Been hearing how great Jet's pizza is so I finally gave it a try. I ordered the small veggie pizza. The staff was super friendly and I was greeted as soon as I walked in . When I got home the pizza looked good and was very good. The reason I gave it a 4 star instead of a 5 was the price of the pizza. I know everything cost more now but this pizza was 14.95 with a coupon. I think that's high but that's my opinion. Would I eat here again I would. read more

Delish pizza spot off Glendale-Heatherdowns! Known for classic deep-dish and 'Italian Hero,' salads and the 'Heart Shapes' in February!! There is no dine-in, but large enough for waiting groups. Even get 4.5 stars on Google! This 'Jets' was recommended by sister, this location would exceed my expectation!! So dah skeptic in me, sharing from phone ordering to counter pick-up. Everything was GREAT!! Food was Hot, Cheesy and great Chill Salad! Eh welcomed good eatin!! Traveling through the state on my way to New York and saw that there was a Jets close by. I used to love their pizza when I lived in Michigan and decide to get one for dinner. I got the four corner (always with par and red pepper) delicious! Just enough of everything, crispy crust, not doughy, and just enough pepperoni. Five stars. read more

If Jets didn't have good pizza, I would come here solely for their amazing homemade ranch. Lucky for me, their square pizza is amazing. It is the crispy, cheesy, deliciousness I've come to know as "Detroit style pizza". If you haven't tried it yet, you're missing out. We have to drive a bit to get to this location, and when I get home I put it in the oven for an extra few minutes at 350.... perfection. Service has always been great. Today when I called the woman on the phone took my order and used any and all valid coupons she could, bringing down my total. Very much appreciated! This is the Jetts by my house and we would get pizza frequently from here. My mom wanted to do make your own pizzas for Christmas and I had bought dough from Jetts before so I called to see if they still sold it. I called spoke to a girl and she said yes $1 for small dough $3 for large. She was talking to the "manager on duty" while on the phone with me to get this info. She said they make the dough the day ahead so just call before and let them know. So two days before I call to order it and speak to a man. I place an order for 10 small dough. He repeats what the girl had told me $1 each. We set up a convenient time when they wont ve busy for me to pick them up on Christmas Eve. When I arrive to get the Dough a girl named Mel is working and she tells me that the dough is $3 a piece. I told her "I have called twice and twice I was told $1". She had the personality of a door knob and didn't care what I had been told or by how many people. I drove all the way back home because I had written down the names of who I had talked to. I called back to speak with her and she wouldn't even get on the phone with me. I had to spend time running around on Christmas eve trying to get food for our family celebration because this Jetts has undertrained staff. If I had been told the right price to begin with it would have been fine. The fact is I called several times. Took all measures to have my order lined up and when the time came was told 3X that amout with zero remorse or customer service. You lost a repeat customer forever. I also sent an email to the address given to me and corporate and have had no reply. BTW you can get very large frozen pizza doughs at Meijer for $1.25. read more

I've been living in Toledo for a year (moves here from Brooklyn). I finally had Jets Pizza. I ordered a 4 corner well done cheese pizza. Delicious! I was not expecting it to be this good. The sauce is great. I personally love Sicilian pizza and this reminded me of it. The crust was airy and so crunchy, plus the cheese on the sides doesn't hurt! Wonderful pizza and almost exclusively go Jet's now because of their Detroit style pizza. Crust nice and crunchy, deep dish, sweet yet tangy sauce. All goodness with fresh toppings. Do not understand some of the bad ratings here as my Jet's has delivered the same quality every time. I finally got to try Jet's pizza. I was prepared to be disappointed in the Detroit style pizza because I have a relative in Chicago. This is nothing like Chicago deep-dish pizza and I am okay with that. I ordered on Friday and expected a long delivery time, it was delivered early! I really loved the pizza, the sauce was plentiful and very good! I will for sure be ordering there again soon. delivery person was polite and helpful. I was in no way disappointed with the pizza, fantastic seriously. I decided to try the wings as well, they were disappointing. I ordered the Sweet chile wings. The sauce was fantastic but it was so sparse that I really couldn't taste it. They would have been great if they tossed them properly or at least given a container on the side for me to put on them myself. I don't think anyone wants wings that barely have any flavor. A friend of mine lives in this town and had just gotten out of surgery after a week-long hospital stay, so I pre-ordered a pie online and had it delivered to him and his family. The pizza arrived on the wrong day, and when I called the shop, the girl on the phone began to argue with me about when (as in what DAY) it was supposed to have been delivered - while I was looking at my email receipt which clearly stated that it was supposed to be delivered on a different day. I asked to have them get a manager call me to discuss the issue (my friend out of the hospital couldn't even eat on the day they delivered the pizza!), and I never fucking heard from them again. Do yourself a favor and stick with a bigger chain that cares about their reputation. read more

First it took nearly an hour for delivery which no big deal but the driver forgot my two pops, the toppings on my pizza were shifted to one side and the two sides of garlic I ordered were not sent. I tipped the driver 5 bucks before all this was realized. It then took the driver 25 min to return with my already payed for pop. Im giving it 4 stars bc they fixed the problem. Ordered some food and, wait for it...Grubhub showed up n stole my food(i know, shocker!) call the location, they remade my food and took care of me. Cancelled with grubhub so thats that. The disconnect is very frustrating and the delivery service doesnt seem to care. read more

Ordered a jet 10 pizza and asked how many it would feed they said 6 . After delivery arrived with out the 2 diet pepsi bottles i orderd the pizza was only 6 small pieces 2 inches by 3 inches it would feed 6 mice or rats mabey. Will not ever order jets again. Simply crap. Do you know those $.99 pizzas in the frozen food section produced on a conveyor belt in some factory in Fargo?--Jet's is worse than those awful reminders of college-day poverty. I ordered a medium pizza and a sub. The pizza was memorable because of its non-taste. The sub was memorable because I wouldn't feed it to a dog whose shit I stepped in. The sub bread was old, untoasted and contained huge amounts of withered lettuce. Aside from the lettuce and diced tomatoes, there was possible a few pieces of nasty meat. After eating three bites you'd think I'd eaten a handful of cotton balls, seeing how dry my mouth was. The pizza - a lukewarm circle of wet garbage. I cannot fathom how they made this food? Did they intentionally put forth extreme effort to create undigestable food just to spite the local consumers? Was this some employees last day? Was the oven down and a dirty microwave had to suffice? I would rather eat spam on blueberry bagels for the rest of my life after experiencing jet's gruel. Prison food. I've had pizza from here about 20 times. The first 15 it was good to very good. The last 4 or 5 times the pizza has not been completely cooked. I've finished cooking it in my own oven. I think I've given them plenty of tries. Not sure if I'll try them again. read more
