up on me. Rude to say the least, but a $3 refund? Did she think I was going to eat part of a pizza that had hair in it? Irritated at first but then couldn't help but laugh at how ridiculous this incident was. Needless to say I have better options than this pizza place. It is no wonder that they have 1.5 stars. Lol. If I could give half a star I would. The delivery guy was a great kid. He made me laugh. That's the only thing I can say that was positive about this experience. I have spent a lot of money there. Worst experience ever. I placed my order online and when I arrived to pick it up, the pizzas were ready, but the wings weren't. I sat in the dirty dining area and waited 20 minutes for my wings to get done. The manager was less than stellar as I wasn't even offered fresh hot pizzas, he just put them in the warming oven. I ordered delivery and it took them 1:45 minutes to get to my house. I love 7 minutes away from them. Never ordering there again. Worst. I've been to hundreds of PH in my life. This one wins for the worst. Dirty. We were the only dine in on a Saturday night. Soap in my glass. Breadsticks overbaked. Pizza order wrong and we were the only people in the place( should have been a clue) when new pizza came out, it looked like something a child did. I've recently visited the local Pizza Hut here when I came home to visit and it took me back to childhood memories. I can't say enough about the service here. The server was the best I've seen thus far. The food was amazing and the customer service was 5 star. I would recommend this place to all of my family and friends still here.
