The last three times, I had to ask for my order several times after people ordering after me already got served. Also, when you order from the machine, it says to take a table tent, but that's a lie. Half the time, you have to get your food from the counter yourself. Today, I ordered food for me, my wife, and two kids. After seeing two families who ordered after me get their food, I asked about mine. The person was confused, looked something up on a computer and walked away with telling me what was happening. More than five minutes later, he passes over a tray, but I notice my food is missing. I tell him so and again, he says nothing and walks away. Then 3-4 minutes later, he delivers my food. I notice there are only two cups on the tray. I explain the kids need their waters. Without saying a word, he taps the two cups. I said those are for the adults, but the kids need cups.
