The staff is trained to answer your calls without an attitude, they can place your order good over the phone, while holding a nice personality, The pizza was very good, I was just speechless, the pizza was very well cooked it was good, just like in the old days a good pizza. Pizza Hut is my favorite of the chain pizza restaurants. The food is always good here and the staff is friendly. The prices are on the high side though, but those are set by the corporation not at the individual franchises. I went there last week for the first time in awhile and couldn't believe how much a large pepperoni pizza costs. So I ordered a Pizza Melt instead and it was very good. read more

No gluten free options but the BEST TOPPINGS! Don't even miss the crust. Never dined in but the desk help for pickup was very service oriented and food was hot and delicious even after a 10 minute ride home. Restaurant itself is pretty run down and dated. But they are open late, and we grabbed a quick pizza after a late night out in Joshua Tree. Service was great and the crew working didn't mind we were ordering only 20 minutes before close. They are a great team. Made up our dinner quickly and the pizza was great. Second time I've ordered from here recently and they didn't give the Mariana sauce for breadsticks even though I payed for it.

GO TO DOMINOS!!!! I swear. Don't bother ordering delivery here. Unless you are okay with missing entire items or don't mind having to drive there to collect your missing items despite paying the $5 delivery fee. Absolutely ridiculous. They also don't bother to answer their phones, even though there were at least 15 visible employees in back goofing off, when I went to get the items they didn't deliver. Wonderful. I sometimes wonder what the gossip was that made them decide to ignore the store phones, while probably on the clock. I really hope it was juicy enough for them to risk their jobs. I mean it's 29 Palms, what should I expect right? Anyway, I don't recommend Pizza Hut if you are stuck in 29 Palms, there are a few other places, so order from them. It just sucks because there isn't much out there, but just avoid this Pizza Hut. They are notorious for forgetting items when delivering and they don't know how to answer the phones because apparently everybody working there has crippling phone anxiety. Original pan pizza. Parmesan crust is a must. Jalapenos as the only topping. No kidding folks, I have not been this satisfied with a pizza from a national chain since I was a kid. Ordered online through the Pizza Hut app. This is supposed to help streamline the process and make it easier and faster for the customer! Not the other way around! When my delivery ends up taking so long that the order is now cold, that the door dash driver has several other delivery orders that they're making at the same time, the system is not working to the benefit of the customers! When I called the store, the manager told me that they do not have delivery drivers anymore and that the door dash was the only way that they delivered. There should be a way to edit the tip after the fact, when a customer is not satisfied with their delivery, food, or service! I'm a great tipper! I just threw that money away for cold pizza, slow delivery, and no help at all from the store it came from!!!!! I'm not a happy customer right now! I love pizza hut pizza, but this one in Twentynine Palms is not going to survive much longer if nothing changes. so my husband, friend and I went here for dinner. It started off terrible as the cashier couldn't understand my order of mushrooms on one side of the pizza and no olives on the whole pizza. So the order was in, as we got our bread sticks and cinnamon sticks the pizza came out and it was completely wrong. The cook came back three times to ask us how we wanted the pizza, and I don't know what this man was on but he kept saying no olives all mushrooms or vice versa, which became comical after the second attempt of coming over to our table. After all of that sadly It was just a cheese pizza on half and olives and mushrooms on the other side. We asked them to remake them, which took another 30 minutes. When we got it it was after the cook popped it in the oven and clocked out... so our pizza was just sitting on top of the oven getting cold for like 10-15 minutes Only gave 2 stars for the place looking decently clean and their dedication to get it right. read more

After ordering a large hand tossed pepperoni pizza and wings, we were surprised to find that the dough was nearly paper thin. Toppings on paper for the best description. I spoke with a store employee and he offered us a pan pizza but the manager said no, so he came back and told us he wouldn't be allowed to make us a different pizza because the manager refused. The manager also finally came to speak with us and got upset that we wanted our money back. All we got was a credit. Since we won't be back it means nothing to us. Man... this pizza was just gross! I've had Pizza Hut many times. Everywhere else it's pretty good to ok. The crust was flat but you could see that half the crust wasn't cooked or they used old crust... it was seriously just bad and it was 3 pizzas. They all had this horrible nasty crusty. The crust was supposed to be flavored and I'm positive the cardboard box it came in had more flavor. To top it off the delivery lady didn't bring any plates. I stayed at the motel 6 right next to this specific location. We were lazy and just wanted to order pizza and stay in our room. So we ordered the special $15 box that came with pizza, bread stix, and cinnamon sticks. Did we want to be even more lazy and have the pizza delivered 20 steps to our hotel room? Yes. Our pizza was ready and we went back to our hotel. We got pepperoni, mushroom and fresh spinach pizza. It was so delicious but the only thing was it looked like the spinach was thrown on there after it has already cooled and cooked. I like mines cooked with it. If you're ordering for delivery and you're on base, JUST ASK TO BE TRANSFERRED DIRECTLY TO THE STORE. the director takes your info and always says they don't deliver in your area-which they do, and then you get redirected- having to give your information another 2 times.. Also at the real store they tend to not answer phones- so expect at least 2 tries to get through. When we eat in the restaurant the girls tend to talk and flirt with o workers and let the phone ring. Sometimes they pick it up and put them on hold for over 5 minutes just to goof off. I called at home another time- tried for 30 minutes- they never answered- so we drove to the restaurant and got faster service that way.
