Nick deserves a shout out! I called to place a carry out order with them but I kept on changing my order so many times because my party couldn't make up their minds!! He had lots and lots of patience and was so polite each time I changed it (he even kind of laughed with me since I was embarrassed lol). After my long phone call just to order 4 pizzas, I ended up having to call him back to tell him we called the WRONG LOCATION!!! Ordered 2 melts ,took a hour to get them delivered. When they finally arrived, they where almost cold. Pizza hut outsourced the delivery to door dash, the diver had to call me for directions and didn't know I was in a hotel or what room number I was in. This is the worst Pizza Hut! I have ordered from here twice within the past month and my order was screwed up both times. The previous time I ordered, I was missing toppings on my pizza and it wasn't cut all the way. Tonight I received my pizza and it was smashed to one side. It kinda looked like it was dropped. Also, the first time I called to complain, the manager promised to compensate by putting a $30 credit on my account. When I called to order and use the credit, I was told I didn't have any. I think this Pizza Hut sucks and the employees are completely unprofessional. When I went to pick my pizza up last time, all the employees were standing outside smoking. I ordered online and did the tracking, where it would alert me when pizza when en route. It told me when my food was out for delivery, with a wait time of 25-35 minutes. AFTER an hour of no pizza AFTER out for delivery, I called them. They said it should be there shortly. Driver was super friendly. Food was cold. Wait time was approx 1 hr 30 minis for pizza and garlic knots. Not worth the hassle. read more

I recently moved to town and thought I'd try out the Pizza Hut. I got a dinner box. The pizza was good, except half the banana peppers were cooked to a blackened nub and they didn't put anything on the crust like my order said to. They also didn't give me the marinara sauce for my (dry) breadsticks or the icing for my cinnamon sticks that had very little cinnamon taste. Probably won't make my way back to this store. read more

I did an online order that said my pizza would be delivered at 6.55pm, at 7.30pm I called and asked if my order went thru and the asistent manager said they were down a driver that delivery was 2 to 3 hours behind, 30 minutes later they said the driver didn't want to deliver my pizza, so I went to pick it up and the assistant manager said at first he was going to take 5 dollars off then right away said nevermind its on us tonight, I am not sure how long the pizza sat there but obviously it was quite a while because I got so sick, I work two jobs and do not need to get sick over someone not wanting to do there job, very very unprofesianal!! read more

Worst costumer service ever!. We ordered a pizza and told us that it would be ready in 18 minutes so we went back to the car and waited. When we came back to see if it was ready, no one came to help us. We waited for about 20 minutes for someone to help us. There was another lady there who left because they didn't help her either. After receiving a RAW pizza (yes, doughy and disgusting) on April 20th, I went back into the store and requested my money back. The cashier explained raw dough was a problem since corporate changed the dough, the temperature of the ovens, the cook time, and then was uncertain as to how to credit back my money so she said I would receive an in store credit and I would just need to use my name when I came in to use my credit. I stopped by 3 times to get a little lunch for myself but was unable to do that because there wasn't anyone in the store except on one occasion 1 person actually came from the back to answer the phone. I don't see how a business can operate if there is no employees working. So I sent my son in to get some dinner with my in store credit and the District Manager Juan was there, he said they could not honor the credit because the cashier apparently never put it in their system. This so called district manager was rude and wasn't even willing to help me get reimbursed for the raw pizza since I was unable to get the in store credit. This was my attempt in trying your pizza's and due to the lack of service and quality of the food I will not be recommending this establishment and would discourage anyone from eating there as I would not want them to get sick or have the poor quality service that I received. I couldn't give less than 1 star, otherwise I would have given none! read more
