Worker named Anthony demoted me in clash of clans and called me a racial slur when I ordered a turkey club.

Ordered their Turkey club sandwich at drive thru. It was on Stale, old, Bread! The two pieces of bread did not match!? One piece was the small piece at the end of the loaf!! The didn't even cut the large sandwich in half?? Very disappointed in Thus Arby's. Have ordered their Market Fresh sandwichs befofe from Arby's on California and in McKinney? TX and they were always very fresh and cut in half and presented Proudly! I was charged $19.00 plus for two sandwiches?? One of which was just an Arby Beef snd the other the Turkey sandwich! I will not be driving thru their store any more or recomending them to anyone!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Appears to need Better Management?? read more

Technically would give this place 3.5 stars so had to round up, the service is great but the grease needs to be refreshed. Got some not so great turnovers they recommended that I could taste had been cooked in the same grease/fryer as Fries etc. Not so delighted. Update: came back getting food for a neighbor and decided to try the gyro and get some sides for my father and I. The gyro was decent considering my past work experience in a traditional Greek restaurant. Wish they'd put a different sauce option besides tzaziki on the turkey one but that's personal preference. Star was lost because I found hair in my food and my father got sick after eating the potato cakes. Won't be back. read more

Previously this was our "go-to" joint for the few times we are seeking fast food. *We looove ourselves a Rueben!!* But after today, I believe I'm done- which is sad bc this is the only Arby's close to me (Rockwall area). I ordered 1 Rueben, 2 shakes, and a glass of water and the young lady over the mic said "$15xx" HUH.. Mind you, Ruebens are pretty much the only item we ever get, so I knew I needed to look at the receipt when I got it- as this seemed too high. I noticed I was charged $2 for a SMALL WATER, so I asked about it. I was told that the price was correct (WOWZA- I understand 50¢, or so, for a cup.. buuut $2!?!?). So, I asked the lady to change my water to an UNsweet tea, since they were charging the full-soda-drink price. I was annoyed, but not enough to leave a negative review. We got our food- after they verbally confirmed what food we had ordered, and what flavor shakes we wanted. (The order questions had me a little weirded out, as this seemed very disorganized- but no workers seemed flustered, as if a computer was down or they were crazy busy at the moment.) The shakes we ordered we a snack size and a medium (as a reward for my daughter for a great practice today). She was so excited to drink her, much larger than I've ever let her have, shake. After pulling onto the highway, we put straws in our shakes and took a drink. Jamocha, oh my sweet splurge, how I was looking forward to the cool frosty-frothy-flavor..... HECKS NO! I'm not sure what I'm the world we sucked up.. it was gritty, way too liquid-y and tasted AWFUL!! I am assuming they put wayyyyy too much jamocha flavor in the cups- and then never mixed it.. This was the WORST tasting shake I've ever had- anywhere. (Even worse than the frito/gummy bear/snickers shake-ish concoction my son once made for me). So, fine, I had a bad experience- it happens. I decided to call and let the manager know that *maybe* something was wrong with their shake machine. BUUUUUUT.... My call was picked up, then disconnected/dropped (I'm assuming/hoping I was not hanged up on) I was too far away once we took a drink of the shakes, and on a timeline to get elsewhere- turning around was not an option. I have since called at least 6 times (spread out over the last couple of hours) and all I get is a busy signal. I will try to call again tomorrow. I hope to add a positive update to this review, and bump the stars up a bit. But in the meantime, we had sour shakes as a "congratulatory" celebration. Five stars for the Rueben though. It was as wonderful as always. read more

Food is consistently bad. Horrible customer service from "managers". Will never again eat at the Royse City Arby's. Only giving 1 star rating because Zero stars is not an option. read more

I told myself a year ago I would stop going to Arby's, but unfortunately Royse City has limited choices when it comes to fast food. Today I stopped at Arby's just wanting something different. I ordered 2 beef & cheddars, mozzarella sticks & crinkled cut fries, when I got home the fries were missing, I mean a simple 5 item order & they can't get it right. Terrible service and highly disrespectful towards first responders! I was standing at the counter waiting to make an order for over 20 minutes while the hispanic female manager on duty looked me in the eyes from the back and wandered off continuing to talk and play with the workers on duty before eventually coming back to take an order at the window instead of mine. When she finally came over to me she acted surprised and had a very very rude attitude, posturing, and was very snide. In the end my order was not even made right, but fighting with this rude lady wasnt worth it! Terrible treatment, terrible service, terrible people. I will NOT be back and Im letting my other fellow first responders, police, fire, and EMS know not to go there. read more

I have never been to nor eaten anything from ARBYS. Royse City has a fairly new one, and after listening to commercials for them I decided to try it out. I used the drive through during this COVID19 problem. No other people were there so I figured "good news"!. I was terribly disappointed! After placing my order for a chicken sandwich and a fish sandwich I drove up to pay. At the window I was shocked to see that the lady was not wearing gloves or a face mask and made no attempt to be safe. It took much longer than expected to get my food. I drove home to eat my new experience. The chicken was so dried out and tasted like a shoe. The fish was equally horrible, the cheese they put on was like cheese spread and a small dab of tartar sauce. It was dried out as well and tasted and smelled like an old tuna can. Food was fine, service terrible. I order 4 adult meals and two kids meals. They short me two kids drinks which is always fun to explain to the kids. Then there's no one waiting behind me yet I have to pull up to the end of the drive thru so they can fudge their numbers on how long you were at the window. Then they bring my food out and forgot a whole bag of sandwiches. I was headed in to get the sandwiches when she brought them out. I'm done with this place. read more

I tried this location out and it was a bust. The food wasn't hot and they overcharged me, but Mary made sure to "inform" me about Arby's policies. Safe to say I won't be back. Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

The food was good, but the service was terrible! They got my order wrong the first time so I had to go back to get it corrected. Mickey the manager on duty was so rude. He shut the drive thru window in my face after I asked for the general managers number and name and/or corporate. So when I got home my husband called again to get the info for the general manager and he got hung up on. We finally got the info after my husband went back up there for a second time. Still got nothing resolved so I will be back up there tomorrow to speak with the general manager and go higher if need be. read more

This is a great location! Food is always fresh and hot and staff is always friendly. I can't say that about many of the fast food locations in the area. The turnovers and gyro are incredible, don't change a thing!!! I can tell this location is managed well. Great asset to the area, especially since the Rockwall location closed several years ago. read more
