I definitely think this Pizza Hut is cleaner than any other one I've ever went to. Clean tables, and the floors always seem to shine. I always get a thin crust pepperoni pizza, and it's always made perfectly. I'm a person that likes a lot of pepperonis,and they meet that standard every time. The staff is very nice, and fun to talk/joke around with. Overall just a very friendly atmosphere. read more

Wish I could give negative stars.... For the past two months we have ordered pizza on several different occasions. Most of the time it was decent I guess. But we have had a few very bad experiences. The first one was on Veterans Day and my dad who is a veteran ordered a few pizzas. When they got here they all looked like they had been thrown against the wall. There was cheese missing on all of them but what was weird is there wasn't any cheese on the top of the box like there should have been had they been dropped or whatever. One of those pizzas looked as if they took two different sized pizzas cut them in half and then put them in the same box. But tonight we had ordered two large pizzas and they have a deal right now where you can get two large two topping pizzas for $7.99 each. We ordered 1 pepperoni and jalapeños and 1 pepperoni and pineapple. The total came to $33. I called up and talked to the manager named Matt. And I asked him why it was so expensive for pizzas that should have been $7.99 a piece. He claims that the pepperonis are considered a pepperoni lovers and is a specialty pizza. Me not understanding asked him how that could be since it is still only two toppings. He replied with because it is and was super rude about it. I commented that I thought he was wrong and he said " I know I'm not wrong because I FUCKING WORK HERE!!! I asked him if that was really how he was going to talk to his customer and he said "yes! Yes it is exactly how I'm going to fucking talk to you." And he hung up. I don't know about y'all but I don't appreciate anyone talking to me like that. There may not be a lot of places to eat in this small town but I definitely won't be going to Pizza Hut anymore not here in Russell KS anyways! read more
