I've ordered from this location several times and I've never been disappointed. I always have placed my order online and followed the suggested time for pick up and my orders have always been ready for pick up at the promised time, sometimes even earlier than promised. They also offer curbside pick up and delivery, which could be convenient for many. We have always stopped in to pick up and the service has always been great. I absolutely love the big dinner boxes and their variety. They're a big hit at home! We'll continue to visit to her our Hut fix. read more

Ordered the dinner box for delivery and everything was great! Ordered online so I didn't have any interactions with a live person like the other reviews. Just garbage...You would do way much better with a heated store bought pizza...The wife brought home two pies. The pies were thin crust and a regular with no toppings. Pizza is very good. Changing the crust to "hut favorite" seasoning makes it even better. I always order online. It's easy to do, earns points toward free pizza when you sign in, and easy access to deals or coupons. It's always ready super fast. Great customer service! A slight glitch or mishap while ordering through my computer for the first time, and we didn't receive the pizza we [thought we] had ordered. After calling, I believe it was the manager who said he'll give us another pizza (the one we originally wanted) free of charge. 5 minutes later we received a phone call saying it wasn't their wrong-doing, but probably the website (who knows) but they'll still give us the pizza we originally wanted. 15minutes later and POOF! The hot, fresh pizza exactly the way we wanted it. Great customer service. We have always been going to this location for YEARS and for a reason! Great jobs guys! Pizza Hut is usually my favorite pizza. I sure hope that Pizza Hut hasn't changed their pizzas as at this location the pizza was unlike any Pizza Hut I remember. Ordered 2 ham & mushroom pizzas, the crust was thinner, also looked different than the typical Pizza Hut crust, and absolutely tastless (their crust used to have lots of flavor. Maybe spread some garlic butter or something on it, anything!). The toppings where almost non existent, hardly any tomatoe sauce, again tasteless. In fact the pizza was so bad we threw out the 2nd one, wasn't good enough for leftovers. I never throw out a pizza, but I think the cardboard box it came in would have had more flavor. Disappointed in spending money at these places that are cutting back on quality and quantity while charging you more money for it. We won't be coming back to this Pizza Hut again, big waste of money for what you get. read more

Let's start this off with saying sharing my feedback with the restaurant wasn't an option. Every time I call I get put on hold despite saying "NO" (called 8 times)repeatably as soon as they pick up. I ordered my pizza at 7:11 and got it at 8:27 I live less than 3 miles from the location. My pizza was cold, like been sitting out for an hour cold. I just moved to the area, I don't have a pan for the oven needless to say I shouldn't have to re-heat just delivered pizza and I don't have a microwave. I'm beyond pissed off. I wish that giving negative stars was an option. I have never been more displeased with a pizza place in my life. Not only did they give me an inaccurate time frame as to when my pizza would be ready for pickup, but when I finally did get my pizza (35 mins later than originally told) it was the complete wrong type of pizza, AND it was cold. With all I that being wrong, it still wasn't the worst thing this location had to offer. I've been working in the restaurant business for almost 10 years, and I completely understand having large rushes Friday and Saturday nights, and whenever there is an issue with time delays, we try our best to accommodate the customer in any way possible. This place consists of the RUDEST employees I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Upon first entering the restaurant, I was not only greeted with a swarm of other unsatisfied customers, but when I asked of my order was ready, I was very rudely told "I don't know", the gentleman behind the counter then proceeded to ignore me as if that was an acceptable answer. I repeated my question, which for some reason agitated him, and he went to check on it. After bringing me the wrong pizza, He said it would be ready on about 45 mins. This was after being told that my original order would be 45 mins to begone with. Needless to say, I was furious, so I got a refund and left. I'm not saying I will never eat at another Pizza Hut, but I NEVER eat at this one again.
