It's great to have a Pizza Hut in Rigby. It's only a take out store, so no dine-in, but that's still better than nothing. Staff has always been friendly and the pizza is Pizza Hut so if you like that, you're set. Pizza is usually ready in 15 minutes, whether you call in or order at the counter. I need half stars. Pizza Hut is good, but is it four stars good? I'll lean that way rather than give it too low of a score with just three. 3.5 would be more accurate for me, though. read more

Bummer. The chicken bacon artichoke calzone used to be good. Then they switched to canned chicken. It's a soupy mess and the texture isnt appealing. To bad the price didn't go down with the ingredient quality. read more

They deliver to menan now which is super nice. Our order was delicious and hot and came quickly.

I thought every time an order from Pizza Hut Rigby Idaho was not what I ordered it as due to employees. But after encountering the same problem today I realized it is a problem with the franchise owner. After another order was incorrectly filled I told who I thought was the manager about the problem she just shrugged and said we ran out of what you ordered - sorry. It appears the owner trains employees to bait and switch the specials advertised by Pizza Hut to whatever he or she thinks the customer should get versus calling the online customer (telephone number required to place an order) to let them know they cannot fulfill the original order. i ordered a pizza and bread sticks and they only brought me a pizza and charged me for breadsticks too. wouldn't suggest this place

I almost always enjoy tge pizza and wings.... But tonight was horrid! I ordered 2 large pizzas, 2 cheesesticks of different flavors, and honey bbq wings. It was supposed to be ready at 6:30P.M. I got to town early so went in to pay expecting to have a wait time.... Nope already done. No biggie I thought. The girl behind the counter had to be reminded of my wings but still I didnt mind much. After I arrived home I opened the wings and breadsticks...... REALLY PIZZA HUT?!?! The wings kind of had sauce on them and the cheese on the bread sticks..... What there was of it...... Was more like a cracker on soggy bread. I was soooo dissatisfied that we will nit eat there again! We have been going to Pizza Hut since we moved here in 2018. But lately they have been going down hill. It's not cause they don't have enough help either. We have had raw pizza and this last time we sat out side waiting for them to bring our pizza and finally hubby went in to get it. They were all just sitting there doing nothing. I normally order pizza for family family around twice a month according to my profile. Everytime we order it's always over $60 bucks, because we have a big family. They have been slowly going down hill... Tonight just kinda over did it. We over a triple box, and two other large pizzas. Most of our pizzas didn't really have sauce and they put marinara instead bbq for a BBQ chicken pizza. But that would have been fine for them just to fix, but when I called the guy acted strange on phone and annoyed. They when I went in the woman seems annoyed and I even brought in the pizza to show... Told her about the other pizzas. I wasn't looking for a refund. I just wanted to get a new BBQ chicken pizza and to just let her know about the lack of sauce... I don't think I'm gonna be back for a long time... Pizza was old and cold. Ordered online and arrived before estimated time and still wasn't fresh. Seemed like they just took an old pepperoni pizza and just reheated it. Was super excited about pizza from Pizza Hut and was severely let down. This is super unfortunate because I love Pizza Hut. read more

Pizza has gone downhill. They no longer deliver in our area and stopped giving the 10% military discount.

I was so excited when they opened. Then after ordering delivery a couple times, all the sudden we were outside their delivery area next time we called in an order. They deliver to the road our cul-de-sac is off of, but refuse to drive into our cul-de-sac. I would have been more understanding if they were consistent. It was frustrating they would deliver to us at first and then didn't. They also told us a few times that they were going to expand their delivery area and never did. Their pizza is not nearly as good as the Idaho Falls location. We were really happy when Dominos opened up in town. Now we always order delivery from them. read more
