Terrible, just terrible. Ordered breadsticks, got cheesesticks that were doughy. Asked for ranch, never got any. Wings aren't even spicy when we ordered the spiciest ones, and they came out basically all fat. I don't think even a yelp review could rate my disappointment. read more

Pizza was great and I love the new menu and choices. Resteraunt could be cleaner. I think this location is set up more for delivery and take out. Service was slow and waiter forgot to bring things. It was almost comical. Good food though. I recomend ordering it for take out. read more

The only reason this gets one star is because I had to in order to give a rating. Pizza Hut has now started using a central call center so you're not able to actually call the location where you want to place the order so trying to get them to actually answer the call is a miracle in itself. Recently, while my husband and I were traveling and had been on the road for 10 hours, we arrived at our hotel and after getting checked in, decided we did not feel like going out so we checked and there was a Pizza Hut nearby and decided to order delivery. First, the person I spoke with could barely speak understandable English but I checked to be sure they would deliver to our hotel. She said yes, took my order AND my phone number and said it would be 1 hour for delivery. Ok, we were fine with that thinking we could have a couple of beers and unwind before the food arrived. Boy were we wrong! I started trying to contact them again after well over an hour and could not get anyone to answer the phone. I tried over and over to get through to talk to someone and nearly 2 hours later finally gave up, went down to the lobby and bought a frozen dinner that we heated up in the microwave! What a way to do business! I WILL NEVER, EVER AGAIN BUY ANYTHING FROM PIZZA HUT! And let me repeat.....I WILL NEVER, EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM PUZZA HUT! read more

Called the other day to order 1 pizza and 1 order of cheese bread. It came to $29 !!!! So I was like ok...then they said it would be 30 minutes. Well an hour and fifteen later our $30 pizza arrived. Wont make that mistake again. read more

It's Pizza Hut, so you know the food you're getting and as such my critique will be on this particular location. It seems to be perpetually understaffed and the people working are usually annoyed to have someone show up there in the first place. On more than one occasion, the person in the drive-thru has walked off after handing us the food and the receipt book to sign, leaving us to prop it up on the side of the window. The inside of the restaurant is abysmal, it always seems unclean and disorganized. The wait times for pizza are pretty bad too, considering it's never busy and pizzas there don't take that long to make. read more

We ordered from this location on vacation. There is a person there who called herself Tiffany and she said she is a manager. She has the most horrid customer service of any establishment I've ever patronized. I called with a compaint because my order was incorrect, she immediately started yelling, talking non stop, and hung up the phone of me. She was the absolute rudest person I've ever encountered in a customer service role and I would be shocked if no one else has experienced issues with this person before. read more

It's near WCU; so it's a local college hot spot. They deliver on campus, and most of the apartments. Even will deliver when it snows! (Occasionally, if road conditions are too terrible they won't.) Overall very good! Great for those days you're tired of campus food, or don't wish to cook. read more

Nasty! Pizzas arrived an hour and 1/2 after ordered, stone cold and half cooked. Barely any toppings.

Tonight my roommate and I decided to order carry out pizza from Pizza Hut on our way from work. We arrived roughly 20-25 minutes later, when they told us it would be ready. We pulled up to the drive thru window and noticed five workers. One was in the kitchen, one was on the phone at the register, and three were sitting on the counter tops, twirling their hair, eating pizza, and laughing. None of them bothered to open the window and ask what we needed. Five minutes later, one of the girls came to the window and rudely said "we will be with you shortly" and closed the window. Once the guy got off the phone, he took our money. The girl who told us they'd be with us shortly handed us our pizza, and we then told her it was incorrect. She said that she didn't work this shift so she didn't know what to tell us. She was extremely rude and inappropriate. She then sassily told us to have a good night. I will not be going back to this location any time soon and the manager will receive a phone call tomorrow. read more

ok, I was coming off a weekend of gourmet dining but the Pizza Hut delivered. we had the "meat lovers" and a pan of brownies. the service was prompt and pleasant I tipped more than usual. thought to eat a piece or two but ate the whole thing.
