For a working lunch, we ordered in a delivery from Mike's Pizza and More. Can't comment on the ambiance of the pizza spot since it was delivered. The person who ordered at the office had successfully placed an order of seven pizzas sure to please everyone. Check out the photos of pizzas to see what we received. (I did my best to properly label the pizzas, but feel free to make your best judgment!)) All were reportedly delicious! While I only had a slice of the cheese pizza, (which had a generous topping of cheese with a thick delicious and flavorful sauce), I heard many comments about how delicious the BBQ chicken pizza was as well as the pepperoni with yellow banana peppers, and overall how much everyone loved the selection of pizzas. While I don't live near Mike's on McCord, I would definitely order or pickup if I did. I understand that Mike had previously worked at Vito's Pizza and decided to open his own pizza spot, building upon his experience. Highly recommend! Definitely lots of quality options! read more

Very consistent pizza; great options for specialty pizza; crusts (regular and thin) are also fantastic.

Ordered a thin crust pizza, garlic Parmesan wings and cheese bread for delivery. The wings were better than expected (IMO beats out Cheers and Ralphies), and everything was hot and delicious. I will be back to try out more of the menu items, but if you live in the Holland area, I would recommend trying this place out. read more

This was unexpectedly good. The veggie pizza was great. The cheese and veggies were substantial and pleasing heft. The regular crust was firm, almost crispy. The garlic butter crust topping added lusciousness. I also liked the apple strudel, though it was really just a crust with tasty apple topping and icing that I could add from a packet. Its alright. What caught my attention was first its near my place and second they actually offer a small pizza. Most places only do medium and large. Im not big on pizza leftovers for long so I end up wasting a lot of pizza. They just added a buffalo chicken specialty pizza and I have been searching high n low for a spot that can compare to this buffalo chicken pizza I had in Houston. Well it didn't compare but it wasnt a bad pie despite the way it looks in my pic. There was probably 8 chunks of chicken on it if that and yep it looks n tasted pretty dry but was not half bad. Friendly guys behind the counter and the prices are a damn good deal. I will come back n just tell them to put some extra buffalo sauce on it. Mike's Pizza and More deserves about 4 stars for its flavorful, saucy, crispy, "well cheesed," nicely topped, and inexpensive thin crust pizza. When you can't make do without pizza, but you're limiting your carbs, grabbing one of Mike's thin crust pies is a excellent option in this part of town. The price is right. What about some of the other reviews? So, to make a short story even shorter, an accurate review of Mike's was posted by David "The Bastard of Winterfell" S. Walter Z's review? Well, Walter's review is in line with Walter's other reviews. Walter, you are a hard man to please. That being said, I'm still giving Mike 5 stars even though Walter is (almost) right about one thing: the salads are underwhelming, and overpriced. I also like David's idea of picking up a pie at Mike's, and then swinging by the Black Frog Brewery for some very good microbrewed "hops scotch." I order from MIke's from time to time, and the food is GOOD! Today I was a little dissapointed in the cheese bread I ordered I wish the cook had of just let it be with regular amount of cheese, because it was way..too.. much...I had to pull clumps of it out to eat it, they may of meant well but I've never been one to eat cheese like that and in the past it's been perfeccto! But not today, the taste is still awesome as usual just too heavy with double cheese I did not order that. Everything else was good! Maybe they should of cooked it a little longer and a little slower inside out and not outside in I like crispy crust not rubbery. And again I feel they were trying to get order out quick appreciate it, but no cook through and through please. After extended absence I am back in the US and I am very happy to enjoy my favorite American food again... Pizza here at Mr. Mikes. In a simple little strip mall in Springfield sits Black Frog (best local brewery) and Mikes Pizza and more. Not sure what more there can be because this damn pizza is great. Fluffy crust, tons of toppings. Delicious! Definetly not some chain crap. PS if you want a salad, make one. Don't go to Taco Bell and order lasagna. I eaten Mike's pizza both before, and while drinking craft beer at the Black Frog Brewery (which is located across the parking lot). It should be noted that, like Dandino's at 4804 Lewis Ave, Mike's used to be a Vito's franchise. But rumor has it that "Vito" hasn't been playing nice with "his" franchise owners. That's just a rumor, mind you. Mike's Pizza and More produces a very good pizza...it might not be "5-stars-Woohoo!-As-good-as-it-gets!" good, but it sure as hell isn't a 1 star product, as the other review would suggest. More on that later. This is very tasty and affordable pizza. Small one topping pizza for about 5 bucks? Sign me up. The other review? Walter wrote a one star review and he doesn't even mention the pizza. Whatever, man. Well, I guess Walter's entitled to opinion. But for context, you should check out his other reviews. My advice? Incredibly unprofessional management. I came in to fill out a job application and told the manager on duty who referred me. First words out of his mouth were very in appropriate opinions about one of the people who referred me. This manager was the first unfamiliar face I saw attached to the business, and he was so unprofessional that I wouldn't want to work there anyway. The owner should really rethink who he gives positions of power to, because this guys clearly not cut out. read more

