This business almost never gets things correct when ordering whether it's delivery or carry out. We have had issues in the past including one time they screwed up so bad the offered an $80 credit on a $150+ order because after multiple trips and multiple hours they couldn't even get the food correct. We had a house full of people waiting to eat. A Terrible memory. In looking at our order history I haven't ordered from here for 2 years due to all of the problems they cause each time. Tonight out of lack of options I took a leap of faith. And to my surprise... The order had issues like forgotten food. Their solution. Provide me a credit for the amount of the missing food to be used on a future order because a credit card refund wasn't possible. ??? If I wanted credit to use at another date I'd buy a gift card right? I'm not looking for a handout. If you mess up as a business you try to make things right. First an apology? None given. Second maybe some token to show they care? Not necessary but would have helped things. If you give me my money as a credit and I have paid for extras like additional salad dressing when you don't bring the salad, how is that fair? I paid for the food and left a great tip. I did my part. It's sad that food businesses right now are hurting for business and dollars but unfortunately many of them don't deserve to be treated " special " since they don't treat their customers that way to begin with. If you're reading this you probably are deciding on visiting this place. Take it from me. Just keep looking. You'll be disappointed if you don't. I promise. read more

We've been ordering from this Domino's since they opened. We had grown tired of Pizza Hut every week. It was a refreshing change and they have a really good take on a Hawaiian pizza that I like. I did learn early on though that you had to order extra cheese just to get enough to cover the pizza, otherwise there were splotches of cheese, not good coverage like most places. Tonight I ordered, again with extra cheese and there seemed to be hardly any cheese on the pizza. I don't know if they're trying to save money or what but its losing them customers. I'm tired of paying for extra cheese just to get enough to cover the pizza where other places I don't need to do that. Looks like its back to Pizza Hut for us. read more

We use Domino's delivery 2 - 3 times per month for our family movie nights. We've never had any problems with cheese distribution. Delivery has always been fast and convenient. We order online so we get the pizza points and get a free pizza every so often. We also like the online $5.99 deals. We used to drive into IF to get Little Caesars (didn't like the prices at Pizza Hut), so Domino's feels like a super big upgrade - delivery, and much tastier pizza. Glad they are in Rigby! read more

I don't know what happened, but the red sauce (normal sauce) has changed and it is NASTY! My kids won't eat the pizza if it has red sauce on it now. This is not good, this is not right, guess I will be making pizza from scratch tonight. read more

Pizza always hot always tastes good. And they never mess up my orders. Pizza-hut never seems to get it right. Nice people and they don't seem to mind driving all the way to my place witch is a 9 mile drive. 5 stars all the way!! read more

Best pizza in town (and in Rigby, that's all there is really). We love the parmeasean bites and the pasta choices are very good. I'm trying a sandwich next visit. Otherwise, friendly, hard working staff. Will get my business over any other pizza here. Great addition to Rigby! read more

Its been a while since I last had Domino's, and I don't think I will ever go back. Pizza was under cooked, very under cooked as the middle was still raw pizza dough. Sadly even lil caesars is about 5 times better. In the area Pizza Hut is okay, and papa kelsey's is actually pretty good. Seriously if you want pizza, go anywhere else. read more

Last night my husband ordered pizza for him and my son and I just wanted wings. They both spent the night puking cause of food poisoning, either the doh was bad or the cheese or sauce. It was a long miserable night for all of us. We definitely won't be ordering here anymore. Sucks, cause we really like dominos. read more

After reading negative reviews I decided to give the Rigby dominoes a try and crossed my fingers. I placed my order and it took FOREVER to get my pizzas...about 1 hour and I'm only 15 min away. When we finally received our food the pizza was not correct. When they redelivered the pizza the owner delivered it himself. This location went above and beyond and provided excellent customer service. I understand that it is hard to find the right people to work for you and work hard. This location made several trips to rectify their mistakes and finally got my order right. The food was great and the service was excellent so thank you to the owner of this establishment. I love these guys because they have a decent delivery area and will actually deliver to us unlike Pizza Hut. Their pizza is always delicious and they are fast. I am surprised there have been complaints about cheese. I always get plenty. In fact, I ordered extra cheese once and there was way too much, so now I always click the no button to extra cheese. Their service is wonderful. Once I thought they messed up my order and called and they said they would come back out with the correct order. I double checked my online order and realized it was my mistake so I quickly called back and told them not to worry about it, but they insisted on bringing me what I actually wanted even though I'm the one who ordered it wrong. read more

I have had a total one two times out of twenty that my order was correct. When you call to complain, they give you a credit but no good way to use it if you order online. The salad we ordered had brown slimy lettuce, do not order the salad. read more

I ordered a pizza, a sandwich and cheesy bread and was told it would take 30 - 35 minutes for the order to be ready. I ran to Broulims and came back within 30 minutes. They could not find my order. After 30 minutes of looking they returned my money to me. Two other customers had their money returned because they could not find the order or only part of it while I was waiting. Totally totally unorganized!!!!!! I guess I will go to Idaho Falls in future to get my Domino's pizza. read more
