Been going to the Neodesha Pizza Hut for almost 14 years and I love it! Love the pizza, the atmosphere and the managers and the owners of the Neodesha Pizza Hut are great! I go in there so much that they know what my order is and it's out in minutes! My friend and I decided to go out for lunch and decided on pizza. The originally planned place was closed so we decided on Pizza Hut as neither of us had had it in years. We seated ourselves and the waitress came over and handed us one menu stating that was all she had. Note there were only two tables occupied. My friend asked for unsweet tea and was told they only had sweet. We ordered our pizza and also mozzarella sticks as an appetizer. 25 minutes later our order arrived all together. No mozz sticks, but cheesy bread. We didn't make a deal of it and settled for that. Our pizzas looked horrible. Thin despite ordering original pan pizza. I had asked for extra cheese and there was no way that happened. My friend asked for Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper as there was nothing on the tables. Well you would have thought we were speaking a foreign language. We were told "we don't have salt and pepper". We questioned that and again was told "no we don't have any", but "that would be a good idea". A few minutes later someone returned with about 20 packs of Parmesan cheese and a large handful of pepper packs and a small salt shaker. She stated she had asked the manager and got them from the office. Before we left several other tables had filled with customers. Only 3 menus in the entire place!!! And NO Salads on the menu! The only positive comment about this establishment was the waitress was so sweet. She was very young and doing her very best. Poor poor management. read more

Sat at a table with my two toddlers and was waved towards a register, ordered, was asked to pay, and then my pizzas were brought out in boxes and my order was shouted out. Wasn't even given the option of table service. I asked for napkins, we all ate one slice and left to finish eating the pizza cold at home. Hey been here 2 times in 2 weeks previous thru drive thru for pick up. No grade nearby no one was around much not sure the time. Today again around 430pm ordered carryout I got hung up on first few times I called then finally got someone to answer. Told her I got hung up on. Didn't show or say anything bout that. Placed order went to pickup only one car in parking lot. Went into restaurant no restaurant grade posted at all again. And no one came to see me at counter until an employee walks by to ask if I been helped about 1-2 mins wait. So not too long. But when looked back at back several employees just sitting back there not doing anything no one was eating in restaurant. I hate to stop going here used be my go to place but seems to be going down hill now. Not good at all. And the restaurant grade I was always told had to be posted at all times. we recently ordered a pizza online, picked it up, got it home, and it was not right. I called and was hung up on twice, just trying to tell them they got the order wrong. They said it was my fault for ordering on line. They refused to do anything for me. we ordered the Big NY pizza which comes with double pepperoni, and I added sausage. Got plain cheese. staff was rude, and as I previously said hung up on me twice. Will never order from this Pizza Hut again. read more

Two out of the three stars are because the food is great. But I'm pretty sure one of the requirements for working at this place is a lack of people skills. We pulled up to the drive-through to pick up our carry-out order and the lady flung open the door, stuck her head out the window, looked at us like we had just knocked on her door at home, and didn't say a single word. Not "can I help you?".. not even a "hello". I wasn't sure if we were supposed to continue looking at each other with no verbal exchanges or if I was supposed to say something. I have eaten at other PH buffets, but this one BY FAR is the worst. The pizza is slow to come out and the crowds are this, so whatever is sitting out under the lamps gets dry and lukewarm. Not that it matters, because the pizza has no taste; cardboard flavorless crust, generic sauce and limited toppings. No matter what pizza you select, they all taste the same: cardboard with flavorless cheese. In a blindfold test, I bet you wouldnt know that pizza you're eating. The salad bar portion is limited to 4 dressings and a small choice of condiments to layer on top of the garden salad. I was also surprised that they did not have a caesar salad on the buffet, as there is usually one on a PH buffet. In summary, avoid this location! read more

Very clean. The waitress we had was delightful. The buffet was very clean and constantly being refilled. I would highly recommend this Pizza Hut stop. I also liked that they did a mixture of regular sized slices and mini slices. read more

Ha! We just tried to order pizza for our game night, and they said it would be a two hour wait. I said okay fine. Then when I asked for two pepperoni pizzas, they said they were out of pepperoni. My advice....find someplace that actually wants to serve pizza. read more

Fantastic customer service, clean restaurant and great food! We were at this location on Sunday 7/9/17 at lunchtime. We have children with sensitive food allergies and when we alerted our server of this the GM (Steve) came to our table and spoke with us about our concerns. He advised us that there were many items on the menu that could cause a possible reaction. The Pizza sauce that Pizza Hut uses is processed with tree-nut. We did not know this! He was so informative and gave us several items on the menu that would be safe for our family. We ordered garlic knots (no-sauce) and a "backyard bbq-bacon, cheeseburger pizza. It was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend this location for friendly, honest, professional customer service and great food! We will be back soon! read more

Food was okay as well as delivery time. When the driver gives total and the costumer gives you way more of the total don't ask them how much change you want back!! Take out you're calculator if you'd like to do the math. I always tip but saying how much change I want back will likely result in me not tipping. read more

The only reason we continue to go to this dump is to cash in our daughters' book it coupons! The staff in inattentive, have bad attitudes, and almost always mess up our orders! The restaurant is not clean, the service is terrible, and the food takes forever. We have almost always gotten our drinks, appetizers, and main at the same time. Tonight we ordered carry out to bypass the bad service. However, our big dinner box was missing the wings and the breadsticks were burnt. Decided to eat here for lunch, and our first visit may be the last. It took an hour to get 2 pizzas, with only 4 other tables and 6 employees. Our server Latanya was very gracious and apologized profusely for the long delay. The manager also came over and apologized as well. Very nice server, nice staff, but it's a shame the restaurant can't do the one thing they are meant to do- make pizzas in a timely manner. We could clearly see from where we were sitting that they didn't start making our pizzas until we were waiting 45 minutes. In January I ordered a personal pan pizza with pepperoni and picked it up in the drive through. After driving off I realized it didn't have any pepperoni. I went back and requested a refund after being told it would be 20 more minutes to make another pizza. I asked for a refund and was told it would have to be handled at the cooperate office because they can't give refunds. I received a call from the cooperate office and was informed of my two options for a refund, put the money back on the card used or get a pizza coupon. I explained I no longer had that debit card because it was lost but my refund could be put on my replacement debit card. I also explained I no longer eat pizza, so I had no need for a pizza coupon. I was told those were my only options. I've never experienced such poor customer service and wouldn't recommend anyone eat at Pizza Hut. read more
