Earlier in the day I set up carryout for a medium extra cheese and pineapple pizza and cheese sticks for 6:45 tonight and when I got there a couple minutes after it was fresh and ready for me. Kasey, at the register was very nice and quick to take my payment and get me food. I was in and out in probably less than 2 minutes. When I got home the food was hot and ready. The pizza was full of cheese and pineapple covered the pizza. The cheese sticks were completely covered as well and equally as filling. Based on the reviews I read I wasn't too excited to receive my food today but I had a great experience with the employees as well as the food and I will be back again. read more

I'm having a Big New Yorker right now from pizza Hut. Why they ever stopped selling this is a mystery to me. They actually made it better than before. My complaint before was the crust didn't taste right, just tasted like their other pizza crust just flatter. But now they got a different crust. It actually has that new york pizza crispy paper feel to the air bubbles in the crust. Still a touch on the thicker side for a new york style. I understand the Middle of America people like thick crust pizza and they need it to sell every where. But it would be nice if you could order it hand tossed to get it flatter. I know pizza Hut used to offer a crust they called hand tossed but I don't know if it actually was or if it was just what they called it. Anyway the big new yorker is about as close to an actual new york style pizza delivered around here. Unless you are lucky enuff to live next to a local new york style pizza place or know someone who can make one. New York style pizza is my favorite style of pizza and wish more places served it. read more

Not sure my experience this evening even deserves 1 star. Passing through the area, figured Pizza Huts are usually reliable for speedy delivery and decent food. Placed an order online, was given a 25-35min window for delivery. That was fine with me. An hour later, nothing yet so I call the store. They seemed to be confused about my order as I heard 2 employees in the background of the call discussing they weren't sure what order it was. Was asked my name multiple times and asked what my order was. Was told "It should be delivered shortly". Waited another 10mins and by this time I'm getting annoyed. My fiancé tells me to give it 30mins, they might be busy. After over an hour and a half I call back, only to be told that it was going to be another 30mins. At that point I say to cancel my order and I would like to go about a refund. The girl working the phone (young by the sound of her voice) says she'll call me back, so I ask to speak to a manager instead about my issue. She then hangs up on me! I call directly back and she answers in a very low tone, I let her know I didn't appreciate being hung up on and that I'd like to speak with the manager. After waiting a few minutes, he finally gets on the phone and is very nonchalant about my complaint. VERY unprofessional! Save your time and skip this place!! Update: 2hrs later the delivery driver knocks on our door. Apparently there was no communication with the store and her because she had no idea the order was canceled. This was by far the nicest Pizza Hut I've been to in quite a while. The manager and Kasey, our server, we're both very welcoming and helpful. They made us feel right at home. We had a hand tossed pizza with Italian sausage and fees mushrooms dressed with a balsamic glaze that was picture perfect and had great flavor. Also bone out wings and a "manager's special" breadstick order that tasted like fresh-baked soft pretzels. Yum! The decor was quite modern and more upscale than I remember. Wow! We were traveling and had a pizza delivered to our camper! That was fun and the food was really good!

Aging and took forever. I stood in front of the register while the cashier served car after car without acknowledging me. Meh

Great delivery service. Always super friendly delivery guys! They forget our soda quite often though, but promptly go get it. Pizza is usually ok but pizza with spinach is always awful! Soggy and sometimes thrown on top as an after thought. Wings are a 50/50. Sometimes they are great and the other half of the time they are over cooked with like zero sauce! Those stuffed garlic knots were good but the 2nd n 3rd time we got them they cooked to long and all the cheese came out! Will never go to the restaurant anymore. They are always rude, ignore you, food is cold/burnt/old. Salad bar is beyond sad, and tables are gross! read more

I credit this place with making me like Pizza Hut again. I hadn't had food from a Pizza Hut in years, but my wife's parents live here so I order delivery or go into the location a couple times a year. I've always enjoyed the food. The service has always been fine. The delivery people are cordial and prompt. I realize that small towns need to hire high-school students, which can be an issue for some businesses, but I've always felt this place was friendly and professional (he says, as the chef spits in his cheese). Got take out for my son's birthday today. Haven't gotten Pizza Hut for a while and was pleasantly surprised. Pizzas had ample toppings and were quite good. Ordered the cheese stuffed garlic knots too. They were delicious! And for desert, we got the big ole chocolate chip cookie which was great too. Everything was ready on time 6:00pm and piping hot even by the time we took it home. (5-10 minutes) Friendly staff, I'd definitely order here and this exact meal again. read more

This Pizza Hut is a 50/50. Sometimes they're good. But I just ordered a bbq pizza online. They ask what kind of sauce you want on the pizza, I said bbq. I pick up the pizza and there is NO sauce on the pizza at all. A little cup on the side that was only a quarter full of bbq is all I got. Then three of the pieces were burnt! On a medium pizza. That's almost half the pizza. I called back and the manager said "yeah that's how we do the bbq pizzas now" like whatttt?! I'd rather buy a frozen pizza. read more

They have Great food and employees. I am an employee there but they are not giving me shit for hour to work.

I ordered a pan pizza but they barely put on any sauce, cheese or toppings. You could see the crust from the top of the pizza. It was a big greasy piece of dough. My husband's was the same. I've never been this disappointed with a pizza order before. read more

Terrible location. They hire high school students that have no idea what they are doing slap together a pizza always the wrong way. Ordered and paid for family size. Gave me large. If the older employees are there service is way better if high school girls are there keep going down the street to Pizza Hut. read more

I have given the Sauk City location many chances to improve. Even four or five, maybe six visits and the results are always the same. The pizzza needed to be cooked more completely, so the cheese just slid off the whole thing. The cheese was really floppy and almost a weird mushy texture. We chose "pan style" which is usually my absolute favorite, but it wasn't browned enough resulting in a mushy crust. My biggest pet peeve every single time we come though is the FROZEN salad bar vegetables. I completely understand Food Safety, but if it is below 32 degrees you should be able to adjust your equipment temperature to a higher degree all while maintaining the proper food safety practice. The vegetables ARE ALWAYS frozen. It's really going downhill and I'm sorry to say that we won't be returning due to many second, third, fourth, fifth visits that were less than up to par. I can't stand this pizza hut location. If I want pizza hut I drive all the way to baraboo to have it. The foods gross, salad bar is always half empty and the lettuce is brown 80% of the time. The worst part is the servers, I have yet to have a good experience with the wait staff there. There all young, under trained, rude and disrespectful. They always make me feel like its such a burden to fill my water up or anything. You can tell they don't want to be there. Many times our bill is already on our table when we get back from the salad bar and we get checked on maybe 1 time. Usually I have to go up to the counter and ask for someone to come to our table. I can't even believe the place stays open with how awful the staff is. If you want pizza hut I'd recommend going to the baraboo one or any other one but the sauk city one! read more
