I ordered a big dinner box for pickup and I got home and realized wings were missing. I tried to call the store location and was hung up on multiple times after being on hold for long periods of time. The Pizza Hut app did not have anywhere where I could mention or comment on past orders. It seems like I won't be getting credited or reimbursed in any kind of way. If you ever pick anything up from this location make sure you open everything up at the counter and double check it because your order is probably incorrect and you will not be able to fix it afterwards unless you complain in person read more

I returned to this PH location last month. The service we received was much more fast and friendly than a few months back. The gentleman that rang me up acknowledged me upon arrival and packed up my take out order quickly. This was the largest order I placed so far: 2 pizzas and 3 orders of wings. Everything was on point and tasted great. We finally tried the infamous cheesy bites pizza. It was delicious. One piece of feedback is that the dough was very thin almost like thin crust. I thought it would be hand tossed. Nonetheless, I appreciate all the employees working here. Will most likely return. I ordered a pizza, hot wings, and cheese bread for delivery. After an hour they delivered the entirely wrong order to my house. The person who received my order was given my phone number and address, they even called me regarding having my order. Contacting the store was impossible by phone and the call center was less than helpful during an extended game of transfer tag Eventually the call center told me they disconnected (physically, because you could call it!) their phone. I ended up driving the wrong order back to the location and complaining very loudly about the multiple errors. The location refused to refund my money, provide me the correct order, or in any way rectify the situation. Pizza hut basically robbed me of $40 and left me with no money for dinner, and no dinner. if I could do zero stars that would be too much. Horrible customer service. Can not find my house for years! So tonight giving them another shot, I have been on hold for 1 hour 20 minutes after 9 calls to the store on three different phones and when I finally got the human and not the recorded crap about perfect pizza and a restaurant since 1958 she told me not to hang up. They hung up on me after 1:20. Then I got through after another 20 minute wait to a man who argued that I called a call center, even though I called the local store 9 minutes from my home, and his hispanic accent sounded just as local as the girl who told me not to hang up. The pizza arrived 1 hour and 30 minutes later COLD. I asked for a refund, the man who said he was a call center said I had to go to the store for a refund. UPDATE I went to the store the next day, got a refund for the pizza but told them to keep the tip for the girl that delivered. They were short drivers and I didn't want her to suffer. I came in to cash out the coupons my kids got from school for reading books every day of the month. I love that Pizza Hut supports our children to learn by offering these incentives to help motivate our children. In today's society with all the screens, it's amazing to see them reading with a real book. Upon entering I was immediately greeted by Holly and her staff. I gave them the vouchers, ordered a couple drinks, as well as the salad buffet. I asked for a military discount, and they happily gave me one. They made friendly talk with my children. We sat down at a booth. It was very comfortable, and everything was extremely welcoming and clean. The salad bar was basic, but very good. Everything was marked appropriately for time keeping and when it needed to be discarded. The crotons were perfectly crunchy and the salad was nice and cold, just the way I like it. They brought the pizza to us. They were so friendly that we got to talking. Holly, the manager told me about the other deals they had going on after I mentioned wanting to get something else. I bought a pineapple pizza (YES, pineapple, get over it!;)) and the spicy boneless wings. I was not disappointed one bit. And I paid $10 for that! Holly has such a great personality and this restaurant was extremely hospitable. I order delivery from this Pizza Hut a few times a year and I have never had any problems. I try to stick to local pizza places mostly but every now and then I just have a craving for their greasy loaded pan pizza, it reminds me of going out to eat with my family after church as a kid. I don't think it's the best pizza in town but it definitely hits the spot when this is the type you're wanting. Stopped into this Pizza Hut for an early dinner, while out running errands. The waitress was quick to come over and was 'somewhat' attentive throughout the time we were there. The place could use some sprucing up and the bathroom hand soap dispensers need replaced. If I can't get soap out to wash my hands, how are the employees getting it out to wash theirs????? My husband had the same issue with the hand soap dispenser in the men's room. I literally had to open it up and almost take it apart to get a drop of soap. This used to be my favorite place for pizza, but lately its been sub par. The time before last, I ordered and they said it would be an hour wait, (which I was okay with because it was a holiday weekend) but the pizza was cold when it arrived. I also ordered pan crust and they gave me hand tossed. We ALL know that pan crust is by far better, so it does make a HUGE difference to me. The other issue is that the ratio of cheese to sauce is way off. There's always spots of sauce and who wants to eat just pizza sauce on bread? Not me. I forgot to even mention the delivery guy forgetting my drink. I was so disappointed with the pizza, I didn't even care that he forgot my soda. I did call and complain because it's happened before. Well, I ordered Pizza Hut again this afternoon and went to pick it up. I didn't check it before I left much to my dismay. I get home and it's not even close to the pizza that I ordered. I'm allergic to pizza sauce and can't have it but I love pizza anyway. So I ordered it without sauce. I brought it back to the store and the young lady proceeded to tell me that it had sauce on top of it. I told her I knew that that's why I ordered it without sauce. Now I'm waiting an extra 25 minutes to get the same pizza that I ordered hoping that it Be right this time. My faith in Pizza Hut is slipping by the