My experience here was terrible. I like eating Chipotle, and I get it occasionally. However, ordering online from this Chipotle was disappointing. The food came cold. And it was pretty stale and tasteless, like eating an old bland potato. The only good thing about my burrito bowl was probably the lettuce. read more

We came in to the restaurant ordered burritos (3) sat down inside to eat lunch and they were cold it is gross to eat a cold burrito I will not be coming back here! There is no salsa out to put on your food you have to pay extra for it and everything was over priced it was 70.00 for 3 burritos a "large" more like small chips and queso! read more

Also, disappointed that there is no way to contact the store directly because you have to go through a call center... I spent 13 minutes at the window when my order was already supposed to be ready 13 minutes ago like it said on the app. No cara and barely anyone inside. When I got my burrito there was barely anything in it and it was sloppy. I asked for extra corn and beans and didn't get any of that. Chipotle is supposed to be known for their big burritos. This one was not very big, the tortilla was dry and hard to chew and I barely got any steak inside. Not worth $14 at all. read more

I've been eating at Chipotle since the late 90's, starting with original in Denver, CO. I've probably eaten at over 100 locations up until a couple of years ago. It had become so inconsistent, so I stepped back. But have to give credit where credit is due. This location is great and back to the original roots. Fast, fresh and portion appropriate! went in there today ordered to burrito. It had six pieces of meat on it about a quarter inch by quarter inch paid over $11 for a tortilla and a bunch of rice. The manager would not give me back my money told me to call my credit card company. She was a complete bi@ch. I'll start by saying this specific location has been so bad within the last 6 months. All the new hires are extremely immature and lack respect. I had to ask for more rice three times before I got the correct portion for one portion. The kid had to be no older than 14 and he laughed when I asked for more. He did the same thing to my girlfriend. When we go to checkout my girlfriend stated that this was a stupid situation and I agreed the lady checking us out proceeded to give her a disgusted look. When I did the same back because I'll be honest I was extremely upset, she started looking away. When I was leaving I heard her call us the b word to the other kid. This used to be my favorite location because they were always kind and respectful and the food was always delicious. But now it is ran by children there's even a 15 year old cooking the food in the back. Absolutely disappointed that this behavior is acceptable. read more

RUDE EMPLOYEE!! Normally love chipotle, it's one of my favorite fast food places! Today 11-25-22 at around 5:40, ruined how I think about them. My younger sister and I went in to get dinner. I ordered a bowl and she ordered a cheese quesadilla. The guy at the front of the line was very nice but down the line was a very rude girl. I didn't ask for a name but I should've. ( she looked about 16-17 with reddish hair) I have a speech impediment so it's sometimes hard for me to order, if there's a long line I let other go ahead of me but my sister was the only one behind me so I thought I'd order for myself. I go to start to say "pico de gallo" and this girl looked very irritated I was taking a second to say it and just threw it in my bowl. As I go to say what else I wanted she continued to rudely throw each topping in my bowl! I don't like confrontation so I didn't say anything. But then my sister goes to order and she's eating disorder so it get her to eat anything is a blessing. She ordered a simple cheese quesadilla with extra sour cream on the side. This girl proceeded to look at my sister, then look at what she ordered and then look over to the cashier and laughed. She did this about 5 times so I knew what she was laughing at. She then mouthed something to the cashier, but I couldn't tell what she said. It's so hard for my sister to even go out and pick something to eat. I felt the need to say something, I shakily asked " is there something funny with what she ordered?" She very rudely replied "I'm not laughing at you or her I'm laughing with my friend" I then said " what's the problem with her food? It seems that's what you are laughing at" she replied with " you are the problem" I just said I'm going to be writing a review then after that I just stopped talking. I am appalled by this situation! You never know what someone is going through, you should NEVER be rude! I hope she learns to not treat people like this! read more

I went in for the first time today as I was very excited they built a Chipotle in Royse city and I was not disappointed. The worker who was preparing my bowl (it was around 5 pm and I didn't get her name) was very nice and had a great smile. The location was also clean and I will be back considering I live about 5 minutes away. read more

I used the order online and pick up, when I arrived to pick up my food the cashier at the window Lia asked me to drive around since my order was not ready. I was the only one in the pick up line so I did not understand why she wanted me to drive around the building just to be in the same spot, but I did anyway. When I got back to the window 5 seconds later I could see they were making an order, I assumed my order. I ordered 2 chicken bowls with almost everything in them. I got my order and drove home. When I got home and opened my order I was mortified and livid! Both of my bowls were disgusting, they looked like they just poured a bunch of sour cream in one of them. The bowls looked like they had been eaten, Chipotle is known for filling the bowls up with your order. Well both of my bowls looked to be filled maybe 1/4 of the way. I was so upset for service and quality of food that I had received. I got back in my car and drove back to Chipotle so I could get this fixed of get my money back. I went back to the pick up line and spoke with the same cashier Lia to have her refund me and gave her back the bag of food she gave me. She grab the bag and did not even look inside, she just started to talk to another lady. When she came back to the window she told me that I would have to call to get a refund. She than asked me what was wrong with the food, I told her "why don't you look in the bag and see what you gave me. Would you eat something like that?" I asked to speak to a manager. When the manager came up to the window she did not try to help the situation did not try to fix the problem she just said I would have to call to get a refund. Customer Service is NOT a top priority for this manager Rebecca. I work in customer service and know that when you mess up you want to fix the problem for the customer so you don't lose their business. Very disappointed in how the situation was handled. I asked for a physical receipt so I could have for my records when I made my call to Chipotle the next day. Till this day I have not heard back from Chipotle about this, I asked for them to call me back or even email me but it has been silent. Chipotle, you need to do better. This look at a brand new location is bad for business. You are a food place and customer service is your #1 priority!! Doubt I will go to this location again (Royse City,Tx), I would rather make to the drive to Rockwall. As far as the manager Rebecca and cashier Lia, please do better and be better for the next person. Both did not show Chipotle's Value! This location is a disappointment! read more
