I come thru this drive thru every few weeks. I call from my office and the order is ready when I drive through. Staff is friendly. Food has always been consistently good. I've had the pasta, personal pan pizza, and more recently the Spicy Vegetarian Lovers' thin crust pizza (too much paprika for me). Very disappointed in the Udi Gluten Free pizza. It's the "easy way out" with pizza companies competing for the GF crowd. The small is extremely small and is a pure joke. Especially for the cost! Then there's the cooking it... apparently the folks at PH fail to check their pizzas before they go out the door! The middle of the pizza WAS not cooked! Come on! There is NO comparison when it comes to GF pizza... head to Papa Murphy's! It's almost triple the size with fresher ingredients at the same cost. I ordered pizza to pick up at 4pm around 11am same day. I get here at 3:55pm and was told that my pizza was currently in the oven and needed to wait. I said "ok" thinking that it'll be like 5-10 min wait and it's already been 25 mins ongoing...there is no body else here in the restaurant but us. Went here for there lunch buffet. Can't beat it. $4.99 all you can eat. It was pretty busy but it's lunch hour. Expect any place on fry to be busy during lunch lol. Service was awesome. They just told me to sit at a table and they would bring me my drink. They asked at least 3 times if I wanted anything else which I was not expecting for such a busy place during lunch. Expect a crowd if you go for lunch. The dining area is pretty small so you got people walking all around you if your not sitting in on of the booths. Service was great. Food was.... My husband and I were craving taco pizza . I called it in for pickup ,the person who took the order didn't sound to knowledgeable of the menu. The pizza was done when we picked it up BUT right before my husband walks out the guy behind the counter says "oh we didn't have all the ingredients to make it ". So we pretty much got a pizza with beef, cheese, and the tomatoes and onion cooked in the pizza . They also didn't have sour cream, or salsa. Worst pizza ever he gave us free soda but I rather pay for the soda then the 17 dollar Half ass pizza . Ordered 2 large pizza's tonight on special. Picked them up, sat down to eat, and they were so overcooked and hard it was difficult to tell the pizza from the box. Hardly any sauce or cheese on them. Tonight my wife and I decided we were in the mood for pizza. Not wanting to drive to pizza hut bistro we settled on this location. Our server for the evening was Margarita. In a nutshell, the food was delivered fresh and piping hot but the service from beginning to end was HORRIBLE! We were the ONLY customers for the duration of our meal so there are no valid excuses for lackluster service and a dining room in need of a good sweeping. my delivery order showed up and the driver stated my order was incomplete. he stated he knew after leaving but came anyway. i was surprised when he followed up by asking if i wanted the rest of my order. since i paid for it i said yes. he said it would be just a few minutes, that he would go right to the store and straight back. i wrote zero on the tip then showed him cash i would tip when he returned. after an hour i called the store and asked for the manager, her name is amber. i explained the situation to her, told her i what happened, that i was waiting for an hour and the food was now cold and that i filled out the survey on the receipt. she stated there was nothing she could do. i said that i was surprised by that as well and that i would file a complaint with the BBB. I was really kind of annoyed when my family and I went to the buffet and only found salad, one bread stick, and sauce but within a few minutes the staff was able to meet the demand and finally caught up to the point where food was on the buffet and not instantly gone. Had we been in a hurry we would have ended up leaving. I really feel bad for the employees because several customers were rude and overly demanding to them however they had it together and we ended up having a good lunch. First time my family and I went there after the renovation, we got good service and really great pizza. Second time was today. Different story all the way. Behind the counter was a rude snotty woman who slammed our drink cups down on the counter on the cups tops (drinking surface). I commented I wanted new cups place bottom down on the counter. Woman gave me attitude and said "We clean this counter three times a day." I replied I wouldn't drink from those cups if she cleaned the counter 3 times an hour. I left to use the restroom and the counter staff started laughing at me behind my back. My wife got angry and told them off, the manager came up and apologized and tried to convince my wife it would be ok. When I came out and heard what I happened, we demanded our money back on the spot. Attitude woman slinked off to have a hissy fit or something. Last time I will ever eat there.
