My son and his kids came over on Sunday night to watch a movie. I ordered the Hut special that includes two medium pizzas, chicken wings and cheese bread with sauces, garlic butter, BBQ and ranch. The kids devoured the food. There was more than enough for my hubby and daughter, and my daughter and I took the rest for lunch the next day! We have many pizza places in Wahiawa so we order from them from time to time. Pizza Hut was our go-to place when I was a child so I have great memories when we order from there. read more

One of the worst pizza / experiences with Pizza Hut I've ever had in my life .. ordered the deal extra large New York style on the app it let me change to regular sauce which they didn't use they used the sweet sauce upon complaining they actually checked to see if I was wrong to which then they only offered to make another so wait another 25 minutes my mistake I should've just said take the pizza back and refund me. That said the sweet sauce was only part of the problem the actual pizza was all crust and no pizza extremely greasy I actually put it together to take the picture it was a disheveled mess. Dine in is extremely small and maybe 3 or 4 tables I don't recall. staff was less then friendly from the beginning now I don't know if this was someone else's pizza thus the reason for it disheveled or the sauce but the time on the screen when I walked in said it was 6 minutes away and I said I'd pay now and he said it's already done which surprised me until afterwards.. Looking at the previous reviews I feel like I won the lottery. Stopped in the other day on a whim and ordered a personal pan supreme pizza. What I received was the best Pizza Hut I have ever eaten! (Trust me, I have eaten a lot over the years as a diehard pizza lover) I wish I had gotten the employees name, she was a older lady, super pleasant, nice smile, and greeted me warmly on entry. My wife wanted pizza today, and she wasn't in the mood for Papa John's. So okay we head to this location because it's the nearest one while we were out doing errands. She asks the worker if they have personal pan pizza and in my wife's words, "the worker looked at me like I was crazy." The worker kept asking her do you mean a small pizza. At that point my wife gave up and we left. I think it was a sign not to eat here because afterwards I saw the numerous one star ratings. Ordered online for a curbside pick up order. We ordered the stuffed crust pizza with bacon as our topping, breadsticks, wings, and cinnamon rolls. Our pizza was extremely dry and flat. It usually would be a fluffy crust with sauce and toppings. This was nearly like a thin crust pizza, almost no sauce and the toppings were sparse. The breadsticks were extremely dry and tasted like they had been left in the oven too long. The wings were ok but the sauce had a bbq texture and didn't taste like actual Buffalo sauce. She came back on and apologized and said the was only 2 drivers and there were back upped, and that the store manager will contact you right away. I didn't receive no calls. We are long time Mililani Pizza Hut customers. But, not any more. The last two pizzas were beyond bad. The crust was like carboard. The edges were almost burnt and there was very little tomato sauce and cheese. There was absolutely no olive oil which really adds to the taste. In this case, the pizza was tasteless. The New Yorker is $9.99 for pickup. So, instead of raising the price a little, they decided to cut back on the sauce and cheese. I don't know how they could screw up the crust but they did. All in all, it was a pizza disaster. There are too many other options in the area which might be the cause of the problem. Ordered a large one topping hand tossed pizza online to get it delivered. When the food arrived, the pizza looked more thin crust so we decided to give them a call just to let them know. When I let them know that the pizza was more thin crust than hand tossed, the manager tells me that "it's not possible because we didn't make any thin crust pizzas", which I felt that there was a bit of an attitude to it. I then ask if it's okay to send a picture of my pizza to him. After I send a picture, I get a call back and the first thing the manager says is "Ummmm ummm I don't know how to word this...." then he goes "it looks like we did make a hand-tossed pizza but it's not as fluffy as it should be. " I work in food service so I can be a bit more understanding but I feel that this could've been handled better. This Pizza Hut is located in Wahiawa on California Ave. It's located in the strip mall between Foodland and Longs Drugs. I placed my order online, a stuffed crust large supreme pizza, minus the onions. It would be ready 15 minutes later. I arrived on time but the pizza wasn't ready. I understand dinner time hours can create a surge of orders that need to be prepared before mine. I have patience. About 7 minutes later, I'm out the door with a quick dinner meal to fill our hungry bellies. When I arrived home, first thing I noticed was how pale the stuffed crust was. I'm used to it being a nice brown. When I lifted a slice, it folded over and the ingredients fell off. Then I noticed it was covered in so much green. Whomever made my pizza was green pepper happy. My kids don't eat a lot of green pepper so I had to pull some off before serving them a slice. That's when I noticed red onions. Now that's the way to get a kid to NOT eat pizza. Just ordered delivery for dinner for my family. First of all when I ordered it online, it said it would be delivered 25 to 35 mins later, and that was at 6:11pm. After 7pm, pizzas still weren't delivered and I called to see what was going on. Was asked if i was sure no one from the store called, which I said yes because my phone didn't ring the whole time. I was then placed on hold for 12 mins to see what was going on with my order and was told that they were busy but my order was being delivered now.. Needless to say, we got our three thin n crispy pizzas burnt. I called them back to let them know that my pizzas were burnt, my dad was on his way down with the burnt pizzas and to remake them. My dad went down and all the manager told him was "I'm sorry. Your pizzas will be done in 7 mins." I wasn't even compensated for the lateness or my ruined order. I wish I knew, and were friends with the cashiers there... I know I would've gotten better customer service. Sad to say... but when i went in there to make an order, i wasn't greeted as nice and as welcoming as other people. Normally, i had to wait, because by order was still being made. i noticed the girl in the back put orders into the warmer. But the cashier DID NOT even bother to keep checking the warmer, to check if orders were ready. There were quite a few of us patiently waiting. If there were people waiting... wouldn't you think the cashier would be periodically checking if that's any of our orders? She is manning the front counter. Isn't that part of if duties? At the time, no one was making a new order. It seemed like she was more interested in catering to her friends orders... Hmmmm... maybe next time I'll wait for delivery. I definitely know the Wahiawa drivers crew are way more helpful and nicer than the counter staff that day. I make frequent orders for work, and i never did encounter any one who did not know how to give EQUAL good customer service to everyone, and not just their friends. Just saying. read more

I ordered a Family Size Pasta with half Chicken Alfredo and half Spinach Garlic Alfredo. I got my order in 15 mins or so. The pasta was hot and the taste hasn't changed which is great. The bad... well for $17.99 the price does not cut it. The portions of food for the family size is awful! I remember the portions being much bigger. It's such a disappointment. I'm going to have to say I probably won't be ordering the family size pasta here again. Just finished work and alllll daaaaay I was thinking about pizza. I knew there would be a bunch of BBQ goodness at home but I just couldn't get the pizza outta my mind! The phone order was easy to make and I was told it would be ready in about 15 minutes in Wahiawa. Got to Wahiawa and paid for my order. The cashier was super friendly and stated thta the order wasn't ready yet but that they'd call my name when it was. I could see into the kitchen and BOY they were BUSY!! I probably waited about 10 minutes before my order was ready. It was HOT and definitely made to order so I didn't mind the wait. I made the short drive to my boyfriend's house and he had just started up the grill about 15 minutes ago and was just putting the steaks and short ribs on. In the meantime... I sat with him and ate my yummy personal pan pizza! :) I didn't end up eating the wings that night because we had soooo much food... so I was a good girlfriend and let my BF eat em the next day since I had to work and that was too messy to bring for lunch.