minute. Should've ordered from a local company instead. Check your pizza before you leave the store. I realize that this is a busy location and that times have changed. I usually don't review fast food companies, but this one deserves the recognition. I ordered delivery. The driver was friendly first of all. I was not expecting great food, but was definitely mistaken! The pizza looked and tasted great. It was beautiful to look at; I was a little sad I ate it all without taking a picture. The boneless wings were great too. They had the right amount of sauce and were fullfilling. I gave them four stars because they brought me Diet Pepsi instead of regular Pepsi. I guess they were looking after my health lol... The driver was kind enough to offer to go back and get me a Regular Pepsi! The only reason I give it 4stars is the pan pizza isn't what it used to be. Was more oily and crispy but that isn't the fault of this location. I've had really spicy wings when I asked for mild, but when I called about it or wrote cs online, I got a replacement. I just wish they didn't go only by phone # which I forget I change too often. I've gotten great response and replacement coupons for a couple of pizzas in the past that turned out aweful. They are normally slammed with orders but are on time with yours in most cases. Have to add an update to this review. After our terrible experience, I completed the online survey for this Pizza Hut. I plainly stated that every time we have ordered from this location there have been problems, I have complained numerous times, but never received a response. In times past, if I sent an email to corporate, it was forwarded to the district manager. I always received a reply and apology. That was years ago. Two days later I got a hateful, snarky message from the manager of this store. "You stated in the survey that no one ever responds to you. Well, I read your comments. Don't order from this pizza hut. They messed up my order and promised to replace it. That was over 2 hours ago. Now when I called back they won't answer the phone. They must recognize my phone number. IThey lied about replacing my order after they messed it up. I also had to repeat my preferences many times when I first ordered. Honestly they need to find some people with working brains. I will never order from pizza hut again. This was the worst experience and I was really hungry and couldn't go out to buy something else because I've been waiting for them to re-deliver the pizza. I've been going here regularly for several years and have been pretty satisfied with their service and food. My order is ready when they say it'll be ready. The staff there are usually pleasant to interact with, and the price is fine. The food is good and has been consistent throughout the years. A couple of times they've messed up my order (that's really not that bad since I've been going here for several years), but they always redeem themselves by fixing the mistake for me, which I really, really appreciate! They actually take care of me, their customer, which is wonderful (since so many other places don't). I'll keep going here unless they give me a reason not to. Ordered online last night. Pizzas weren't quite ready when I got there so I sat down to wait. Manager came out from the back and appologized to me for the wait. he told me that one of my pizzas had been made wrong, they were making a new one and it would be 8 minutes. He appologized again and was very nice about the mistake. He offered me some brownines or sode to make up for the delay. When my pizaas were ready they gave me the mistake pizza for free and free brownies. Mistakes are annoying, but it was very nice of them to be apologetic and quick to let me know the problem. We pulled in late to our hotel, called in an order at 10:38. The woman who took our order was frienddly and patient and I was really appreciative of this as I am exhausted. I was told it would be 40 minutes until the driver was at our hotel. I said I would meet them in the lobby. I had the kids shower and get into pajama's and 30 minutes after we ordered I went to the lobby to sit and wait. At 11:32 no sign of the driver. I had left my phone in the room on the charger so I sent my daughter up to the room to get it. She came back with my phone and at 11:41 I called and the phone was answered by a guy who said they had no order under my phone # or for my address. I asked how this could be, I called the same phone# to order as I was calling to speak to the guy who was telling me there was no order (I used redial on my phone to do this). I told him the person took my credit card# and everything and he was very sorry but no order was on the system. I logged into my credit card and nothing was charged. I am not crazy, I called in an order, I gave my credit card............ how does an order just fall off the face of the earth? Time to call my credit card and let them know my info has been compromised (no way I can cancel the card as we are 500 miles away from home and tomorrow is Sunday so I cannot go to my bank and get a new one)............... So now here we are in our hotel dinning on trail mix, jerky and bottled water. I was a Pizza Hut waitress when I was in high school/college in the 70/80's. The workers always have an attitude, the last time I went in I ordered a Large 3 topping pizza to go and was so disappointed, it was ridiculous I could barely even see the toppings. Terrible..!! Ordered on line the day before for a meeting the following day..Called after sending the order through to make sure they received the order. Made several calls before someone answered the phone. The girl answering said "I don't know how to check on line orders". So I asked to speak to the manager. She said "he is too busy and can't take calls" (without even asking him) and hung up..Called in the A.M. to make sure we would have the pizza by noon or a little before. Was told we would. At 12:20 called to see if they were on their way. Was told they were just leaving...Received our pizza by 12:35 and had to meet the guy outside because he was to busy to deliver to our department. One pizza came without the pineapple that was ordered and all the pizzas were cold! They may have been done at noon but not delivered until much later. Our office is only 3 miles from this Pizza Hut. Called to let them know how unhappy we all were with the pizza, but of course no one answers the phone...I will never go back to this Pizza Hut. Customer service is horrible!! read more
