The last 2 times our wings looked like this. Why not put forth the effort that takes 30 seconds to make the wings the way I ordered them!? Man. I FREAKING LOVE this place. I'm so glad it's in buisness and still doing good business. My husband and I came in on a Sunday night, the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. The girl behind the counter was super cute. Walked us to our seats even though there wasn't but a few other couples in there. He was in sucha great mood and seemed so happy to be there. It's so nice to see people enjoying the job they have! We had a large pizza and pitcher of soda, everything was so good. We were so sad going home knowing we couldn't visit one I ce we were back home! Can't wait to visit when we come back. read more

Pizza is fine.. same Pizza Hut everywhere and we arrived before it came out so it was hot. We went to pick up instead of drive through. We stood there for a solid 4 minutes with no-one else at the counter. Kansas, the manager, never even acknowledged us even though she was at the register the entire time. Then she walked away without saying a word and proceeded to talk with other employees who were getting drinks behind the counter. Another girl asked us if we were dining in. When we told her we ordered and were there to pick up, she walked away. Ariana was bussing tables and came over to check on our order FINALLY. Good management is so important. A good manager truly sets the atmosphere and expectations for quality and service. This place just didn't have it tonight. Unfortunately it was a mediocre experience. While we were seated immediately, but while there were only 2 other tables occupied it took nearly 10 minutes for someone to take our drink order. Pizza arrived 20 minutes later (about right). but was the wrong crust. Unwilling to wait another 20 minutes, we ate it. Pizza was ... average ... but I wasn't expecting Grimaldi's either. Waitress failed to return for drink refills, and when asked about the incorrect order she stood there with a deer-in-the-headlights look - no apology, no offer to make things right. She simply took the check & walked away. After 5 minutes she returned and, to her credit had removed the errant pizza from the bill. My mother and I come to Ruidoso often for business. This day we decided to get a pizza. Not any pizza, a Pizza Hut supreme pizza. We drove up at 8:45 pm and noticed a notice on the door saying that they now close at 9pm. Therefore, we wanted to be polite to the employees by taking it to go instead of eating it there. The employees were very polite but apparently they rushed our pizza through. The crust drooped at the outer edge the moment a slice was picked up. I actually really like this Pizza Hut. We like the Italian sandwich and the cinnamon sticks. Pizza is good too. They are always speedy and everything is hot. No complaints here! Town rolls up and closes down by 6-8pm so this is a safe bet! read more

One star, only because zero isn't an option. Worst Pizza Hut experience ever. Ordered 3 large pizzas for a group of kids. As you can tell by the pictures, they were terrible. Manager at this location was not helpful. Did not see any issues with the quality of the pizza. We also ordered a salad for someone in in our group who has a gluten allergy. Salad was not made to order. Manager did not liked being asked to bring the correct salad back to us. Finally after 3 phone calls back to Pizza Hut, our situation was resolved. Get some cash out of your bank account, go to Cafe Rio and save yourself the headache of this place that calls them self a pizza place. Not a bad pizza, but not what I ordered. I asked for sausage, mushrooms, green pepper, and bacon (my favorite combination). What I got was sausage, mushrooms, green peppers, and lots of onions, which I'm moderately allergic to, so I had to pick them off. Should I have checked the box before walking out? Apparently. Several disappointments over the last few months. When I order delivery they often cancel items and don't tell me until my order arrives. Maybe I'd have liked he option of getting something to replace the missing item? Depending on the number of people we are feeding sometimes that missing item makes a big difference. Recently showed up for the lunch buffet with 10 minutes to spare. I was told it was closed and we had to order off menu. As I was sitting there, eating lunch for the next 45 minutes I witnessed several people go back and forth to the buffet even though it was "closed" I was lied to and i had arrived in time. I've had a bad waitress several times. She ignores the table, does not refill drinks and forgets the basics like NAPKINS. I even had another waitress apologize for her when she hadn't been to our table in half an hour... She said she had no idea where our waitress was and she was very sorry. Apparently our waitress was outside smoking, because when we left that's where we found her. Not impressed, not at all. Hire new staff that's courteous and efficient. You'll get more business in the long run. read more

I am the queen of second, even third, chances. This was my third shot for this particular PH. It was out of pure laziness, from not wanting to go out to get food, all cozy in my jammies...it's one of the few places that will deliver to the hotel. Previously, when ordering hand-tossed pizza the first shot...the crust was all but raw. The second time, I figured I'd be smarter and specifically ask that they make it crispy...that didn't work. THIS time I figured I'd order the thin & crispy crust....they couldn't possibly undercook THAT? Wrong. The bottom of the pizza was pure WHITE. Like it had never touch an oven on the bottom. Like it was floating in a pizza oven and only the top got cooked. I don't know if it's their oven or just trying to get them out too fast...but for God's sake...COOK THE PIZZA ALL THE WAY! I'm not from the area but there has to be something better than this for pizza. The place was discussing!!! I was in the restaurant for an hour and they didn't have many other patrons but every table was dirty when I walked in and still not clean when I left!!! The bathroom was so bad I wouldn't use it. Meanwhile, we tried to ask the man to see if they even made us one, and they didn't, so we were short on food and all the man wondered was to see if we wanted to take the survey. We ordered pizza so that we could spend the cold night in at our hotel, only to find out that this location doesn't deliver to our hotel which was only 3 miles away. So we went to pick it up. When we got back to our room, we were so disappointed. All of our food was cold, or at least stale. The asiago cheese sticks were so stale and hard. The pizza, although customized, was cold too. The cinna-sticks dipping sauce and two hold punctured on the top, so we didn't even use it. Not that we ate those anyway because the cinna-sticks were also hard and cold. Needless to say, we will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again. The service was horrible and the employees were cussing behind the counter. This was an awful experience. read more