Been a while since I reviewed. This place was good in the past but recently very disappointing. Good pizza. Terrible service. Most times they close early without notice. No one answers the phone. 3 + times that I have tried to order. Often phone is just not answered. When I do get the pizza delivered it is good. But it is a struggle that I just don't think is worth it. Last night the driver forgot the soda we ordered. Said she would be right back. Never saw her again. Tried to call for an hour. No answer. Web site listed as no longer taking orders. If you can not find employees why stay open. And please do not use the excuse because of Covid. That excuse is old and worthless. Sorry. I ordered a Mother load- No mushrooms, with one order of lasagna. As, I get four pieces into the pizza I find a few mushrooms(it's okay), remove them and continue feasting. Then, I attempt to go for seconds and I find a blue/green(??) hair. When I called to get a refund they kept saying "the manager is here or only the manager can give refunds". I never gotten a call back, response to an email or a refund. They have bad customer service and people skills!! read more

Their Taco pizza is really good but don't take it home if you live more than 15 minutes away. Lettuce gets soggy cheese is all melted. It would be even better if the tomatoes were diced up, not sliced. But overall great taco pizza! read more

Your lack of concern for making our order correct was extremely disappointing tonight. We placed a delivery order for 6 and was missing an order of 10 wings and an Italian salad. When we called in to get the rest of the order my sister was met with a very condescending person on the phone who admitted the salad was missing but said there were never any wings on our order even though they read back the order including wings. Whatever, mistakes happen. They said they would have to charge us for the wings which I am fine with if they didn't make it on the original order. We were quoted 8 dollars for the wings and they would bring the missing salad with it. When your driver arrived they said it would be 10 dollars. We called back again to question the extra 2 dollars and was literally given no explanation. So, do all your drivers just tack on what they want? After several previous orders with you guys the service has been increasingly declining. I hope you enjoy the extra two dollars collected by your driver. Cold pizza and bad food. I wish this was still a vito's pizza.... it has really gone downhill not being a franchise anymore, at least a franchise makes them conform to minimal standards. They used to deliver in 20 minutes and now it is 45 minutes which I can live with if the food is good, which it is not. The pizza must sit for a long time because it was cold when it was delivered. I heard about this place for a while. I recently moved within a few miles of the restaurant and was excited to know that it was close. I picked up a large three meat pizza and a small cheesy bread. The pizza was phenomenal. The sauce on pizza usually weighs it down, but this sauce was very light, yet tasty. The ingredients (ham, bacon, and sausage) were fantastic. I loved the crust as well. The pizza overall was one of the best I have had in toledo. The cheesy bread was delicious. Only complaint was that the cheesy bread was quite tiny. I ordered a small though so I guess that is to be expected. Overall I loved this place. I would make sure to like their Facebook page, it is hilarious. 5 stars, and this will be my go too pizza place from now on. Next time I will try the Hawaiian. read more

Gave Mikes Pizza two opportunities to fail and mess up my order. THEY DID NOT. Both times the pizzas were perfect including one special request to use clean knife/cutter due to my daughters beef allergies. It was marked on the slip and on the box to use a clean knife. Thanks for that! We also asked for light sauce which did happen (note to previous pizza supplier- Mikes could follow special instructions). Told 15 minutes when ordering and 15 minutes later we were headed out the door with our pizzas. And they were fantastic . And very reasonably priced. read more
